    Traditional arts are a valuable part of cultural heritage that hold educational, moral, and social values, making them important to introduce to younger generations. One such art form is the "Besutan" drama from Jombang Regency, which is gradually fading from public memory. The lack of engaging and age-appropriate educational media for elementary school students contributes to the declining awareness and interest in this cultural art. Therefore, there is a need for an educational medium that introduces local arts through a visual and technology-based approach suited to children’s learning styles. This project utilized methods such as observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies to identify user needs and determine the appropriate media form. An interactive picture book was chosen as the main medium, enhanced with Augmented Reality (AR) features to make the information delivery more engaging and easier to understand for children aged 10–12. The AR technology enables students to interact directly with the book's content through their devices. The analysis revealed that most students were unfamiliar with Besutan and showed a strong interest in visual, story-based learning media with interactive elements. This book presents the history, characters, costumes, and life values found in Besutan performances, all wrapped in a narrative format supported by AR features to boost understanding and engagement. Through this design, the interactive picture book with AR is expected to serve as an effective alternative educational medium for introducing the Besutan drama to elementary school students. In addition to being a means of preserving cultural heritage, it also offers a fun and innovative learning experience that aligns with modern technology and the learning preferences of today’s young generation

    China has launched various space initiatives and projects that reflect its long-term strategy to strengthen its position on the global stage. The space project initiated by China is called China’s Space Program. This research explores how China utilizes its space achievements to achieve geopolitical objectives through an in-depth analysis of key missions, including the launch of the Tiangong space station, lunar exploration through the Chang’e program, and the Mars mission Tianwen-1. The main focus of this study is to understand how China’s space achievements during this period function as tools to expand its influence and strengthen its strategic position internationally. The methodology used includes document analysis, case studies, and evaluation of data from official journals and international publications. The research findings indicate that China has successfully leveraged its space program to strengthen diplomacy, build strategic alliances, and create technological dependence among countries in the Indo-Pacific region. China’s space program has also been used to demonstrate high-tech capabilities and innovation strength, supporting its geopolitical ambitions. This study concludes that China’s space program is not only a tool for technological advancement but also a strategy to enhance its geopolitical and economic influence at the global level.     ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SCHOOL EMPOWERING PROGRAM PROTECTING WOMEN AND CHILDREN (SEKOPER BERLIAN) IN TAMBAKREJO VILLAGE, JOMBANG ESTI PUJI RAHAYU NPM. 18041010112 The implementation of community empowerment is one of the efforts to achieve social welfare. In this case, to achieve social welfare, the Jombang Regency Government carries out the Women Empowering School program to protect women and children. The objective of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Women Empowering School Protecting Women and Children Program (SEKOPER BERLIAN) in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The focus of this research uses the factors that determine the success or failure of an implementation, as proposed by Erwan and Dyah in Public Policy Implementation (2015), which includes 6 factors: policy quality, adequacy of budget policy inputs, instrument accuracy, implementor capacity, characteristics and support of target groups, and socio-economic and political geographical environmental conditions. The data source in this research uses both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data is obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. Meanwhile, secondary data is used to complement the primary data needs. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Empowering Women School program to Protect Women and Children in Tambakrejo Village can run well. This is because it has met 6 factors of policy implementation success, namely in the quality factor of the policy there are clear objectives and clarity of program implementers. In the adequacy of policy input factor, sufficient funding has been allocated for activities sourced from village funds. In the appropriateness of instruments factor, learning methods that are suitable for community conditions have been used and are implemented regularly. In the implementer's capacity factor, the number of program administrators is adequate, and the administrators have also received training from the DPPKBPPPA of Jombang Regency so that they have the necessary competencies. In terms of the characteristics and support factors of the target group, they have also received full support from the Tambakrejo village community. As for the socio-economic and political environmental conditions, they have been successfully implemented because the environmental conditions are conducive, thus supporting the efforts to achieve policy objectives.     PENGARUH TPAK, PDRB INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN, PDRB PERDAGANGAN TERHADAP KETIMPANGAN PENDAPATAN DI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

    Indonesia memiliki ketimpangan pendapatan yang tinggi, termasuk di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Ketimpangan ini menjadi tantangan utama pembangunan ekonomi dan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK), PDRB sektor industri pengolahan, serta PDRB sektor perdagangan, reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Jawa Barat periode 2009–2023. Ketimpangan diukur menggunakan indeks Williamson, sementara analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata indeks Williamson sebesar 0,667. TPAK berpengaruh negatif terhadap ketimpangan, PDRB sektor industri pengolahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan PDRB sektor perdagangan dan reparasi kendaraan berpengaruh positif.     This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the sustainable performance of basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 34 companies was obtained with a unit of analysis of 102 companies. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results showed that green investment has no significant effect on financial performance or sustainable performance, because most companies make green investment only to fulfill regulations, not as a main business strategy. In contrast, CSR investment is proven to have a positive effect on financial performance and sustainable performance, because CSR can improve corporate reputation, stakeholder loyalty, and direct social and environmental impacts. Financial performance has no significant effect on sustainable performance and does not mediate the relationship between green investment and CSR investment with sustainable performance, indicating that sustainability requires more than just economic commitment

    ASPECT-BASED SENTIMENT ANALYSIS PADA ULASAN APLIKASI ACCESS BY KAI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TF-IDF DAN ALGORITMA SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE

    Access by KAI is a digital transportation service application developed by PT Kereta Api Indonesia to simplify users' access to train travel services. To improve service quality and user experience, this study conducted sentiment analysis on user reviews from the Google Play Store using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The analysis focused on three key aspects: Financial Transactions, Technical Issues and Performance, and User Experience and Interface. The best result for Financial Transactions was achieved using the SMOTE model with a Linear kernel and a 70:30 data split, yielding an average f1-score of 0.66 (f1-score -1: 0.58, f1-score 0: 0.95, f1-score 1: 0.46). For Technical Issues and Performance, the highest performance came from the Non-SMOTE model with a Linear kernel and an 80:20 data split, resulting in an average f1-score of 0.76 (f1-score -1: 0.94, f1-score 0: 0.76, f1-score 1: 0.59). Meanwhile, the User Experience and Interface aspect achieved its best result with the SMOTE model using a Linear kernel and a 70:30 split, with an average f1-score of 0.76 (f1-score -1: 0.47, f1-score 0: 0.89, f1-score 1: 0.92). The best-performing model was then implemented into a Flask-based web application capable of predicting sentiment, exporting results in .csv format, and displaying data visualizations.     Thesis administration at the higher education level, such as in the Physics Department, still faces challenges due to the absence of an integrated system. To address this issue, a web-based Thesis Management Application was developed to support five main user roles: Students, Lecturers, Thesis Coordinators, Program Coordinators, and Administrators. The system offers a comprehensive set of features including authentication, pre-proposal submission, advisor scheduling, seminar and exam management, publication submission, oral examinations, and final graduation requirements. This study focuses on the Quality Assurance (QA) process using the Scrum methodology and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) framework over six sprints conducted within three months. The process began with the mapping of 225 functional requirements on the Front-End and 206 on the BackEnd, which were then translated into 1240 test cases derived from various usage scenarios, authorization validations, and interaction flow explorations. Nonfunctional testing was also conducted at the end of the sixth sprint, covering aspects such as portability, usability, performance, availability, and security.     Pengembangan Sistem Pembaruan Firmware Over-the-Air untuk Perangkat IoT Berbasis ESP32 dengan Integrasi MQTT dan HTTP

    Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) mendorong kebutuhan sistem pembaruan firmware yang efisien, aman, dan mudah dioperasikan, khususnya pada perangkat mikrokontroler ESP32. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pembaruan firmware Over-The-Air (OTA) yang mengintegrasikan protokol MQTT untuk pemicuan dan autentikasi, serta HTTP untuk pengunduhan firmware dari cloud storage. Arsitektur sistem melibatkan backend terstruktur, MQTT broker dengan plugin kustom untuk manajemen kredensial, dan private blockchain sebagai immutable log, memungkinkan ESP32 berfungsi sebagai klien pengunduh yang mengurangi beban perangkat dan meningkatkan fleksibilitas akses jarak jauh. Sistem ini diwujudkan melalui library Arduino iotNetESP32 yang dirancang untuk kemudahan integrasi dan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan pembaruan firmware mencapai 100% dari 30 kali percobaan, secara signifikan melampaui metode konvensional berbasis MQTT yang hanya 80%. Waktu rata-rata proses pembaruan tercatat 21,5 detik, jauh lebih cepat daripada metode lama yang membutuhkan lebih dari 60 detik. Keandalan sistem diperkuat oleh latensi komunikasi MQTT yang rendah, yaitu 163 ms, dan mekanisme autentikasi serta kontrol akses yang ketat. Selama proses pembaruan, penggunaan CPU dan memori tetap stabil, menunjukkan efisiensi sumber daya perangkat. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan ini menyediakan solusi pembaruan firmware yang cepat dan andal, mempermudah penerapan di lingkungan IoT berbasis ESP32, dan memiliki potensi untuk skala yang lebih besar di masa depan
