No full textAutistic students in elementary school have greater needs than other students in various aspes and autistic students have the most common problems faced by autistic students hindered in motor development. The age of motor development of autistic children tends not to be in accordance with their chronological age, such as in performing movements that involve eye and hand coordination. Thus, it is important to train the motor skills of autistic students. So that media is needed to train the gross motor skills of autistic students, one of which is an individual learning program through ecobricks.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang with the primary sources being six autistic students, special supervisors and Shadow teachers. The research uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. In the observation, there are aspects of ecobrick activities such as collecting bottles, gallons and containers that have been displaced, cutting plastic waste into small parts, putting plastic waste into bottles, compacting plastic waste that has been put into bottles, moving ecobrick bottles. The gross motor aspects include lifting large and light objects, lifting heavy objects, standing upright, standing in balance, sitting in the correct position, sitting comfortably, being able to use objects and being able to insert objects.
The results of the learning program through this Ecobrick activity have a significant impact on the gross motor development of autistic students, such as after the learning program, autistic students can sit for a long time doing activities, climb and descend stairs without falling, and become more focused in learning. This improvement not only reflects the gross motor development of autistic students but also shows that practical and structured activities such as Ecobricks can contribute to increased independence and confidence of autistic students. This study provides evidence that practical activity-based interventions can have a positive impact on the motor development of autistic students
Intercultural Representation in Hospitality-Related-Videos as English Learning Media at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Batu
No full textThis study investigates the representation of intercultural materials in hospitality-related videos as a tool to enhance English language learning for vocational students majoring in hospitality at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Batu. Recognizing the critical role of cultural awareness and communication skills in the global hospitality industry, this research highlights the pedagogical potential of video media. Using a qualitative content analysis method, five hospitality-related videos were examined to identify linguistic and non-linguistic elements, as well as cultural aspects, including product, practice, perspective, and person representations. The findings reveal that these videos integrate relevant intercultural materials and specialized terminologies, supporting the development of students' linguistic proficiency and cultural competence. Additionally, the videos effectively portray professional communication patterns, politeness markers, and cultural sensitivity crucial for the hospitality sector. The results underscore the importance of incorporating multimedia resources into English instruction to prepare students for diverse, real-world scenarios in the global hospitality industry

So the author aims to analyze the factors that cause debtors to default on working capital loans with collateral rights at BRI Branch qualitative. Data collection used was by conducting interviews and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research stated that the causes of debtors defaulting on working capital loans with mortgage rights at BRI Branch From the start, the debtor had a bad character, as well as force majeure factors. No full textUEQ (User Experince Quesioner) Merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam mengukur beberapa aspek pengalaman pengguna,yang bertujuan menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengalaman penggunan contoh pada Website UMM Hospital tampilan website UMM Hospital menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar pengguna memberikan penilaian positif terhadap tampilan website, dengan menyebutnya sebagai cukup baik, menarik, dan mudah dipahami, data dari tabel 4.3 dan grafik 4.4 menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi secara keseluruhan masih di bawah rata-rata. (Susilo (2022): 366-373.) Kategori Daya Tarik mencatat nilai 0.74, yang dianggap di bawah rata-rata, sedangkan Kejelasan dan Efisiensi mendapatkan skor yang lebih buruk lagi dengan nilai masing-masing 0.57 dan 0.52, yang tergolong dalam kategori buruk (Maharani 2021) Dari umpan balik pengguna, tampaknya ada kesenjangan antara pengalaman yang dirasakan dengan hasil evaluasi kuantitatif. Walaupun banyak pengguna menganggap tampilan website informatif dan membantu dalam menemukan informasi yang dibutuhkan, benchmark menunjukkan bahwa aspek-aspek seperti Ketepatan, Stimulasi, dan Kebaruan juga perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih, di mana masing-masing mendapatkan nilai di bawah 0.50, menandakan bahwa mereka berada dalam rentang 25% hasil terburuk

No full textBackground: Hospitals, as healthcare providers, evaluate service quality and patient satisfaction as key indicators of operational success, with nurses playing a pivotal role in delivering optimal care. Nurses' knowledge and skills, which can be enhanced through training such as nursing rounds, are crucial to ensuring high-quality nursing care. Nursing rounds serve as a systematic method in nursing care management, involving direct discussions between nurses, patients, or their families to identify and evaluate health issues. However, at the Provincial Teaching Hospital, the implementation of nursing rounds has not been well-integrated due to a lack of knowledge and insufficient socialization from nursing managers, which hampers communication among healthcare professionals and reduces service quality. Studies indicate that nursing rounds can improve team communication, reduce error risks, enhance patient safety, and support nurses' autonomy in decision-making, although their implementation is currently hindered by high workloads and inadequate training.
Method: The type of research used in this writing is a case study. A case study is a qualitative research method that focuses on an in-depth analysis of one or several specific cases. It can also be utilized to explore and understand various real-life phenomena.
Results: The assessment conducted in the inpatient ward of the Provincial Teaching Hospital identified several issues, including the busy schedules of other professionals, time constraints due to patient care, relatively uncomplicated patient cases, a lack of nurses' knowledge about nursing rounds, and the suboptimal implementation of nursing rounds due to management issues.
Discussions: The nursing management issues in the inpatient ward that contribute to the lack of nursing rounds include insufficient knowledge about nursing management, particularly regarding nursing rounds, and a lack of openness. Actions taken to address this include implementing nursing rounds

Get PDFThe development of information technology has driven significant changes in the field of da'wah. Instagram is one of the platforms utilized by Ustadz Abiazkakia in delivering da'wah messages in a contemporary and relevant way to young people. This study aims to determine how Ustadz Abi Azkakia's da'wah messages are received by students, especially regarding the use of game elements in his da'wah. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews and purposive sampling techniques. The subjects of the study consisted of 7 IKOM UMM students of the 2020 Class who followed the Instagram account @abiazkakia. The results of the study show that Ustadz Abi Azkakia's da'wah messages are conveyed by combining moral values with entertainment elements such as games. The effectiveness of da'wah messages is highly dependent on how the audience receives the message based on the theory of the "Dual Process Model of Persuasion (Elaboration Likelihood Model of Persuasion)" which is divided into two categories. Audiences who are more critical and analytical tend to choose a structured and serious message delivery, and process the message through the central route to persuasion. This process is related to the affective attitude of the audience, which focuses on the audience's understanding and emotional attitude when receiving the message of da'wah. On the other hand, audiences who are more open to entertainment tend to receive da'wah messages through the peripheral route to persuasion. In this process, visual appeal, humor, and relevance to personal interests, such as a love of games, increase the acceptance of the message which ultimately leads to changes in the audience's behavior (conative). Meanwhile, supporting factors in the acceptance of da'wah messages include a relaxed delivery style and the relevance of the message to the audience's interests. Inhibiting factors arise when game elements are too dominant or the delivery of the message feels rushed, which can reduce the quality of acceptance of the da'wah message

This study aims to determine the differences in Andy F. Noya's communication style in two YouTube Kick Andy Show contents, namely “Kick Andy-Petani Itu Keren #3 (Sandi Octa Susila)” dan “Kick Andy-Penyelamat Surga Dunia 1 (Chanee Kalaweit)”. Communication style is very important to communicate with people who have different backgrounds. By using communication style, our way of communicating will be more organized and there will be no misunderstanding in communicating. This study uses Robert W. Norton's communication style theory to determine the communication style used by Andy F. Noya. This study also uses a qualitative approach, by means of documentation and observation.
The results of this study show that Andy F. Noya's communication style in the two contents is very different. In the content "Kick Andy-Petani Itu Keren #3 (Sandi Octa Susila)", Andy F. Noya is seen often using the attentive style. This style can be seen in 3 video clips taken from the content. Meanwhile, Andy F. Noya's communication style in the content "Kick Andy-Penyelamat Surga Dunia 1 (Chanee Kalaweit)", Andy F. Noya is seen often using the open style. This style can also be seen in 3 video clips from the content. This study concludes that there are differences in communication styles shown by Andy F. The conclusion and suggestion from this writing is that the pharmaceutical industry must be strict in obtaining product distribution permits and then in internal control to minimize the use of narcotics without supervision, strengthening supervision of the pharmaceutical industry requires the development of a better internal control system with provisions in accordance with the law
Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Mobile Untuk Membantu Pengguna Dalam Merawat Ikan Hias Menggunakan Design Thinking

Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya perawatan rutin, ketidakteraturan pemberian pakan, serta kesulitan memantau kualitas air sering menyebabkan stres hingga kematian ikan hias. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang solusi desain untuk mengatasi masalah pemeliharaan ikan hias melalui penerapan metode Design Thinking. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan gabungan (mix methods), dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif secara bersamaan. Metode Design Thinking diterapkan melalui lima tahap utama: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Penelitian dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna menggunakan wawancara, teknik empathy map, dan user persona. Masalah pengguna kemudian didefinisikan secara sistematis menggunakan teknik Point of View (POV). Solusi desain dirancang melalui proses Ideate menggunakan teknik How Might We (HMW) dan brainstorming, menghasilkan prototipe yang dioptimalkan melalui umpan balik pengguna. Hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan Use Case Logic, Acceptance Criteria, A/B Testing, Usability Testing, UX Metrix menunjukkan bahwa solusi desain yang dihasilkan efektif dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. aplikasi Fish Nurture diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mempermudah perawatan ikan hias, meningkatkan kesejahteraan ikan, dan mencegah kerugian finansial
