THE ALGORITHM FOR DETERMINING THE FUNCTIONAL IMMUNOMORPHOLOGY IN RABBITS SPLEEN
Get PDFThe study focused on determining the functional immunomorphology of rabbit’s spleen. The subject of the study was spleen of clinically healthy adult rabbits the california breed at 6-8 months of age, of both sexes. The material was fixed in formalin and poured in paraffin for histological and morphometric studies. The histological preparations are dyeing to hematoxylin and eosin according to Van-Gison`s technology and investigating in a light microscope for study the structure of cells and tissues. A number of quantitative indicators were identified: the relative area of stroma was equal 5,87±0,69 %, the white pulp – 17,68±4,40 %; the ratio of stroma to parenchyma was 33,20 %; the diameter of lymphoid nodule was 240,01±72,32 micrometers; the diameter of light center – 122,43±49,24 micrometers; the germinative-follicular` index was 57,70 %; the width of lymphoid sheaths near the vessels – 39,24± 26,03 micrometers; the lymphoid coefficient – 3,12; the Kernohan` index for the central artery in lymphoid nodule was equal to 1,44±0,34 and 1,26±0,59 for arteries of lymphoid sheaths near the vessels. The results are used for investigating the influence of various factors, immunomodulators and rabbits breeding for produce safeness feed.Key words: spleen, morphology, immunology, relative area, white pulp, lymphoid nodule, diameter, Kernohan` index
THE WORK OF THE SСIENTIFIC-RESEARCH DEPARTMENT IN PEDAGOGY AT THE KHARKIV INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC EDUCATION
Get PDFIn the early 20-ies in Ukraine, a number of scientific˗research departments were created, since public education institutions were intended only for the training of teachers of schools and employees of social education institutions. They did not have a task to prepare scholars. The article describes the work of the scientific- research department in pedagogy at the Kharkiv Institute of Public Education and analyzes the work of the reflexology section in it. Reorganization of the higher education system significantly influenced the development of science in higher educational institutions, the formation of a new scientific elite, directions and the methods of scientific researches. The scientific-research department in pedagogy became the center of pedagogical thought. All research staff worked in the central pedagogical institutions, methodical committees and journals. The works of the scientists of the department attracted attention and were well known abroad. Among the issues that the reflexology section had to develop, were the following: the study of the mechanisms of behavior of the person, specifically, the study of mechanisms of the motor sphere of the body, the mechanisms of concentration reaction (attention) and hypnoid state. Винниченко, Україна, КропивницькийНа початку 20-х років в Україні було створено ряд науково-дослідних кафедр, оскільки інститути народної освіти призначалися лише для підготовки викладачів шкіл та працівників закладів соціального виховання. Перед ними не стояло завдання підготувати наукових працівників. В статті висвітлена робота науково-дослідної кафедри педагогіки при Харківському ІНО та проаналізована робота секції рефлексології при ній. Реорганізація системи вищої освіти суттєво вплинула на розвиток науки у вищих навчальних закладах, формування нової наукової еліти, напрями й методи наукових досліджень. Науково-дослідна кафедра педагогіки стала центром педагогічної думки. Всі наукові співробітники працювали в центральних педагогічних закладах, методичних комітетах, журналах. Праці науковців кафедри привертали до себе увагу та були відомі і за межами України. Серед питань, які мала розробляти секція рефлексології, були визначені такі: вивчення механізмів поведінки особи, зокрема вивчення механізмів рухової сфери організму, механізмів реакції зосередження (уваги) та гіпноїдного стану. Ecologization: the way to sustainable development of the region

As a result of the study, the concept of "ecologization" is considered. The basic principles of ecologization of the region that formed the basis for constructing an algorithm for ecologization of the economic mechanism of the region have been formed. Reception and interpretation of intermediality in the novelettes of 1895 year by O.Y. Kobylianska
Get PDFThe article investigates the O. Kobylianska’a novelettes of 1895 year through the prism of intermediality compositions and receptive assimilations. Intermediality appears as the transformation of visual representation in terms of verbal representations, which originally reflects the interacting process between literal work and musical and coloured reception. It defines that Ukrainian literature of the late XIX century have been developing in the line with European trends of polyphony in the interpretation of artistic phenomena within the framework of the interinfuence on the ground of evolution of liberty towards reality and large margin for an experiment. Thus, it analyses musical and coloured of artistic viewpoints in novelettes «Pokora», «Bank rustykalnyi», «Bytva». It traces reflections of the word context towards sound and coloured assimilations, which demonstrates the worldwide recognition of the conception of intermediality and gives rise to the new perspectives for the comprehension of artistic phenomena. Кобилянської 1895 р. крізь призму інтермедіальних побудов і рецептивних узагальнень. Інтермедіальність постає як трансформація візуального образу через вербальні репрезентації, що своєрідно відображає процес взаємодії між літературним твором та музикальною і кольоровою рецепцією. Визначено, що українська література, кінця XIX ст. розвивалася у річищі європейських тенденцій щодо поліфонії в інтерпретацій мистецьких явищ в контексті взаємовпливів на основі зростання свободи по відношенню до реальності та широкого поля для експерименту. Відтак проаналізовано музично-кольорові мистецькі позиції у новелах «Покора», «Банк рустикальний», «Битва». Відстежено рефлексії контекста слова до звукових і кольорових узагальнень, що демонструє міжнародне визнання концепції інтермедіальності і породжує нові перспективи осмислення художніх явищ.Ключові слова: інтермедіальність, рецепція, міжмистецькі взаємодії, художній простір, інтерпретація, візуалізація
Formation of the personality as a being-givenness: the preconditions for methodological analysis
Get PDFThe definition and observance of one's position in the actual situation of life, determines the completeness and intensity of its interrelations with the social environment and the natural environment, generating the personality as a systemic set of psycho-spiritual qualities of the socialized individual. In this way of being or life position, the whole content and meaning of the psychogenic essence of a person is concentrated, presupposes the individual’s exit into new semantic horizons of life activity. Accounting policy: essence, problems and features of application for enterprises
Get PDFThe article explores the essence, purpose and defined the main stages of formation of the accounting policy of the enterprise. In order to improve the efficiency of accounting policy, recommendations for its development and scope are proposed. The role of accounting policy at the present stage of economic development is considered. The ways of improving the mechanism of its formation are proposed. It is proved that formation of accounting policy is a complicated process requiring organizational, technical, personnel and does not end after the approval of the Order on accounting policy, and continues until the termination of the enterprise. The use of various accounting policy options allows you to manipulate the financial result, which results in non-consistent financial reporting. Consequently, the task of managers is to create such an accounting policy that would ensure the creation in the accounting system of impartial and truthful information about the financial position and performance of the enterprise.Keywords: accounting policies, the organization of accounting, information sources, influence the formation of accounting policy, the accounting system.В статті досліджено сутність, мету та визначено основні етапи формування облікової політики підприємства. З метою підвищення ефективності функціонування облікової політики запропоновано рекомендації щодо її розробки та сфери застосування. Розглянуто роль облікової політики на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення механізму її формування. Доведено, що формування облікової політики – складний процес, що вимагає наявність організаційних, технічних, кадрових і не закінчується після затвердження Наказу про облікову політику, а продовжується до моменту припинення діяльності підприємства. Використання різних варіантів облікової політики дозволяє маніпулювати фінансовим результатом, а це призводить до незіставності показників фінансової звітності. Доказано, что формирование учетной политики - сложный процесс, требующий наличия организационных, технических, кадровых и не заканчивается после утверждения Приказа об учетной политике, а продолжается до момента прекращения деятельности предприятия.
