    The submission of electronic evidence that is not equipped with digital forensics by the plaintiff in a divorce case with case register number 1666/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg raises the question of how the arrangements regarding the submission of electronic evidence at trial should be with the reality that occurs. The purpose of this final project is to find out the implementation of electronic evidence in court according to statutory arrangements and practices in the field. This final project uses the Juridical-Empirical research method with a sociological juridical approach. The results obtained show that there is confusion regarding the regulation of electronic evidence at trial which makes a misalignment between the reality that should occur (das sollen) and the reality (das sein). The conclusion of this final project is that electronic evidence submitted at trial must go through a digital forensic process. However, in the verdict of the divorce case number 1666/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg, the judge was of the opinion that electronic evidence without digital forensics submitted by the plaintiff had perfect and binding evidentiary value because the evidence was not refuted by the defendant. The suggestion given by the author is that the government and the DPR make further arrangements in the form of laws and government regulations as well as technical regulations at the level below related to the procedures for submitting electronic evidence in court

    This research aims to determine product quality (X1), price perception (X2), and customer testimonials (X3) regarding purchasing decisions (Y) at the Kriwil Food Restaurant. The sample in this study was 100 people. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and t tests. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The research results show that in the validity test each question item on the variables (product quality, price perception, and customer testimonials) has a significance value of 0.60 so that the question is declared reliable. Then, in the t test, it is known that each variable has a significance value of t t table so that product quality, price perception and customer testimonials partially influence purchasing decisions at the Kriwil Food Restaurant

    This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of work ability and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of the production department of PT. The Glorious Gold Wings number 75 people. This research uses SPSS. The research results found that work ability had a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work ability, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the more satisfied the work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. Work ability and work motivation influence employee performance. This means that the better the work ability and the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation is the variable that has the most influence on employee performance

    Acts of violence in dating violence are acts of violence under the guise of love which can be treatment or threats in the form of physical force or restraint carried out with the intention of hurting, sexually and psychologically attacking another person in a dating relationship. The problems discussed in this research are 1) What are the Forms of Dating Violence in Several Universities in Malang City and Its Regulations in Indonesian Criminal Law? 2) What factors cause dating violence against students in several universities in Malang City in terms of victimology? The aim of the research is to find out the forms of dating violence that occur in several universities in Malang Raya and to find out the factors that cause dating violence to occur by looking at it from the victimology aspect. The method used in this research is juridical-empirical, namely research that emphasizes the facts obtained from research results which are based on scientific methods and are also guided by existing legal theories. The results of the research showed that as many as 330 respondents from several universities in Malang, namely UMM, UB, UNISMA, UIN Malik Ibrahim, UM, and UNMER experienced forms of violence in dating, consisting of First, physical violence in the form of being hit, kicked, strangled, slapped, pushed as hard as possible. exertion, being burned with cigarettes, pulling hair, pinching, being forced to have sex, and sexual harassment. Second, psychological violence in the form of being shouted at, scolded, threatened, terrorized, spat at, insulted, ridiculed, monitored and cell phones tapped. Third, sexual violence includes forced kissing, touching sensitive areas, and rape. Meanwhile, the causal factor is excessive and irrational jealousy

    Background: The excessive use of social media can trigger social comparison behavior. When social comparison is conducted negatively, the self-esteem of the students can become low. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate the relationship between social comparison and self-esteem in nursing students who used social media. Method: The research design was a cross-sectional correlation with a quantitative approach to examine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The population in this study consisted of nursing students at Muhammadiyah University of Malang, selected using purposive sampling techniques. The sample for this study included 247 individuals. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test with a significance level of 0.05. The independent variable, social comparison, was measured using the UDACS questionnaire, while the dependent variable, Self-Esteem, was measured using the SSES questionnaire. Results: The Chi-Square correlation test obtained a p-value of 0.009 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between social comparison and self-esteem. The crosstabs analysis results showed that as social comparison increased, self-esteem decreased.. Conclusion: There was a relationship between social comparison and self-esteem. The majority of students engaged in upward comparison, while the prevalent type of self-esteem experienced by most students was high self-esteem, influenced by various factors

    Background: Hypertension is still a big problem in the world according to data from the World Health Organization (WHO). In Indonesia, the incidence of hypertension has reached young adults and can become a serious problem if it is not prevented early. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between sleep patterns and physical activity with increased blood pressure in young adults. Method: This research design used a cross-sectional approach with the Accidental Sampling technique on 88 Nursing Students Class of 2020, Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Data analysis used the Spearman rank correlation test. The instruments used to measure sleep patterns and physical activity are the Sleep Habits Questionnaire and The International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form (IPAQ-SF). Blood pressure was measured using a digital Sphygmomanometer. Results: It was found that 70.5% of students had poor sleep patterns, 43.1% of students had low physical activity, 3.4% of students were pre-hypertensive and 2.3% of students had Level 1 hypertension. Based on the Spearman correlation test, the results were significant or The p-value between sleep patterns and blood pressure is 0.139 (>0.05) with a correlation value (r) of 0.159. The significant value or p-value between physical activity and blood pressure is 0.391 (>0.05) with a correlation value (r) of 0.093. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is no relationship between sleep patterns and physical activity and increased blood pressure in young adult

    Food is one of the main needs of society whose availability and fulfillment must be met by the state as stated in Law Number 18 of 2012 concerning Food. However, both preventively and repressively have not been able to overcome people's food problems, one of which is food hoarding. The increasing number of cases of food hoarding that occur further strengthens the fact that legal protection for the availability and fulfillment of food in the community is still not comprehensively accommodated. So, reform is urgently needed in legal protection in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The problems discussed in this research are: 1) What form of legal protection can be provided to the public through Law Number 18 of 2012 concerning Food from acts of hoarding food which results in disrupting the availability of food? 2) What is the construction (role model) of responsive legal protection in responding to the resolution of food hoarding actions based on positive law in Indonesia? The aim of this research is to find out what kind of protection has been provided through Law Number 18 of 2012 concerning Food from acts of food hoarding, as well as to present a role model for responsive legal protection in overcoming the problem of food hoarding for the sake of national food availability. . The method used in the research is juridical-normative using the Statute Approach, Conceptual Approach and Case Approach. The research results show that Law Number 18 of 2012 actually provides legal protection from food hoarding, however there is confusion in the criminal provisions of Article 133 of the a quo Law with the criminal provisions in the Trade Law, giving rise to ambiguity in its use. Also, in the enforcement aspect, it is also known that in fact the police have not been able to resolve cases of food hoarding, which is proven by the resolution procedures not reaching the judicial process so that the imposition of sanctions as a deterrent effect is not implemented properly

    Character degradation has occurred in many places, especially Indonesia. Whereas in Islam, the concept of morality has been formulated mainly on normative sources, especially the hadiths of the Prophet. Many Muslims lack hadith literature, especially for laymen, even though there are so many books of hadith translation and are suitable for reading for laymen. Among the translated books that can be accessed by is the book Al-Lu'lu Wal Marjān which contains all the sahih hadith with matan narrated equally from sahih Bukhari dan Muslim. In addition to being a recommendation related to the source of hadith literacy, this study also aims to explore how the concept of moral education in the form of narration and behavior exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad during his life. Researchers use qualitative research methods, qualitative research is research that raises information descriptively, both in the form of written words, spoken and the behavior of someone being studied. Qualitative is often referred to as research whose conditions are natural, so that the data collected is factual. The results of this study explain that the concept of moral education contained in the hadith that has been studied consists of 4 pillars, namely morals to Allah, the Messenger of Allah, fellow humans and oneself. implementation of morals to Allah by carrying out all commandments and avoiding all moral prohibitions to Allah by worship, to the Messenger of Allah by imitating him, , to one's fellow man by doing good, and to oneself by not burdening difficult things

    Indonesian Migrant Workers who are in shelter has experienced various problems such as employment problems, limitations on freedom during their stay in shelters, anxiety, and concerns. Among those problems that has been experienced, it can provoke decreased in subjective well-being, so that interventions were needed to improve the subjective well-being. This research aims to test the effectiveness of gratitude training in improving the subjective well-being of Indonesian Migrant Workers residing in shelter Indonesian Consulate General in Penang. This research employed a quantitative approach pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The research instrument were using Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). The sampling technique in this research were using non probability sampling with models purposive sampling. The subjects in this study consisted of 5 participants. The data obtained was analyzed using non-parametric analysis techniques Wilcoxon signed rank-test. The results of this research indicate that the hypothesis was rejected, gratitude training was not effective in improving the subjective well-being of Indonesian Migrant Workers in shelter Indonesian Consulate General in Penang with a probability value of 0.813 (p > 0.05). The effect size was using rank biserial correlation shows a value of 0.2, which means that the gratitude training intervention has a small effect on subjective well-being

    Kenakalan remaja merupakan perilaku yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak muda dikarenakan adanya pengabaian sosial sehingga terbentuklah perilaku yang menyimpang. Tindakan kenakalan tidak muncul tanpa adanya faktor yang mempengaruhinya, salah satunya adalah ketika remaja melakukan konformitas terhadap teman sebayanya. Pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap kenakalan remaja akan diperlemah ketika remaja memiliki kecerdasan emosional. Dengan memiliki kecerdasan emosional remaja akan mampu untuk mengekspresikan emosinya dengan tepat dan regulasi emosi yang adaptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah kecerdasan emosional bisa memoderasi pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap kenakalan remaja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 350 remaja. Pengukuran menggunakan instrumen Self Report Delinquency (SRD), Peer Conformity Disposition Scale (PCSD), dan Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS). Analisis data menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berperan sebagai moderator pada pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap kenakalan remaja (β=0.558; p=0.081)
