МІСЦЕ ПРИВАТНИХ УНІВЕРСИТЕТІВ НІМЕЧЧИНИ В ОСВІТНІЙ СИСТЕМІ ДЕРЖАВИ
Get PDFМета статті полягає у дослідженні соціально-економічних, політико-правових, психолого-педагогічних та історичних аспектів приватної вищої освіти Німеччини. Предметом дослідження є етапи розвитку системи вищої освіти Німеччини, історичні обставини виникнення приватної вищої освіти в Німеччині, етапи та складності процесу становлення. Зазначається, що сектор приватної освіти в Німеччині розвивається швидкими темпами, і особливістю життєдіяльності приватної вищої освіти є те, що вона одночасно є освітянською структурою і суб’єктом підприємницької діяльності. Загальний висновок: фактори та умови приватної вищої освіти Німеччини діють у відповідності з державною політикою і користуються підтримкою суспільства. Забезпечуючи його вимоги по якості підготовки спеціалістів, вища приватна освіта Німеччини має в собі об’єктивні для всіх країн ЄС фактори, так і особливі історичні умови і можливості, недержавні вузи більш динамічні ніж державні, що дозволяє їм успішно конкурувати на освітньому ринку. The subject of research is the evolution of higher education in Germany, historical circumstances of private higher education in Germany, stages and complexity of the process of formation. It is noted that the sector of private education in Germany is growing rapidly, and the peculiarity of private higher education is that it is both educational structure and business activities. General conclusion: factors and conditions of private higher education in Germany are in line with government policy and are supported by society. Providing its requirements on quality training, higher private education in Germany is an objective for all EU countries factors and specific historical conditions and opportunities, private universities are more dynamic than state universities, allowing them to compete successfully in the education market.Keywords: private education of Germany, historical aspects, modern development of education, reform of higher education, competitive educational product

Diagnostics of the actual perfection of future circus artists in the process of introductory examinations
Get PDFThe article deals with the problem of diagnostic the actor's potential of entrants who enter to the circus specializations. The author analyzes the traditional procedure of professional selection of future circus artists and offers options for improving this procedure, taking into account the specifics of circus art. In particular, the author focuses on the necessity to create conditions for the manifestation of creativity and creative initiative in the process of passing the exam in the skill of the actor; consideration is also being given to the possibility of conducting an actor's tour on the basis of special test exercises; given examples of assignments offered to the academy entrants of the Kiev Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Arts. В статье рассматривается проблема диагностирования актерского потенциала абитуриентов, поступающих на цирковые специализации. Автор анализирует традиционную процедуру профессионального отбора будущих артистов цирка и предлагает варианты усовершенствования этой процедуры с учетом специфики циркового искусства. В частности, автором акцентируется внимание на необходимости создания условий для проявления креативности и творческой инициативы в процессе сдачи экзамена по мастерству актера; рассматривается возможность проведения актерского тура на основе специальных тестовых упражнений; приведены примеры заданий, предлагающихся абитуриентам Киевской муниципальной академии эстрадного и циркового искусств.Ключевые слова: диагностика актерской одаренности, цирк, креативность, актерское мастерство, профессиональный отбор.
CATEGORY CHARACTERISTICS OF PERSONALITY SELF-DETERMINATION
Get PDFThe article is an attempt to analyze the main approaches to the issue of self-determination based on the study of scientific literature. Particular attention has been paid to the definition of its relation to the phenomena of self-consciousness and self-creation that are increasingly becoming the subject of psychological research. The category of self-determination is differently interpreted in psychological and pedagogical circles, thus researching its characteristics is important and the one that requires a clear definition. The process of personality self-determination has been considered in unity of different planes of self-realization. Types of self-determination of the main areas of life of the individual have been singled out. КропивницькийВ статье на основе изучения научной литературы автором предпринимается попытка анализа основных подходов к вопросу самоопределения личности. Особое внимание уделяется определению связи самоопределения с феноменами самосознания и самосозидание, которые все чаще становятся объектом психологических исследований. Не является исключением, и категория самоопределения личности, которая неоднозначно толкуется в психологических и педагогических кругах, поэтому выяснение ее характеристик является актуальным и требующим четкого определения. Проанализированы подходы парадигмы психолого-педагогических исследований к определению категории самоопределения. National and cultural direction of art in the system of education
Get PDFArt education of young people is an important part of the development of Ukrainian state. The future of our nation depends on the ideology of the young generation, on what measure of the spirituality the foundation of their life will become. Therefore, in the context of the establishment of an independent Ukraine state the artistic and aesthetic education are very important. The aesthetic needs and interests are formed in this process, and it generates emotions, feelings and it develops artistic and aesthetic tastes and abilities. Creative human activity is extremely favourable background for expression of personal views and feelings. Artistic creativity is a means of self-expression for humans. It characterized as an activity in which the process, the material and spiritual values are created by means of fine, decorative arts, working on-learning, studying the design: formation of artistic knowledge, ability, skills that are impossible without art. Applying of modern multimedia-technologies into the process of foreign languages teaching
Get PDFBasic principles of applying of modern multimedia-technologies into the process of foreign languages teaching have been determined in the article. Effectiveness of popular computer tutorials and other high-technological means of foreign languages teaching have been also analyzed. The authors succeeded in showing that the main goals of creation of modern multimedia tutorials are: providing of personally oriented direction of teaching; securing of interactive access to information and its relevance to scientific and professional demands; development of future teachers’ intellectual and creative abilities; raise of individual longing for independent learning activity, change of knowledge and co-operation; regulation of students’ motivation via up-to-date psychological and pedagogical means and multimedia-technologies possibilities; minimization of users’ limitation in learning activity. В статье определены основные принципы применения современных мультимедийных технологий в процессе обучения иностранным языкам, проанализирована эффективность популярных обучающих программ и других высокотехнологичных средств обучения иностранным языкам. THE ROLE OF SIGNALING MOLECULES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHEILITIS CAUSED BY UV IRRADIATION AND SEBORRHEIC ECZEMA
Get PDFThe subject of the study is the establishment of the role of signaling molecules in the development of cheilitis in patients after sensitizing effects on the skin of the red border of the lips of various factors. For this purpose, blood levels of substance P, histamine, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα) in patients with actinic cheilitis and cheilitis developed against seborrheic eczema were studied. The reliability of the results of clinical and laboratory studies was established by methods of modern statistical processing. It was found that the development of clinical manifestations of lesions of the red border of the lips with sensitizing effects (UV rays and seborrheic process) is reliably associated with a synergistic increase in blood levels of signal molecules of different classes (not opioid neuropeptide, biogenic amine, pro-inflammatory cytokine). Роль сигнальных молекул в развитии хейлитов, вызванных уф-облучением и себорейной экземой/ Одесский национальный медицинский университет, Украина, Одесса; *Медицинский институт Международного гуманитарного университета, Украина, Одесса; **Медицинский институт Сумского государственного университета, Украина, СумыПредметом исследования является установление роли сигнальных молекул в развитии хейлитов у больных после сенсибилизирующих воздействий на кожу красной каймы губ различных факторов. С этой целью были изучены уровни содержания в крови субстанции Р, гистамина, фактора некроза опухоли-альфа (TNFα) у больных с актиническим хейлитом и хейлитом, развившемся на фоне себорейной экземы. Достоверность результатов клинических и лабораторных исследований устанавливалась методами современной статистической обработки. Выявлено, что развитие клинических проявлений поражения красной каймы губ при сенсибилизирующих воздействиях (УФ-лучей и при себорейном процессе) достоверно связано с синергичным повышением уровней в крови сигнальных молекул разных классов (неопиоидного нейропептида, биогенного амина, провоспалительного цитокина). Полученные результаты обосновывают новые подходы к составлению планов обследования, лечения и профилактики больных с развитием хейлитов после сенсибилизирующих воздействий УФ-лучей и на фоне себорейной экземы.Ключевые слова: хейлиты (актинический и на фоне себорейной экземы), сигнальные молекулы (субстанция Р, гистамин, TNFα).
