Integration von Kurzzeitspeichern zur Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz von elektrischen Antriebssträngen
No full textIm Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde eine Methodik entwickelt, um die Energieeffizienz verschiedener Antriebstopologien einfacher und genauer gegenüber dem Stand der Technik vorausberechnen zu können. Neben der Energieeffizienz werden zudem noch die CO2-Einsparungen und die Kosteneffizienz von Systemen betrachtet, so dass im Zuge der Auslegung eine gesamtheitliche Analyse eines Antriebssystems durchgeführt werden kann. Hierfür wurde ein Berechnungsprogramm entwickelt, welches mit der Eingabe von wenigen und zugänglichen Daten eine automatisierte Berechnung ermöglicht. Zur Berechnung der Verluste eines Antriebsstranges wurden die einzelnen Verlustmechanismen beziehungsweise die Einflüsse von Betriebsstrategien auf die Verluste untersucht. Der Hauptaspekt der Arbeit liegt auf der Integration von Kurzzeitspeichern zur Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz in elektrischen Antriebssträngen. Hierfür wurde im Rahmen dieser Arbeit ein Konzept entwickelt. Dieses Konzept wurde anschließend soweit ausgearbeitet, dass es am Prüfstand messtechnisch verifiziert werden konnte. Mit Hilfe des entwickelten Systems kann Bremsenergie im Antriebssystem selbst gespeichert werden und somit bei darauffolgenden Beschleunigungsphasen wieder genutzt werden. Dies sorgt vor allem bei bestehenden Antriebssystemen ohne Netzrückspeisung für erhebliche Effizienzsteigerungen. Durch diese Maßnahme kann nicht nur die Energieeffizienz, sondern auch die Kosteneffizienz erheblich gesteigert werden. Daneben kann noch eine deutliche Verbesserung der CO2-Bilanz erreicht werden. Zusätzlich zu den energetischen Aspekten werden auch die Einsparungen beziehungsweise wirtschaftlichen Aspekte im Berechnungsprogramm berücksichtigt

No full textThis book examines how Norwegian education policy may create crises rather than solve them. Schools are overloaded with tasks that cannot be resolved politically. The school is expected to provide students with shared frames of reference, promote sustainability and democracy, and contribute to social levelling, inclusion, and successful integration. It is supposed to counteract historical decline and help us realise utopian visions of the future. When such extensive and numerous goals are set for the school, it becomes difficult for teachers, students, and principals to succeed. This often leads the school into a continuous state of crisis. It becomes the cause of both minor and major societal crises at the same time as it is expected to function as a panacea. In this book, we explore the function, ontology, and epistemology of crisis within educational policy rhetoric, and we analyse how education policy constructs crises or attempts to manage them in different historical phases. The topics discussed are highly relevant to today’s school debates. The book is intended for teachers, teacher educators, school leaders, education policymakers, education researchers, journalists, labour unions, and others with an interest in education. The book is initiated by the research group Compete at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and edited by Tom Are Trippestad, Merethe Roos, and Erlend Eidsvik, and features contributions from several prominent education researchers at various Norwegian educational institutions

Youth Diversion
No full textUsing New South Wales as a case example, this book engages with central themes of discretionary decision-making processes regarding youth diversion away from court and the broader political and policy constraints that impact implementation to full potential. Drawing on mixed quantitative and qualitative data, including interviews with experienced police officers, magistrates, and youth justice personnel, this study examines discretionary decision-making processes under the Young Offenders Act 1997 (NSW). While focusing on the Australian experience, the shared colonization history with other Commonwealth countries such as New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom allow for the insights to be globally applicable. Readers will gain insights into implementing diversionary justice, understand theoretical frameworks shaping contemporary youth justice, and access evidence-based analysis for improving outcomes internationally.
