Get PDFThe author reveals the peculiarities of the organization of professional training of physical therapy specialists in Danish universities. The strategic goals of teaching Danish education institutions for physiotherapists on the example of the Copenhagen University of Applied Sciences (increasing the number of teachers involved in research; strengthening integration of practice into teaching; stimulation and motivation for continuous learning, practice and study of not only professional literature; taking into account the level of stronger students to continuously increase training requirements; round-the-clock access to knowledge (24/7) within the HEI to provide students with the best resources when it comes to the use of IT and digital solutions in education) are considered. It is clarified that the main competences of a physiotherapist should be management, planning, implementation, evaluation, development and dissemination of physiotherapy practices, as well as coordination of patients and staff of health care facilities in a common creative, innovative and holistic sense of human autonomy and dignity. Key words: professional training, physical therapy, specialists in physical therapy, universities, Denmark.Автором розкрито особливості організації професійної підготовки фахівців з фізичної терапії в університетах Данії. Розглянуто стратегічні цілі навчання данських навчальних закладів для фізіотерапевтів на прикладі Копенгагенського університету прикладних наук (зростання кількості викладачів, які беруть участь у науково-дослідній роботі; посилення інтеграції практики в навчання; стимуляція та мотивація до постійного навчання, практики й вивчення не лише професійної літератури; урахування рівня більш сильних студентів для постійного підвищення вимог до професійної підготовки; цілодобовий доступ до знань (24/7) в межах ЗВО, щоб дати студентам найкращі ресурси, коли це стосується використання ІТ та цифрових рішень у сфері освіти). З’ясовано, що основними компетентностями фізіотерапевта мають бути управління, планування, здійснювання, оцінювання, розвиток та поширювання практики фізіотерапії, а також координування пацієнтів і персонал закладів охорони здоров’я в спільному творчому, інноваційному та цілісному розумінні по відношенню до людської автономії та гідності.Ключові слова: професійна підготовка, фізична терапія, фахівці з фізичної терапії, університети, Данія.

Теоретико-концептуальні лакуни європейського цивілізаційного вибору
Get PDFThe article closes theoretical and conceptual gaps of European civilizational choice: argumentative contradictions within the ways to implement the European civilizational choice in Ukraine's political life, the variability of European civilization values Ukraine can choose, the results of the implementation of Ukraine's European civilization choice in political practice were analyzed. The axiological-normative, structural-functional and comparative methods helped to prove that possible ways to implement the European civilization choice in Ukraine's the political life either have internal contradictions or will lead to the loss of Ukraine's statehood, thus it is not advisable for Ukraine to choose the European civilizational values in their pure form. As far as the implementation of Ukraine's European civilizational choice on the level of political practice is concerned, so far it is coherent to superficial and ritualized civilizational identification as opposed to substantial and existential civilizational identity. Ukraine's civilizational choice that entails the implementation of European civilizational values in their pure form is extremely problematic and unlikely under the current socio-political conditions. The results of the study can be used in further political-theoretical research that aims to find more realistic and viable concepts of Ukraine's civilizational choice.Key words: Ukraine's political life, Ukraine's civilizational choice, civilizational values, European values, political institutions.В статті закриваються теоретико-концептуальні лакуни європейського цивілізаційного вибору: проаналізовано аргументаційну суперечливість варіантів втілення європейського цивілізаційного вибору в політичному житті України, варіативність вибору європейських цивілізаційних цінностей Україною, результати втілення європейського цивілізаційного вибору України в політичній практиці. Завдяки нормативно-ціннісному, структурно-функціональному та компаративістському методам було доведено, що можливі варіанти втілення європейського цивілізаційного вибору в політичному житті України або мають внутрішні суперечності, або призведуть до втрати Україною державності, тому вибір Україною європейських цивілізаційних цінностей в їхньому чистому вигляді є недоцільним. Що стосується втілення європейського цивілізаційного вибору України на рівні політичної практики, то воно поки що когерентне поверховій і ритуалізованій цивілізаційній ідентифікації, а не змістовній і екзистенційній цивілізаційній ідентичності. Цивілізаційний вибір України як втілення європейських цивілізаційних цінностей в чистому вигляді за умов наявних суспільно-політичних реалій є вкрай проблематичним і малоймовірним. Результати дослідження можна використовувати в подальших політико-теоретичних дослідженнях для пошуку більш реалістичних і життєздатних концепцій цивілізаційного вибору України.Ключові слова: політичне життя України, цивілізаційний вибір України, цивілізаційні цінності, європейські цінності, політичні інституції

It is designed for programs written in Java, JavaScript, LLVM-based languages such as C and C ++ and other dynamic languages. It eliminates isolation between programming languages and provides compatibility in a common runtime environment. It can work alone or in the context of OpenJDK, Node.js or Oracle Database. The paper notes that high-performance virtual machines (VMs) such as Java, HotSpot VM or V8 JavaScript VM correspond to features that were first implemented for SELF language: a multilevel optimization system with adaptive optimization and deoptimization. Get PDFThe article, based on literature sources, identifies approaches to the formation of a set of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of economic entities in terms of business digitalization: traditional and cost-oriented.Within the framework of the traditional approach application, on the basis of financial results the expediency of application of the well-known indicators is proved.Characteristics of «DuPont» factor model application in the conditions of digitalization of entities' activity are stressed, emphasis is placed on the need to structure sales revenue by separate operating segments, make changes in costs, asset structure, structure of funding sources through the use of various crowdfunding models.Within the cost-oriented approach, the need to maintain the priority of maximizing value for business is justified, based on which the features of the indicators system to assess its effectiveness in connection with the introduction and dissemination of digital technologies are considered. У межах застосування традиційного підходу обґрунтована доцільність застосування загальновідомих показників, сформованих на підставі фінансових результатів. Виокремлено особливості застосування факторної моделі «DuPont» в умовах цифровізації діяльності суб’єктів, акцентовано на потребі структурування виручки від продаж за окремими операційними сегментами, внесення змін у склад витрат, структуру активів, структуру джерел фінансування за рахунок використання різних моделей краудфандингу. У межах вартісно-орієнтованого підходу обґрунтована необхідність збереження пріоритету максимізації вартості для бізнесу, на підставі чого розглянуто особливості застосування системи показників для оцінювання його результативності у зв’язку із впровадженням та розповсюдженням цифрових технологій. Досліджено стан та особливості розвитку підприємств малого бізнесу харчової промисловості Тернопільської області; здійснено аналіз діяльності обраних підприємств малого бізнесу Тернопільського регіону на основі даних статистичної звітності; обґрунтовано аналітичне підґрунтя розробки адаптивних стратегій розвитку на засадах проведення регресійного аналізу та визначено особливості їх формування.
