Analisis Ketahanan Keuangan Pedagang Tradisional pada Pasar Setro Makmur di Surabaya
This study aims to analyze how the financial resilience of traditional traders at Setro Makmur Market in Surabaya. This study employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, utilizing both secondary and primary data. The informants in this study were two administrators and five traditional traders at Setro Makmur Market. Data collection techniques in this study were by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis techniques in the study used triangulation and data reduction methods. The results of the study indicate that the financial resilience of traditional traders at Setro Makmur Market is still relatively low due to several factors such as the condition of Setro Makmur Market and the lack of understanding of financial resilience due to the lack of financial literacy and the interest of traditional traders to learn more about financial resilience
PENGARUH PROMOSI, HARGA, ONLINE CUSTOMER REVIEW TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA PENGGUNA APLIKASI TIKTOK DI SURABAYA
The increasingly developing technology is marked by the emergence of innovations that facilitate human activities, one of which is the innovation of using online shopping media. Many online shopping media compete to create new features to attract users, especially the Tiktok application. Tiktok has developed into an online shopping application by adding an online customer review feature. This further increases competition between sellers so that there is a variety of price and promotion competition. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, price, online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Tiktok application users in Surabaya. The analysis used uses quantitative methods and probability sampling in the SPSS 26 application. A total of 100 respondents who were the sample of this study were people of Surabaya who had enjoyed shopping services through the Tiktok application. This study provides significant results between the variables of promotion, price, and online customer reviews simultaneously on purchasing decisions on the Tiktok application.

PENGARUH CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT DAN STORE ATMOSPHERE TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PADA BARADJAWA DI SURABAYA
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Customer Service, Customer Interaction, Store Layout, and Store Exterior on Customer Loyalty at Baradjawa in Surabaya. In the midst of increasingly competitive business competition, maintaining good relationships with customers and creating a comfortable store atmosphere are important strategies in building customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 126 respondents who are active Baradjawa customers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that customer service, customer interaction, store layout, and store exterior have a significant effect on customer loyalty together. Customer service does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer interaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Then the store layout has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Finally, the store exterior has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Pengaruh Event Tanggal Kembar, Flash Sale dan Gratis Ongkos Kirim Terhadap Pembelian Impulsif Konsumen (Studi pada Mahasiswa Pengguna Shopee di Surabaya)
This study aims to analyze the influence of twin date events, flash sales, and free shipping promotions on impulsive buying behavior among university students who use the Shopee application in Surabaya. The rise of promotional activities in e-commerce, particularly during twin date events, has contributed to a growing trend of unplanned or impulsive purchases, especially among young consumers. This research employs a quantitative associative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, involving 100 student respondents who have shopping experience on Shopee. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software.The results show that twin date events, flash sales, and free shipping promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on impulsive buying behavior. Partially, each independent variable also significantly influences impulsive purchases. These findings indicate that Shopee's marketing strategies—based on time-limited promotions and cost incentives—are effective in stimulating impulsive buying among students. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the understanding of consumer behavior in the digital era
Pengaruh Komitmen Afektif dan Etos Kerja terhadap Kinerja Anggota Komunitas Senyum Anak Nusantara (SAN) Chapter Sidoarjo
This study aims to analyze the influence of affective commitment and work ethic on the performance of members of the Komunitas Senyum Anak Nusantara (SAN) Chapter Sidoarjo. The research problem is motivated by a decline in member contributions to the external work program of the SAN Chapter Sidoarjo for the 2024/2025 period, which has the potential to reduce the effectiveness of community program implementation.
The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach targeting 74 members of the SAN Chapter Sidoarjo. The data collection instrument consists of a questionnaire using a Likert scale, which was then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on member performance, as shown by indicators of concern for the organization, sense of belonging, emotional attachment, and happiness when carrying out work programs. In addition, work ethic also has a positive and significant effect on member performance, as seen in indicators of interpersonal skills, initiative, and reliability. These findings indicate that enhancing members' affective commitment and work ethic can improve the quality, quantity, responsibility, and collaboration in the implementation of external work programs. This study is expected to contribute to the SAN Chapter Sidoarjo community in optimizing member participation and serve as a reference for future research in nonprofit organizations.

Optimasi Penerapan Green Supply Chain Management Menggunakan Pom-Qm For Windows Dalam Meminimalkan Limbah Produksi Batik Royyan Tuban
Waste from the textile industry, including batik, drives the need for sustainable production strategies. This study aims to optimize the implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) at Batik Royyan Tuban to minimize production waste using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach supported by the POM-QM for Windows software.
A descriptive quantitative approach was employed through a case study. Production and inventory data were analyzed using the EOQ method in POM-QM for Windows to calculate parameters such as Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and Total Inventory Cost. The results were compared before and after implementation to evaluate efficiency and waste management.
The study shows that the application of EOQ significantly improves raw material management efficiency, reduces purchase frequency, and decreases production waste. The integration of this method into GSCM has proven effective in supporting the operational sustainability of Batik Royyan and strengthening its environmentally friendly business image.

Implementasi BIM (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING) Terhadap Peningkatan Akurasi Pada Perhitungan Estimasi Biaya Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Jalur Lintas Selatan (JLS) Lot 3 Pantai Serang – Sumbersih
The advancement of technology in the construction industry has brought significant changes to project planning and implementation methods. One of the innovations that plays a key role in improving project efficiency and accuracy is Building Information Modeling (BIM). Conventional methods of Quantity Take-Off (QTO) are often inefficient and prone to calculation errors, especially in road infrastructure projects. Therefore, this study aims to implement BIM to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of cost estimation in the South Coastal Road Construction Project (Jalur Lintas Selatan – JLS) Lot 3, from Serang Beach to Sumbersih.
The research data includes Detail Engineering Design (DED) drawings and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) documents obtained from the project contractor. The research stages consist of data collection, 3D modeling using Autodesk Revit software, and BIM-based QTO calculations. Modeling and drafting in Revit were carried out by importing the data provided by the contractor as a reference for the modeling process. The analysis was conducted by comparing the cost estimation results of the conventional method with those of the BIM-based method to evaluate the efficiency and accuracy of each approach.
The final results of the study show that for the section between STA 1+700 and STA 2+025, the total cost calculated using the BIM method was IDR 3,015,089,012.33, which is higher than the conventional method’s total cost of IDR 2,651,200,774.99. This indicates a cost difference of 13.73%, with the BIM-based QTO being more expensive than the conventional method.

Analisis Kelayakan dan Saluran Pemasaran Usaha Ternak Kambing Peranakan Etawa di Desa Banjaragung Kecamatan Balongpanggang Kabupaten Gresik
Etawa crossbred goat farming business activities in Banjaragung Village face various problems, such as minimal profits from breeders and fluctuations in goat prices in marketing channels. This study aims to analyze business feasibility and determine the efficiency level in marketing channels implemented by goat farmers of the Etawa crossbreed in Banjaragung Village. The population in the study was breeders of Etawa crossbred goat in Banjaragung Village, which numbered 16 breeders. This research uses a business feasibility analysis method with calculation. B/C Ratio, BEP unit, BEP price, and BEP revenue, as well as using the marketing margin analysis method to determine the level of marketing channel efficiency. The result of the B/C Ratio calculation is 0.23, which means that the business is worth running. Because the result is more than 0. The result of the BEP calculation is 1 unit, and the is Rp.2.317.214, and the BEP revenue result is Rp.1.550.110, which means that the business is worth running because of the average results obtained by farmers exceeding the break-event point and the results of the marketing margin analysis calculations show that all farmers have a farmer share value above 50%, which means that all The farmer has chosen an efficient marketing channel, namely marketing channel I (Farmers – Consumers) with a farmer share value of 100% and marketing channel II (Farmers – Blantik – Consumers) with a farmer share value of 90,34%
