    Program magang Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di PT. Colar Creativ Industri memberikan pengalaman langsung di dunia kerja, khususnya dalam bidang desain komunikasi visual. PT. Colar merupakan perusahaan properti dengan produk andalan berupa brand “Ukel” yang memproduksi barang berbahan besi cor. Untuk bersaing di industri, perusahaan perlu memperkuat branding melalui logo dan identitas visual yang konsisten. Dalam magang ini, penulis bertugas sebagai desainer grafis untuk brand Ukel. Tugasnya mencakup pembuatan logo, pengembangan identitas visual, penyusunan brand guideline, dan pembuatan konten media sosial. Semua pekerjaan dilakukan dengan arahan dari divisi Social Media Marketing dan pembimbing magang, serta menerapkan ilmu desain yang dipelajari di perkuliahan. Proses kerja dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, seperti briefing, riset, pembuatan desain, asistensi, revisi, hingga publikasi. Software utama yang digunakan adalah Adobe Illustrator dan Photoshop. Magang ini juga mengembangkan kemampuan softskill seperti komunikasi, manajemen waktu, dan kerja tim. Melalui program ini, penulis lebih memahami praktik branding di dunia industri dan mendapat pengalaman langsung dalam mengembangkan visual brand.     Media coverage plays a crucial role in shaping public opinion on political issues, including campaign programs during the 2024 Presidential Election. One of the most highlighted programs is the free lunch initiative proposed by the Prabowo Subianto–Gibran Rakabuming Raka pair. This study aims to examine how the online media outlet Kumparan framed this program during the period of February to May 2024. The focus of this research is to explore how the textual structure of news was constructed and how social meaning and political-economic interests influenced media content. This study employs Pan & Kosicki’s framing theory to analyze the narrative structure of news texts, Peter L. Berger’s theory of social construction of reality to examine how the media shapes public perception, and Vincent Mosco’s theory of political economy of media to assess the influence of power and market logic in media production. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis of 15 selected news articles from Kumparan. The findings indicate that Kumparan’s framing of the free lunch program tends to be positive, emphasizing social benefits and support from political elites. Critical perspectives are present but limited. The media actively constructs the social reality of the program as a strategic and worthy policy. Moreover, the news content is influenced by commodification, spatialization, and structuration within the framework of political economy. These findings suggest that media is not entirely neutral, but rather participates in the reproduction of dominant discourses and political interests.     Sepuluh Nopember Museum is one of the historical places in Surabaya that holds the value of the struggle and heroism of Surabaya youth in the battle of November 10, 1945. The museum holds a variety of memories and memories in the form of a collection of historical relics. However, this museum does not yet have an official website and the limited information and digital promotion make this museum less widely known by the public. Therefore, a website is needed as a promotional media and information tool that also educates the public, especially the younger generation of Indonesia. Based on the results of the questionnaire, 100% of 73 respondents agreed to create a UI/UX design for the Sepuluh November Museum website as a promotional media and educational tool. The approach taken in this design is to use a design thinking framework. Design thinking includes empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages with the method used is a mixed method, namely qualitative and quantitative methods which include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and pre-existing literature. The results obtained from this design are prototype UI/UX website of Museum Sepuluh November which includes information from the museum's operational schedule, heritage collections in the form of digital galleries, a history of the battle of November 10, 1945 that educates, and so on. The design concept used in this design uses modern minimalist design with semi-formal language that is polite but seems relaxed and informative. The UI/UX design of the Sepuluh November Museum website aims to make the website a promotional medium, educational tool, and improve the museum's identity, while turning online visitors into direct visitors to the museum.     Analisis Pendekatan Lean Distribution untuk Mengurangi Pemborosan pada Sistem Pengiriman di PT XYZ

    PT XYZ is a company engaged in the production and distribution of industrial gases, including liquid gas products delivered via tank trucks. In the distribution process, inefficiencies were identified, particularly in the form of wasteful activities that caused delays and reduced operational performance. This research aims to identify the types and causes of waste in the distribution system and propose improvements using the Lean Distribution approach. The research stages include mapping the Current Stream to identify non-value-added (NVA) activities, classifying waste using Process Activity Mapping (PAM), prioritizing critical waste with questionnaire-based weighting, and analyzing root causes using Fishbone Diagram and the 5M1E method. The results show that the most dominant type of waste is waiting, contributing 22% to the overall inefficiencies, followed by excess motion, defects, and overprocessing. Improvements are proposed to eliminate or reduce these wastes, such as simplifying document handling, optimizing truck loading and inspection processes, and utilizing digital systems. Implementation of the proposed improvements resulted in a decrease in total distribution lead time from 1,270 minutes to 1,085 minutes, an efficiency gain of approximately 14.6%. These findings demonstrate that Lean Distribution effectively enhances the efficiency and reliability of liquid gas delivery operations, thereby supporting the company’s service performance and competitiveness

    Graffiti in Surabaya City has experienced significant development in terms of generation, artistic style, and media used. However, many novice graffiti writers still face difficulties in creating works that have high artistic value, especially due to the lack of education about the principles of visual composition. Teenagers' interest in graffiti as a form of self�expression is an opportunity to create a new generation of graffiti writers who are more creative and directed. This design aims to develop an educational visual book that serves as a literacy medium for beginner graffiti writers. The book is designed to help them understand and apply artistic principles in composing graffiti compositions. By utilizing visual elements such as layout, illustration, color, and typography, and integrating the concept of graffiti as the main attraction, this book is expected to be an effective media. The design is done through collaboration with experienced graffiti writers in Surabaya as resource persons. This book is expected to be an inspirational and educational guide for beginner graffiti writers, enabling them to create works that are not only expressive but also have high aesthetic value.     Pengaruh Love of Money, Machiavellian, dan Idealisme terhadap Persepsi Etis Mahasiswa Akuntansi UPN "veteran" Jawa Timur

    This study focuses on how three psychological characteristics—Love of Money, Machiavellianism, and Idealism—influence the way Accounting students at UPN “Veteran” East Java view ethics. The respondents in this study were 87 students from the 2021-2022 intake who had completed the Business and Professional Ethics course. Data were collected through a questionnaire with an interval scale, then analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results are quite interesting, namely: first, Love of Money has a significant effect on students' ethical perceptions (t-statistic = 3.946; p <0.001). Second, Machiavellianism also shows a significant effect (t-statistic = 3.497; p = 0.001). However, this is not the case with Idealism, which does not show a significant effect (t-statistic = 0.170; p = 0.865). These findings can be important input in developing an ethics curriculum in accounting education. In particular, material on attitudes towards money and manipulative tendencies needs more attention in shaping the ethical understanding of prospective accountants

    Penerapan Metode Six Sigma dan Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) Sebagai Upaya Perbaikan Defect Pada Produksi Woven Bag PT XYZ

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menekan angka cacat pada produksi tas anyaman yang mengalami cacat produk berkisar antara 4,1% sampai dengan 5,4%. Metode yang digunakan adalah Six Sigma dengan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. Root cause analysis dilakukan dengan menggunakan diagram fishbone dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) yang mengidentifikasi empat faktor utama penyebab cacat yaitu manusia, mesin, material, dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cacat yang paling berpengaruh terhadap proses produksi adalah anyaman berlubang, anyaman renggang, dan miss print. Dari data yang dianalisis pada periode Januari sampai dengan Desember 2024 diperoleh nilai Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) sebesar 6.746.655 dan level sigma sebesar 3,97 yang menunjukkan bahwa meskipun proses produksi sudah cukup baik, namun masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi peningkatan pengawasan kualitas dan kalibrasi mesin secara berkala untuk mencapai target kualitas yang lebih baik. Dengan penerapan metode Six Sigma, diharapkan perusahaan dapat mencapai penurunan tingkat cacat yang signifikan dan meningkatkan kinerja produksi secara keseluruhan
