MIGRATION PROCESSES «UKRAINE-POLAND»: SPECIFICATION AND CONSEQUENCES
Get PDFThe analysis of the specificity and assessment of the consequences of the migration processes "Ukraine - Poland" the article was devoted. The relevance of the topic is revealed due to the emphasis on the needs of the global labor market, which caused massive displacement of people - migration tsunami and exacerbated the problem of deportation of both countries in the near future. The analysis is based on the use of Eurostat and other official sources. The progress of negative demographic tendencies in Ukraine, which differ on the background of similar processes in Poland was revealed. The emphasis is on positive results of the demographic policy of the Polish government, which takes into account the significant contribution of Ukrainian workers. This eventually ensured a stable economic development of the country. At the same time, the outflow of highly educated specialists from Ukraine has led to a weakening of its economy. The outflow of Ukrainian students weakened the education system of Ukraine, contributing to the strengthening of the education system in Poland. The improvement of this situation in Ukraine is in implementation of a system of economic measures that would contribute to the settlement of Ukraine-Poland migration flows on a mutually beneficial basis for both countries.Key words: demographic processes, demographic tsunami, specificity and motivation of migration processes, consequences of demographic processes, forecast.
DISTRIBUTION OF CHRISTIANITY IN ARMENIA (I - VI)
Get PDFThe article deals with the problems of the spread of Christianity among the population of the Armenian kingdom from the 1st to the 6th centuries. The author focuses heavily on the process of Armenian acceptance of Christianity at the state level (301 pp.) аnd the flowering of national culture associated with this. The character of the relationship of Christianity with the prevailing Zoroastrianism in Armenia is revealed. A PROTO-SLAVIC SOCIAL TERM *kъrdъ/*kъrtъ ʻCLAN, FAMILYʼ: GENESIS AND AREAL
Get PDFThe paper deals with the etymological interpretation of slavonic dialectal lexical group, denoting clan, family, and some its derivatives. The author tries to determine the origin of terminological semantics of these lexemes and characterize their relations to other related non-Slavic forms. Preliminary results of the analysis of mentioned social terms are the reasons to substantiate their genesis within the etymological cluster with Indo-European *(s)ker- ʻcutʼ and figure out the closest terminological and etymological concordance in the Celtic archaic vocabulary. The formation of a common terminological semantics of genetically identical Slavonic and Celtic words took place in the epoch of cultural contacts of these ethnoses on the territory of Czechia, Moravia and Pannonia. Ultimately the author makes the precise conclusion about reflexes of the mentioned etymon, which indicate the semantic shift towards ʻto cutʼ > ʻto separateʼ > ʻto grow, thriveʼ, ʻto take rootʼ. Meanings ʻto be bornʼ, ʻliveʼ in Slavonic words evolved from ʻto grow, thriveʼ as a particular case of semantic history within system of derivatives from the stem *(s)ker-. Consequently social terms *kъrdъ/*kъrtъ ʻclan, familyʼ were derived from these verbs.Key words: etymology, Proto-Slavonic, word formation, semantics, term.доктор филологических наук, Илиади А. И. Праславянский общественный термин *kъrdъ/*kъrtъ ʻрод, семьяʼ: генезис и ареал / Центральноукраинский государственный педагогический университет имени Владимира Винниченко, Украина, Кропивницкий.В статье предлагается этимологическая интерпретация группы славянских диалектных названий рода, семьи и некоторых их производных, делается попытка определить истоки их терминологической семантики, установить ее связи в кругу родственных неславянских форм. Предварительные результаты анализа указанных терминов общественного строя дают основания сориентировать их генезис на славянское этимологическое гнездо с и.-е. основой *(s)ker- ʻрезатьʼ и выделить ближайшее терминологическое и этимологическое соответствие в кельтской архаичной лексике. Формирование общей терминологической семантики у генетически тождественных славянских и кельтских лексем имело место в эпоху культурных контактов этих этносов на территории Чехии, Моравии и Паннонии. В итоге автор делает чёткий вывод относительно рефлексов упомянутого этимона, которые указывают на семантический сдвиг в направлении ʻрезатьʼ > ʻотделятьʼ > ʻрасти, разрастатьсяʼ > ʻпускать корниʼ. Значения ʻрождатьсяʼ, ʻжитьʼ в славянских словах эволюционировали из ʻрасти, разрастатьсяʼ как частный случай семантической истории внутри системы производных от основы *(s)ker-. Следовательно общественные термины *kъrdъ/*kъrtъ ʻрод, семьяʼ были образованы от этих глаголов.Ключевые слова: этимология, праславянский, словообразование, семантика, термин
A HUMOR USE AS MULTIASPECT PHENOMENA IN PSYCHOTHERAPY
Get PDFУ статті проводиться теоретичний аналіз наукової літератури з проблеми використання гумору у психотерапевтичній практиці. Подано авторській підхід до розподілу використання методів регуляції емоційної сфери у психотерапії. Виокремлено гумор (гелотологія) як безпосередній метод регуляції, який позитивно впливає на життєдіяльність людини. Розкрито сутність феномену «гумор» в рамках різних видів психотерапії, таких як раціонально-емоційно-поведінкова, психоаналіз, тілесно-орієнтована психотерапія, а також використання гумору в різних техніках, таких як йога-сміху, лікарняна клоунада та ін. Охарактеризовано поліфункціональність гумору з урахуванням міжнаукових підходів, що дає можливість представити загальну комплексну структуру використання гумору як багатоаспектного явища в психотерапії, що включає психологічний, психолінгвістичний, медичний, фізіологічний, психолого-педагогічний, ігровий, діагностичний аспекти. Ключові слова: гумор, психотерапія, гелотологія, сміх, методи регуляції, поліфункціональність гумору, багатоаспектність гумору.In the article a theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the humor use in psychotherapeutic practice is provided. The author's approach to the distribution of the use of regulation methods of the emotional sphere in psychotherapy is given. A humor is distinguished (gelotology) as a direct method of regulation which has a positive effect on human activity. The essence of the phenomenon "humor" under the different types of psychotherapy, such as rational-emotional-behavioral, psychoanalysis, body-oriented psychotherapy, as well as the use of humor in different techniques, such as yoga-laughter, hospital clownery, etc is revealed. The polyfunctionality of humor is characterized taking into account inter-scientific approaches, which makes it possible to present the overall complex structure of the humor use as a multidimensional phenomenon in psychotherapy, which includes psychological, psycholinguistic, medical, physiological, psychological-pedagogical, game, diagnostic aspects.Keywords: humor, psychotherapy, gelotology, laughter, methods of regulation, multifunctionality of humor, the multiaspect of humor
THE VALUE OF PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS TO ENSURE THE PRIVACY OF CITIZENS

Досліджено зміст низки засад кримінального провадження, спрямованих на забезпечення конституційного права людини на невтручання в її особисте і сімейне життя. Розглянуто співвідношення цих засад, розкрито процесуальний порядок їх обмеження у кримінальному провадженні під час досудового розслідування. Узагальнено, що всі засади кримінального провадження тісно взаємопов’язані між собою і є єдиною системою, спрямованою на досягнення завдань кримінального провадження, визначених у ст. 2 КПК України. MODERN EXPERIENCE OF UNIFIED BORDER GUARDS’ TRAINING IN ROMANIA, POLAND AND LATVIA
Get PDFThe article analyzes the current experience of implementing unified border guards’ training for the border guards of European Union countries on the example of the border guard agencies of Romania, Poland and Latvia. The systems of training of the border guard agencies of the EU countries have been described in the article, peculiarities of implementation the FRONTEX Agency’s Common Core Curriculum and Sectoral Qualification Framework have been revealed. The current situation in EU require the Ukrainian border guard agency’ personnel to meet the standards of professional training in the EU, which primarily involves the introduction of innovations, the use of a competent approach, the implementation of the principles of the Bologna and Copenhagen processes, which, among other things, means using the experience of the leading European countries. The main advantages of the common educational standards integration into the EU countries border guards training into national training systems are: development of relevant training courses in accordance with modern approaches; accreditation of training courses at the national level; correction of professional competences; ensuring economic efficiency; enhancing interoperability with other border authorities in the EU; facilitating the mobility of border guards. У статті проаналізовано сучасний досвід реалізації уніфікованої підготовки фахівців з охорони кордону в країнах Європейського Союзу (ЄС) на прикладі Румунії, Польщі та Латвії. Метою статті є висвітлення сучасного досвіду підготовки персоналу прикордонних відомств цих країн щодо імплементації уніфікованої підготовки персоналу, з метою подальшого впровадження набутого досвіду в систему професійної підготовки персоналу Державної прикордонної служби України. Охарактеризована система підготовки персоналу прикордонних відомств, розкриті особливості впровадження єдиних стандартів підготовки європейських прикордонників. Основними перевагами процесу інтеграції уніфікованих освітніх стандартів підготовки прикордонників країн ЄС в систему професійної підготовки прикордонників є: розробка актуальних навчальних курсів за сучасними підходами; акредитація навчальних курсів на національному рівні; корекція професійних компетентностей; забезпечення економічної ефективності; посилення оперативної сумісності з іншими прикордонними відомствами країн ЄС; сприяння мобільності прикордонників. THE ART OF BEING A CONCERTMASTER: CREATIVE AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE ACTIVITY
Get PDFThe creative activity of a pianist-concertmaster includes pedagogical and organizational aspects along with performing and is therefore unique in its multifunctionality. Nowadays concertmaster's activity of a pianist, having absorbed the empirical experience of several generations of musicians, has become particularly widespread both in artistic and pedagogical practice. Professional concertmasters are an important link in the complex chain of musical-educational process. The essence of their work is to provide their partner (partners) with artistic creativity using musical accompaniment, and moreover – to establish a close relationship between the elements included in the concepts of "concertmaster" and "teacher". Професійний концертмейстер - важлива ланка в складному ланцюжку музично-освітнього процесу. Суть його роботи полягає в забезпеченні художньої творчості партнера (партнерів) за допомогою музичного супроводу, і більше того – встановлення тісного взаємозв'язку елементів, що входять в поняття «концертмейстер» і «педагог». Такий аспект дослідження зумовлює актуальність теми «Мистецтво концертмейстера: творчий і педагогічний аспект діяльності». У статті досліджено мистецтво піаніста-концертмейстера, його особливості та специфіка функціонування; проаналізовано педагогічний аспект концертмейстерської роботи, зазначено роль концертмейстера в процесі музичного та педагогічного виховання; визначено особливості співпраці концертмейстера з солістом та значення ролі концертмейстера для успішного становлення майбутнього професійного музиканта.Ключові слова: музичне виконавство, художнє мислення, розвиток особистості, набуття вмінь, навичок
