ЛОБІЮВАННЯ ЯК ЗАСІБ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ПОЛІТИЧНИХ ІНТЕРЕСІВ
Get PDFВ статті розглядається проблеми і можливості реалізації політичних інтересів різноманітних суб’єктів політики, громадських об’єднань за допомогою механізмів лобіювання. Показано, що лобіювання є важливим інструментом проведення в життя демократичного принципу плюралізму, за якого різні соціальні групи мають інституційні можливості для висловлювання власних інтересів. Розкрито сутність понять «пряме» і «непряме» лобіювання, розуміння стратегії і тактики лобіювання в контексті реалізації політичних інтересів суб’єктів політичного процесу. МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ КОЛИВАНЬ МЕХАНІЧНОЇ СИСТЕМИ ПІДВІСКИ СОШНИКА: ТЕОРЕТИЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ
Get PDFДосліджені коливань несучого патрубка сошника зернової сівалки вздовж котрого переміщається насіння зернових культур і впливна них основних фізико-механічних та геометричних характеристик, способу закріплення та відносної швидкості руху зерна вздовж патрубка на амплітудно-частотну характеристику його коливань. Залишається відкритою проблема аналітичного дослідження динамічних процесів систем, які характеризуються поздовжнім рухом з урахуванням їх згинальної жорсткості. Для вирішення проблеми пропонується підхід, який враховує, що кількість відносного руху зерна у патрубку є малою величиною порівняно з рухом патрубка при його згинальних коливаннях, а швидкість суцільного потоку зерна у патрубку змінюється повільно. Для вирішення поставленої задачі у статі використано принцип одночастотності коливань у нелінійних системах із зосередженими масами та розподіленими параметрами та асимптотичні методи нелінійної механіки. Дослідження коливань механічної системи патрубок – рухомий потік зерна звелось до побудови та аналізу розв’язку диференційного рівняння за крайових умов.Ключові слова: сошник, патрубок, зерно, коливання,диференційне рівняння, крайові умови.Doctor in Technical sciences, B.M. Pavelchuk Mechanical design vibrations of shovel pipe - traffic flow grain: theoretical analysis / Ternopil National Technical University Ivan Pul'uj, Ukraine, Ternopil; Podolsky State Agricultural and Technical University, Ukraine, Kam'yanets-PodolskyResearched fluctuations carrier pipe coulter seed drill which moves along the seed crops and the impact on them basic physico-mechanical and geometric characteristics, method consolidation and the relative speed of the grain along the pipe to frequency response of its fluctuations. It remains open problem analytical study of dynamic processes,characterized by longitudinal movement of the light bending rigidity. To solve the problem, an approach that takes into account,the amount of relative movement of grain in the pipe is relatively small quantity with the movement of the pipe during its bending vibrations and continuous speed grain flow tube changes slowly. To solve sex problem in principle odnochastotnosti used in nonlinear vibrations systems with concentrated masses and distributed parameters and asymptotic methods of nonlinear mechanics. Modern medical cosmetics - cosmeceuticals - as a component of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market
Get PDFПромежуточное положение между косметикой санитарно-гигиенического назначения и лекарственными средствами занимает группа лечебной косметики – «космецевтики». Основными требованиями к ним является наличие в составе препарата действующих веществ (активных компонентов), обладающих лечебными свойствами, наличие доказательной базы терапевтической эффективности, качества, безопасности, соответствие европейской системе стандартизации и сертификации, предъявляемая к лекарственным средствам. Целью работы было провести четкое размежевание в терминологической базе; охарактеризовать уровень насыщения рынка; показать пути усовершенствования и заполнения фармацевтического рынка новыми перспективными препаратами группы лечебной косметики. Основными методиками были: анализ рынка, изучение уровня его насыщенности, анализ ряда технологических приемов по их усовершенствованию. Сделан акцент на реабилитации экстемпоральной рецептуры, которая позволяет внедрять качественные лекарственные формы и при помощи которой можно решить проблематику фармацевтического обеспечения средствами лечебной косметики малообеспеченных слоев населения. Авторами предложены пути усовершенствования качества и ассортимента препаратов лечебной косметики. Ключевые слова: лекарственное средство, косметическое лекарственное средство, лечебная косметика, фармацевтический рынок, качество препаратов.An intermediate position between the cosmetics sanitary purposes and Drug Administration takes a group of medical cosmetics - "cosmeceuticals". The main requirements to them is the presence in the formulation of the active ingredients (active ingredients), possessing healing properties, the presence of evidence of therapeutic efficacy, quality, safety, compliance with the European system of standardization and certification applicable to the medicines. The goal was to draw a clear demarcation in the termbase; show the level of market saturation; show ways to improve and fill in the pharmaceutical market of new promising drugs group medical cosmetics. The main techniques are: market analysis, the study of its saturation level, the analysis of a number of processing methods to improve them. Emphasis is placed on the rehabilitation of extemporaneous compounding, which allows the introduction of high-quality formulations and with the help of which you can solve the problems of the pharmaceutical provision of medical cosmetics means poor. EXIT CAPІTAL TAX AS ALTERNATIVE OF CORPORATE INCOME TAX

The analysis of the current legislation on corporate income tax and analysis of the possibility of implementation of exit capital tax as an alternative to corporate income tax based on a critical assessment of its provisions and the effect of implementation exit capital tax based on econometric modeling in the short time. Проведено дослідження проблематики поточного законодавства з податку на прибуток та аналіз можливості впровадження податку на виведений капітал як альтернативи податку на прибуток на основі критичної оцінки його положень та ефекту від запровадження податку на виведений капітал на основі економетричного моделювання у короткостроковому періоді. Problems for improvement areas inventory for enterprises
Get PDFIn the article the essence of inventory as part of the method of accounting and control its content, place and role in the economic activities of enterprises and the formation of reliable indicators of financial reporting, inventory analysis of the current state of the enterprises and ways to improve it. The article highlights the issues of inventory in the modern world. Disclosure agenda and procedures for inventory during the audit and the auditors asked to perform methods and actions in the inventory, which will allow to determine the real data on availability and actual values remains. It is proved that the inventory of significant improvement can be achieved by better use of and methods of economic analysis. Keywords: inventory, financial reporting, accounting, material-responsible person audit procedures.У статті висвітлено сутність інвентаризації як елементу методу бухгалтерського обліку та контролю, її зміст, місце і роль в господарській діяльності підприємств та у формуванні достовірних показників фінансової звітності, проаналізовано сучасний стан інвентаризаційної роботи на підприємствах та шляхи її вдосконалення. У статті висвітлюються проблемні питання проведення інвентаризації в сучасних умовах. Розкритті питання порядку та методики здійснення інвентаризації під час аудиту та запропоновано аудиторам виконувати способи та дії в процесі інвентаризації, що дасть можливість визначити реальні дані про фактичну наявність та залишки цінностей. The Notion and Specific Features of Religious Symbol in the Religious Studies Conception of E. Durkheim
