OPTIMALISASI PERENCANAAN PRODUKSI PUPUK PHOSKA DENGAN METODE DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING PADA PT GRESIK NUSANTARA FERTILIZER
Indonesia's agricultural sector plays a crucial role in ensuring food security and bolstering the national economy. A major challenge, however, is the declining quality of land due to the unregulated use of chemical fertilizers. PT Gresik Nusantara Fertilizer addresses this issue by producing soil-enhancing fertilizers. Their main offerings include GNF Mutiara, GNF SP-36, and GNF Phoska, which aim to enhance soil health and increase agricultural yields. The company operates with a continuous production system, where raw materials represent the most significant expense due to their variety and volume. Labor costs arise from worker wages involved in tasks like mixing, granulating, and packaging. Energy costs, especially electricity, are critical for operating production machinery, particularly during the drying phase using a rotary dryer. Packaging costs entail the use of sacks for distributing the fertilizer to markets. To effectively manage these components and minimize resource waste, a strategy is needed to optimize production and maintain cost-efficiency. This study employs Dynamic Programming (DP) to enhance the use of raw materials in producing Phoska fertilizer. This method helps determine the optimal mix of raw materials by considering potential price variations, thereby promoting more efficient production. Additionally, forecasting techniques are utilized in the study to predict fertilizer demand based on historical data
Pengaruh Kombinasi Pupuk N, P dan K Dan Konsentrasi Paclobutrazol Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Padi (Oryza Sativa) Varietas Inpari 32
Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a staple commodity and the primary source of
carbohydrates for the people of Indonesia. However, rice productivity in Indonesia
remains relatively low compared to other major rice-producing countries. This
study aimed to determine the optimal combination of paclobutrazol concentration
and NPK fertilizer for improving the growth and productivity of rice plants. The
research was conducted from December 2024 to February 2025 in Ngraho Village,
Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. A Split Plot Design (RPT) was used with two
treatment factors: paclobutrazol concentration (P) as the subplot and fertilizer
combination (N) as the main plot. There were 16 treatment combinations, each
repeated 3 times, resulting in a total of 48 experimental units. The best treatment
combination was Urea (600 kg/ha) + SP36 (300 kg/ha) + KCl (200 kg/ha) +
paclobutrazol at 600 ppm. This combination produced the most favorable results in
terms of plant height, number of leaves, flowering time, number of panicles per
clump, and dry grain yield per hectare. The treatment had a significant effect and
is recommended for application in rice cultivation, particularly in areas with
similar agroclimatic conditions. Further research in different locations and
planting seasons is necessary to evaluate the consistency of these results.

PERANCANGAN VIDEO EDUKASI TENTANG STOP EKSPLOITASI ANAK UNTUK ORANG TUA DENGAN ANAK USIA DI BAWAH 13 TAHUN
The issue of child exploitation in Indonesia remains a serious concern. Thousands of cases are recorded each year, covering various forms of exploitation, ranging from economic, sexual, to social. Children who become victims often experience long-term effects on their physical and mental health. On the other hand, the role of parents as the primary protectors of children is not yet fully optimized, with many not fully understanding how to prevent and address this exploitation. Based on a survey conducted, educational video content is considered an effective approach to enhancing social understanding, particularly among parents, regarding this issue.
The design process for this educational video was carried out using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection involved interviewing representatives from relevant government agencies, psychologists, and child protection practitioners, as well as conducting a community survey to map the existing level of understanding. Additionally, a study was conducted on existing educational materials as a reference. Data analysis was performed using the 5W+1H method and a fishbone diagram to formulate targeted messages. Visual and narrative concepts were then developed based on the synthesis of these results.
The resulting video is a documentary with a maximum duration of 15 minutes, featuring content that evokes empathy and provides practical information on preventing child exploitation. Visual design prioritizes a warm tone, a simple yet impactful narrative flow, and design elements accessible to the target audience—parents. The production process involves validation by stakeholders to ensure the messages conveyed are appropriate and accurate.
Through this educational video, it is hoped that the public, especially parents, can better understand their important role in preventing child exploitation. Beyond serving as an information medium, the video is expected to foster critical awareness and encourage sustainable behavioral change. This project represents a small yet meaningful step in the collective effort to create a safe and supportive environment for children's development in Indonesia

Yogyakarta is one of the regions prone to liquefaction. The 2006 earthquake in Yogyakarta, with a magnitude of 6.2, triggered liquefaction in the districts of Bantul, Sleman, and Klaten. Liquefaction is a condition in which solid ground loses its strength and behaves like a liquid. This study analyzes liquefaction potential using the methods of Youd & Idriss (2001), Idriss & Boulanger (2008), and the Hyperbolic Function method (2012) at points BH – 98 and BH – 101, with varying earthquake magnitudes, based on SPT data and sieve analysis results. The findings indicate that at BH – 98, which is dominated by sandy soils, the highest liquefaction potential occurs at depths of 3 – 5 m, 15 m, and 21 m during a magnitude 7 earthquake. At BH – 101, where the soil consists mainly of sandy and clayey types, significant liquefaction potential is found at depths of 3 – 9 m and 19 – 21 m under the same magnitude. Further analysis shows that the order of safety factor values from lowest to highest which corresponds to liquefaction potential from highest to lowest is: Idriss & Boulanger (2008), Hyperbolic Function (2012), and Youd & Idriss (2001)

Prediksi Penjualan Strapping Band Pada PT. Powerpack Industrial Solution Menggunakan Optimasi Grid Search Pada Model XGBoost.
PT. Powerpack Industrial Solution, operating in the field of industrial solutions supply, particularly strapping band products, faces challenges in predicting fluctuating sales, which can lead to overstock or stockout conditions, resulting in increased operational costs and decreased customer satisfaction. The main problem addressed is the inaccuracy in forecasting strapping band demand due to high market fluctuations and the complexity of historical sales data. To overcome this issue, this study proposes the use of an Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model optimized through Grid Search technique to improve sales prediction accuracy. The method involves applying the XGBoost model combined with systematic hyperparameter tuning using Grid Search, based on sales data consisting of dates, product types, and quantities sold. Model evaluation is conducted using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric to assess prediction accuracy. The urgency of this research lies in the critical need for accurate demand forecasting to optimize inventory management, thus minimizing the risk of overstock and stockout while enhancing operational efficiency.
The innovation introduced in this study is the application of Grid Search optimization to the XGBoost model in the context of strapping band sales prediction, a topic that has been scarcely explored in the packaging and distribution industry. This research addresses a gap in the literature by providing a more efficient, data-driven solution for inventory management in manufacturing and distribution companies. The results show that after optimization, the XGBoost model successfully reduced the MAPE from 9.59% to 7.12%, leading to improved prediction accuracy and more effective stock management for the company.
