    Manajemen Public Relations di Program Corporate Social Responsibility PT SIER Dalam Community Development dan Corporate Social Innovation

    This study analyzes public relations (PR) management in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) for community development and corporate social innovation (CSI). Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study explores the four PR stages—finding the fact and defining the problem, planning and programming, taking action and communication, and evaluating the program. PT SIER implements CSR through community relations, community service, and community empowerment, which include MSME empowerment, infrastructure development, and digital marketing training. However, the awareness stage in community development remains suboptimal due to the absence of social mapping. The capacity-building stage involves funding and training, while the empowerment stage focuses on international collaboration such as business matching. PT SIER's CSR program also adopts CSI principles: multisectoral collaboration with governments and strategic partners, sustainable innovation in digital training and water recycling, and alignment with business to create shared value. The results show that PT SIER has designed and implemented programs to enhance the capacity and independence of the community. However, strengthening long-term monitoring systems and developing formal social mapping are necessary to ensure program sustainability. This study contributes theoretically to the study of CSR based on community development and the practice of corporate social innovation

    The popularity of alternate universe (AU) fanfiction on the social media platform X (Twitter) has increased among K-Pop fans, one of which is AU with the genre boys’ love. This study aims to determine how women accept boys’ love from AUs they read on X (Twitter). Using a qualitative approach, this study tries to understand the research topic analyzed using Stuart Hall's response analysis method. Variations in female K-Pop fans' acceptance of boys’ love in AU they read on X (Twitter) were found. There was one person in the dominant-hegemonic position, six people in the negotiated position and one person in the oppositional position.     Media yang menjadi sumber informasi dan berita, kini telah berkembang kearah yang lebih maju yang menjanjikan suatu kemudahan akses bagi penggunanya. Mcquail dalam Ahmadi (2020) menjelaskan mengenai istilah media baru yang mana merupakan jenis media dengan kecanggihan teknologi yang memungkinkan penggunanya melakukan interaksi serta komunikasi secara dua arah dan menggunakan jaringan internet. Salah satu jenis media baru yang cukup popular adalah Youtube. Podcast BBK merupakan podcast Youtube yang memiliki angka penonton cukup tinggi serta dikenal dengan kontennya yang menghibur, namun seringkali menampilkan lelucon yang mengobjektifikasi gender (humor seksis). Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk meneliti Representasi humor seksis pada tayangan podcast Bocah-Bocah Kosong di Youtube @wkwkprojectbygenflix. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode analisa semiotika milik Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, menurut analisa dari unsur denotasi, konotasi, serta mitos pada tayangan tersebut, terdapat adanya humor seksis yang dilontarkan dengan seringkali menggunakan perempuan sebagai objek leluconnya. Serta banyak ditemukan pelabelan gender yang membentuk suatu stereotip tentang sikap serta perilaku laki-laki dan perempuan yang dianut di masyarakat sosial.     A Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) plant with a capacity of 50,000 tons per year will be established in Manyarejo, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, East Java. The plant will operate 24 hours a day and 330 days a year. The MEK plant will use 2-butanol from Yujiang Chemical (Shandong) Co., Ltd in China and Copper Catalyst from PT. Hunan Minstrong Technology Co., Ltd in Hunan, China. Methyl ethyl ketone is an important solvent with properties similar to acetone. MEK has advantages over other solvents, including a comparable evaporation rate, high solubility ratio to viscosity, ability to mix with large amounts of hydrocarbons without affecting solid content or viscosity, and good volume/mass ratio due to its low density. In general, MEK is a competitor to ethyl acetate as a low-boiling-point solvent due to its low viscosity, high solid content, and large dilution tolerance. The MEK plant uses a dehydrogenation process with CuO catalyst. The process starts with pre-treatment by evaporating 2-butanol. The first step is dehydrogenation in a fixed-bed multitube reactor with CuO catalyst at 380°C. The gas produced is then separated from unwanted substances, such as nitrogen and water, using a flash drum. The next step is to separate the MEK and water components in a distillation column. The separated MEK gas is then condensed and cooled before entering the product tank. The planned MEK plant can be summarized as follows: 1. Production capacity: 50,000 tons/year 2.     Berikut adalah terjemahan teks tersebut dalam bahasa Inggris: Diphenylamine (DPA) or N-phenylbenzenamine is one of the chemical materials that must be imported from abroad to meet domestic needs. This is because Indonesia does not yet have a factory that produces diphenylamine. The establishment of a diphenylamine factory in Indonesia is expected to reduce dependence on imported products, not only diphenylamine products but also other products that use diphenylamine as a raw material, thereby encouraging the growth of downstream industries related to or using diphenylamine products. Diphenylamine is used as a stabilizer for elastomers, nitrocellulose, nitroglycerin, and as an intermediate for dyes. In addition, diphenylamine is also used as an additive in propellants to increase storage power by neutralizing acidic products formed from the decomposition of nitrocellulose. According to UN Comtrade (2024), the total import of diphenylamine commodities in the country in 2024 was 46,337 tons per year. The demand for diphenylamine in Indonesia is expected to continue to increase in line with the increasing human needs and the growth of downstream industries in Indonesia that require diphenylamine as a raw material. Planning for the establishment of a diphenylamine factory with a capacity of 50,000 tons/year can help meet domestic needs. The location of the factory is a crucial aspect that must be considered. Based on several considerations, the diphenylamine factory will be established in the JIIPE Gresik Industrial Area, Jalan Raya Manyar KM 11 Manyarejo, Manyar Sidorukun, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, East Java 61151. In general, diphenylamine can be produced through liquid-phase conversion and vapor-phase conversion processes. The process chosen in this factory design is the vapor-phase conversion process. The process starts with vaporizing aniline using a vaporizer. The resulting vapor is then heated with a furnace to a temperature of 460°C, which is then compressed to 7 atm. The vapor is then flowed into the reactor with an operating temperature of 460°C and a pressure of 7 atm with active alumina catalyst in the reactor tube. The aniline vapor will decompose into diphenylamine vapor and ammonia by-products. The mixture of diphenylamine vapor, ammonia, and unreacted aniline is separated in a separator. The bottom product of the separator is liquid-phase diphenylamine, which is then crystallized using a prilling tower and stored in a storage warehouse. The top product of the separator is a mixture of ammonia and unreacted aniline, which is separated again in separator 2. The bottom product of separator 2 is unreacted aniline, which is then flowed back to the vaporizer as a recycle. The top product is ammonia gas, which is stored in an ammonia storage tank. The utility unit in the diphenylamine factory serves to provide auxiliary materials and energy. In the water treatment unit, sanitary water, process water, cooling water, and boiler feedwater are provided. To conserve water, the used cooling water must be cooled again in a cooling tower. In the steam supply unit, the boiler is planned to produce saturated steam at a pressure of 4.5 bar with a temperature of 148°C. The main product sold is diphenylamine with a price of $437 per 100 kg. The economic analysis shows that the Total Capital Investment is Rp1,163,755,457,051 with a Return on Investment after tax of 16%. The Break-Even Point is 32.85% with a Payback Period of 2 years and 2 months

    The use of technology in the entertainment industry has advanced rapidly, including the application of gamification in education. This study aims to design and develop an educational application based on a Role-Playing Game (RPG) with turn-based mechanics to enhance high school students' learning motivation. The application was developed using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The application employs character attributes aligned with specific subjects, such as Health Points (HP) for biology, Attack (ATK) for mathematics, Mana Points (MP) for chemistry, Defense (Def) for Bahasa Indonesia, Critical Rate (Crit Rate) for advanced mathematics, and Critical Damage (Crit DMG) for physics. Students can complete five main levels along with an additional level called Level EX. The application is a web-based platform developed using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, featuring key elements such as character attributes, quiz practices based on UTBK problems, and combat against mobs. The research findings reveal that gamified quiz practices with an RPG genre can increase students' learning motivation. Testing conducted on 10 students over 15 days, from October 22, 2024, to November 5, 2024, showed that 9 out of 10 students felt motivated to practice quizzes using the application, with 5 students achieving the highest level (Level EX). These results indicate that the RPG-based gamification approach creates an interactive and enjoyable learning experience while helping students enhance their motivation for independent learning

    Health is important for every human being. Health, education and income of each individual are three important factors that greatly influence the quality of human resources. Anxiety disorders are a significant mental health problem and can affect an individual's quality of life. Early detection of anxiety disorders is important to provide appropriate intervention and prevent the development of more serious conditions. This research aims to develop an expert system that is able to detect anxiety disorders based on symptoms reported by penggunas. This system uses a forward chaining method and a knowledge base compiled from medical literature and consultations with mental health experts. Several stages of system creation include collecting data on symptoms of anxiety disorders, preparing a knowledge base, implementing a forward chaining inference algorithm, and kuatating the system using test data and expert consultation. The expert system developed in this research is able to provide accurate initial information regarding the symptoms of anxiety disorders in adolescents based on the symptoms input by the pengguna. By utilizing a knowledge base and appropriate diagnostic rules, the system can identify key symptoms that indicate the presence of an anxiety disorder

    Germinated red rice is an innovation in food processing aimed at improving the texture quality and nutritional value of red rice. This study aims to analyze the effect of germination on the texture profile of germinated red rice, evaluate the correlation between instrumental and sensory texture analysis, and determine the characteristics of germinated red rice through correlation analysis. The research was conducted using a factorial randomized block design with two factors: red rice variety (Inpari Arumba and Inpari 24) and germination time (0, 12, 24, 36, and 48 hours). The analyzed parameters included amylose content, amylopectin, swelling power, solubility, pasting profile (RVA), and texture profile using the Texture Profile Analysis (TPA) method, along with descriptive sensory evaluation. Additionally, microscopic analysis using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) was performed to observe changes in starch granule structure. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, DMRT test, Pearson Correlation, and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The results showed that the germination process of red rice led to a decrease in amylose content and an increase in amylopectin, solubility, and swelling power up to a certain duration. The RVA pasting profile results indicated a decrease in peak viscosity with increasing germination time. SEM analysis revealed starch granule structure degradation due to enzymatic activity. Additionally, the germination process could also cause starch structure degradation in germinated red rice flour. Correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between instrumental testing results (TPA) and sensory evaluation, particularly in the hardness attribute. PCA successfully grouped texture characteristics based on variety and germination time. This study provides in-depth insights into the physicochemical and textural changes in germinated red rice and highlights its potential development as a functional food product with improved texture and nutrition.     OPTIMASI KLASIFIKASI PENYAKIT TUMOR OTAK MENGGUNAKAN FUZZY C-MEANS DAN EFFICIENTNET BERDASARKAN DATA CITRA MRI MANUSIA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan klasifikasi tumor otak berbasis citra MRI menggunakan metode Fuzzy C-Means dan arsitektur EfficientNet. Segmentasi citra diterapkan untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi, dari 88% tanpa segmentasi menjadi 93% dengan segmentasi. ReduceLROnPlateau digunakan untuk penyesuaian learning rate adaptif, mencegah overfitting, dan mempercepat konvergensi model. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 3629 data citra menggunakan empat skenario konfigurasi parameter berbeda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kernel 3x3 memberikan hasil optimal dengan keseimbangan antara detail lokal dan pola global, sementara batch size 65 memberikan stabilitas pelatihan terbaik. Optimizer Adam terbukti paling unggul dibanding RMS Prop dan SGD dalam hal efisiensi pelatihan dan pencapaian akurasi tinggi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Fuzzy C-Means dan EfficientNet memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pengembangan sistem pendukung diagnosis medis berbasis kecerdasan buatan, terutama untuk klasifikasi tumor otak dengan performa tinggi
