Las técnicas grafoplásticas y su relación con la lectoescritura en niños de primer grado de educación primaria
No full textDesde los primeros años de la educación preescolar las técnicas grafo plásticas han sido estrategias usadas con regularidad por los docentes para preparar a los niños en el proceso de lectoescritura. Por ello, la presente investigación demostrará y dará a conocer la relación directa existente entre las técnicas grafo plásticas y la lectoescritura. La aplicación de las técnicas grafo plásticas determinará el presente y el futuro del aprendizaje del niño, debido a que, si no se logra la adquisición de estas destrezas, el menor no aprenderá con facilidad la lectoescritura que constituye la base primordial para adquirir nuevos conocimientos y la madurez intelectual del menor, evidenciándose así una gran problemática. Por tal motivo, el docente, así como el padre de familia, deben conocer a plenitud cuales son las técnicas grafoplásticas a aplicar en el proceso de enseñanza, que facilitará la formación integral de su niño, así como el aprendizaje de la lectoescritura.Since the first years of pre-school education, grapho-plastic techniques have been strategies regularly used by teachers to prepare children for the process of reading and writing. Therefore, this research will demonstrate and show the direct relationship between grapho-plastic techniques and reading and writing. The application of grapho-plastic techniques will determine the present and the future of the child's learning, because, if the acquisition of these skills is not achieved, the child will not easily learn to read and write, which is the fundamental basis for acquiring new knowledge and the intellectual maturity of the child, thus showing a great problem. For this reason, the teacher, as well as the parent, must be fully aware of the graphoplastic techniques to be applied in the teaching process, which will facilitate the integral formation of their child, as well as the learning of reading and writing.Trabajo de investigació
Inteligencia emocional y comportamiento agresivo en personas tatuadas de un distrito de Lima Metropolitana
No full textLa presente investigación tuvo como finalidad encontrar la relación significativa entre la variable inteligencia emocional y comportamiento agresivo en personas tatuadas. La metodología responde a un nivel de investigación descriptiva de tipo correlacional básico. Los participantes fueron 169 personas entre hombre y mujeres en cuyas edades fueron entre los 20 y 60 años, a quienes se les aplicó los instrumentos: Escala TMMS – 24 de Inteligencia Emocional de Salovey y Mayer adaptado por Fernández, Extremera y Fernández (2004); y el Cuestionario de Bus y Perry versión española por Andreu, Peña y Graña (2002). Las conclusiones, indican a nivel general que existe una correlación negativa baja y altamente significativa entre la variable inteligencia emocional y el comportamiento agresivo; el mismo hallazgo también se produce entre las dimensiones del estudio.The present research aimed to find the significant relationship between the variable emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior in tattooed people. The methodology responds to a descriptive research level of a basic correlational type. The participants were 169 people between men and women to between the ages of 20 and 60, to whom the instruments were applied: TMMS – 24 Emotional Intelligence Scale of Salovey and Mayer adapted by Fernández (2004); and the Bus and Perry Questionnare Spanish version by Andreu, Peña and Graña (2002). The conclusions indicate a general level that there is a low and highly significant negative correlation between the variable emotional intelligent and aggressive behavior; the same finding also occurs between the dimensions of the study.Tesi
Prácticas de crianza resilientes en niños acogidos
No full textEsta investigación busca promover las prácticas resilientes como una herramienta para la reconstrucción afectiva y socioemocional en niños de acogida. Teniendo en cuenta, que estos niños han sufrido una separación abrupta que impactará en la formación de los vínculos que establezcan durante toda su vida. Esta separación es causada, generalmente, por el abandono, el fallecimiento de uno de sus padres o el maltrato. Dada esta problemática, es importante que el proceso de acogida de estos niños se dé bajo la mirada de una crianza basada en la resiliencia. Ya que, es necesaria una reestructuración del apego que le permita establecer vínculos con la nueva figura de referencia, la cual deberá ser resiliente, ya sea, dentro de un contexto institucional o familiar. Además, es trascendental que este nuevo contexto sea positivo, ya que, si se volviera a impactar negativamente en lo antes mencionado, las consecuencias para el desarrollo del niño podrían ser muy graves. Es necesario que las prácticas de crianza se desarrollen desde un enfoque resiliente que permita a los niños de acogida desarrollarse positivamente.This research promotes the resilient practices as an implement to reconstruct the affective and socioemotional skills of foster children. Because they have suffered an unexpected affective separation, it going to impact in the development of their emotional ties, generally caused by abandonment, the death of one of their parents or abuse. In consequence, fostering is important to these children and it has to been based on resilience. Repair this attachment is necessary, because the child will be allowed to establish new links with the new figure of reference, who must be resilient, either within an institutional or family context. In addition, it is important a new positive context, because if it impacts negatively in the child, it could produce serious consequences in his development, like leading with an affective disorder. That are some of the reasons why it is necessary that the resilience has to be transformed into actions. It will allow foster children to develop in a positive way.Trabajo de investigació
Remisión fiscal: entre el garantismo y el paternalismo una lucha constante
No full textLa presente investigación aborda el estudio de la presunción de inocencia y su observancia en el otorgamiento de remisión fiscal, para ello se planteó como objetivo describir de qué manera se transgrede el principio de presunción de inocencia en el otorgamiento de remisión fiscal. En este sentido, se procedió al estudio de veinte carpetas fiscales, entrevistas a fiscales y beneficiarios de remisión fiscal. Se utilizo un enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo y diseño fenomenológico, obteniendo como resultados que en algunos casos se otorgó dicho beneficio cuando correspondía el archivo de la investigación, por no contarse con elementos de convicción que vinculen al adolescente investigado como autor o partícipe de la infracción penal, pese a que éste consintió su aplicación; situación que evidencia la inobservancia del principio de presunción de inocencia (dimensión de regla de trato y prueba)This research addresses the study of the presumption of innocence and its observance in the granting of tax remission, for which purpose it was proposed to describe how the principle of presumption of innocence is violated in the granting of tax remission. In this sense, we proceeded to the study of twenty tax files, interviews with prosecutors and recipients of tax remission. Inclusión educativa en estudiantes que presentan transtorno del espectro autista de grado I
No full textEl presente trabajo tiene como propósito informar sobre el proceso de inclusión educativa de estudiantes que presentan Trastorno del Espectro Autista de Grado 1. Por ello, se ha revisado la evolución del concepto de inclusión a través del tiempo que siempre se ha asociado a los modelos de percepción de la discapacidad, iniciándose este con una exclusión total, posteriormente, se desarrolló una integración de estos individuos a la sociedad para, finalmente, devenir en el concepto de inclusión que se ejecuta bajo la mirada del Modelo Social. Dentro de la atención educativa inclusiva, los estudiantes que presentan Trastorno del Espectro Autista de grado I poseen criterios diagnósticos diferidos con especificaciones a nivel cognitivo, social y de comportamiento que les permite ser incluidos en las aulas regulares. Por esto, la comunidad educativa con apoyo del equipo SAANEE permiten el ingreso y permanencia de estos estudiantes, orientando el abordaje pedagógico mediante adaptaciones y precisiones que responden a las necesidades educativas individuales del estudiante.The purpose of this work is to inform about the process of educational inclusion of students with Grade 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder. Therefore, the evolution of the concept of inclusion over time, which has always been associated with the models of perception of disability, beginning this with a total exclusion, subsequently, an integration of these individuals to society developed to, finally, become the concept of inclusion that is executed under the gaze of the Social Model. Within inclusive educational care, students with grade I Autism Spectrum Disorder have deferred diagnostic criteria with specifications at a cognitive, social and behavioral level that allow them to be included in regular classrooms. For this reason, the educational community with the support of the SAANEE team allows the entry and permanence of these students, guiding the pedagogical approach through adaptations and details that respond to the individual educational needs of the student.Trabajo de investigació
El sistema de control de inventarios y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la empresa GAHE Inversiones, 2020
No full textEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar de qué forma un sistema de control de inventarios incide en la rentabilidad de la empresa GAHE Inversiones, 2020. Principalmente, es dar a conocer la importancia de contar con un sistema contable para el control de inventarios, así como su correcto uso y manejo para una buena gestión que repercutirá en los resultados económicos-financieros. La metodología de la investigación es de carácter descriptivo-explicativo de tipo aplicada, cuyo diseño es no experimental-transversal con un enfoque cuantitativo. La unidad de análisis para la recolección de datos estuvo dirigida a 28 trabajadores de la empresa comercial GAHE Inversiones de las áreas de contabilidad, administración, almacén y logística. La técnica que se utilizó para la recaudación de información fue la encuesta y los datos recolectados fueron procesados a través del programa estadístico SPSS. Tras el análisis de los resultados se evidenció la deficiencia de un sistema de control de inventarios en la empresa GAHE Inversiones que repercute de forma negativa en los índices de rentabilidad. Es por ello, que debido a la exigente demanda que requiere un negocio del rubro comercial como el que se encuentra la empresa en mención, la correcta aplicación y funcionamiento del control de inventarios influirá de manera positiva en la rentabilidad del mismo.The present work aims to determine what form an inventory control system affects the profitability of the company GAHE Inversiones, 2020. Mainly it is to publicize the importance of having an accounting system for inventory control, as well as its correct use and management to have a good management that will affect the economic-financial results. The research methodology is of an applied descriptive-explanatory nature, whose design is non-experimental-transversal with a quantitative approach. The unit of analysis for data collection was directed to 28 workers from the commercial company GAHE Inversiones from the accounting, administration, warehouse and logistics areas. The technique used to collect information was the survey and the data collected were processed through the SPSS statistical program. After the analysis of the results, the deficiency of an inventory control system in the company GAHE Inversiones was evidenced, which has a negative effect on the profitability indexes. That is why due to the demanding demand required by a business in the commercial area such as the one in which the company in question is located, the correct application and operation of inventory control will positively influence its profitability.Tesi
Creatividad y resolución de problemas matemáticos en escolares de 5° grado de IIEE particulares
No full textLa investigación, tuvo por objetivo comprobar la relación que existe entre la creatividad y la resolución de problemas matemáticos en una muestra de 156 estudiantes, del 5to grado de primaria de instituciones educativas privadas en cuatro distritos de Lima - Metropolitana. Para lograr dicho objetivo se utilizó un diseño no experimental, transversal de alcance descriptivo, correlacional y enfoque cuantitativo, para medir la creatividad se aplicó la Evaluación de Indicadores Básicos de Creatividad EIBC-RD, Sánchez (2019), así mismo, para medir la resolución de problemas se utilizó la Prueba de Resolución Matemática RPM-5, Paico (2017). Se determinó que existe relación directa y estadísticamente significativa entre creatividad y resolución de problemas matemáticos, demostrando que a mayor creatividad mayor será el logro de la competencia resuelve problemas de cantidad, sobretodo en problemas de combinación y comparación. Así mismo, se evidenció resultados diferenciados según las IEP, atribuible al plan de estudios, la metodología y práctica docente que cada institución despliega.The objective of the research was to verify the relationship that exists between creativity and the resolution of mathematical problems in a sample of 156 students, from the 5th grade of primary school from private educational institutions in four districts of Lima - Metropolitana. To achieve this objective, a non-experimental, cross-sectional design with a descriptive, correlational and quantitative approach was used, to measure creativity, the Evaluation of Basic Indicators of Creativity EIBC-RD, Sánchez (2019), likewise, was applied to measure the resolution of problems, the RPM-5 Mathematical Resolution Test, Paico (2017) was used. It was determined that there is a direct and statistically significant relationship between creativity and mathematical problem solving, showing that the greater the creativity, the greater the achievement of the competence solves quantity problems, especially in combination and comparison problems. No full textEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad determinar la efectividad del Programa Recuperativo “Divertimátic” orientado a mejorar el rendimiento en la competencia “Resuelve problemas de cantidad”, en estudiantes de segundo grado de primaria de una institución educativa nacional de San Juan de Lurigancho. La investigación es de tipo sustantiva – explicativa, de diseño pre experimental de un solo grupo. Se aplicó una prueba llamada “Kit de evaluación de segundo grado – I trimestre” a manera de pretest y postest. Se desarrolló el programa “Divertimátic” basado en estrategias lúdicas y teniendo en cuenta procesos pedagógicos y didácticos propuestos por el Ministerio de Educación. Se planteó una hipótesis general y tres hipótesis específicas, las cuales han sido confirmadas en su totalidad. Por lo tanto, el programa “Divertimátic” ha tenido un efecto positivo.The present research work has, as purpose, to determinate the effectiveness of the “Divertimátic” Recuperative Program oriented to improve the performance in the quantity problem resolve competence in students of the second grade of primary education in a national school of the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. This study is of substantive - explicative type, with a pre experimental design and only one group. It was applied a test called “Second grade evaluation kit – trimester I” by way of pretest and posttest. The Divertimátic recuperative program was developed with base in ludic strategies and having the support of pedagogical and didactic processes, propose by Education Ministry. El incumplimiento de deberes conyugales como causal de exclusión hereditaria del cónyuge supérstite
No full textLa presente investigación intenta plantear que la ausencia del afecto marital trae como consecuencia el incumplimiento de los deberes conyugales, siendo ambos, el sustento y fundamento de la vocación sucesoria del cónyuge supérstite. Asimismo, que, frente a la situación de estar separados de hecho los cónyuges o el integrante sobreviviente de la unión de hecho, ya no existe un proyecto de vida en común; por ende, debiera aplicarse el criterio exigido a la unión de hecho por la norma, esto es, que para que el conviviente pueda reclamar derechos sucesorios la unión tiene que estar vigente al momento del fallecimiento de cualquiera de sus miembros. Por otro lado, que resultan poco trascendente cuál de los miembros de la pareja fue quien le dio origen y las causas por las que se frustró el proyecto de vida en común de los cónyuges, los cuales no les permiten mantenerse unidos para desarrollar libremente su personalidad. Finalmente, que serán los coherederos a quienes les corresponderá ejercer la acción de exclusión del cónyuge por indignidad, lo que justifica una modificación en el código civil, incluyendo a la separación de hecho como causal de exclusión del cónyuge supérstite por indignidad.The present investigation attempts to propose that the absence of marital affection results in the non-compliance of conjugal duties, both being the sustenance and foundation of the succession vocation of the surviving spouse. Likewise, that, in the face of the situation of the spouses or the surviving member of the de facto union being separated, there is no longer a life project in common; therefore, the criterion required by the law should be applied to the de facto union, that is, for the cohabitant to claim inheritance rights, the union must be in force at the time of the death of any of its members. On the other hand, which of the members of the couple was the one who gave rise to it and the causes for which the spouses' life project was frustrated, which do not allow them to stay together to freely develop their personality, are not very important.Finally, it will be the joint heirs who will be responsible for exercising the action of exclusion of the spouse due to indignity, which justifies a modification in the civil code, including de facto separation as a cause for exclusion of the surviving spouse for indignity.Tesi
Resiliencia en niños y niñas víctimas de violencia familiar: un estudio comparativo
No full textEl propósito de esta investigación es comparar los niveles de resiliencia y sus dimensiones en un grupo de niños y niñas de 7 a 12 años de edad víctimas de violencia familiar atendidos en una institución de protección familiar de Lima Metropolitana. El método de investigación es descriptivo comparativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 50 niños de ambos sexos víctimas de violencia familiar. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se aplicó el inventario de resiliencia para niños de Ana Cecilia Salgado Lévano (2005). Los principales resultados señalan que los niños y niñas víctimas de violencia familiar poseen un nivel promedio de resiliencia. Así también se evidencia que en las dimensiones autoestima, empatía, autonomía y creatividad, los niños y niñas presentan nivel medio de resiliencia; sin embargo existe un nivel bajo en la dimensión humor en ambos sexos. También se evidencia que en las dimensiones autoestima, empatía, humor y creatividad el sexo no está relacionado a cada dimensión; sin embargo en la dimensión autonomía a diferencia de las otras dimensiones el sexo sí está relacionado a dicha dimensión.The purpose of this research is to compare the levels of resilience and their dimensions in a group of boys and girls aged 7 to 12 who are victims of family violence treated at a family protection institution in Metropolitan Lima. The research method is descriptive comparative. The sample consisted of 50 children of both sexes who were victims of family violence. To carry out this research, it was applied the resilience inventory for children by Ana Cecilia Salgado Lévano (2005). The results of the research indicate that children who are victims of family violence have a medium level of global resilience. It is also evident that in the self-esteem, empathy, autonomy and creativity factors, boys and girls present a medium level of resilience; however, there is a low level of humor in both sexes. Also according to statistical evidence there is no difference between sex and the dimension self-esteem, empathy, humor and creativity; however, in the autonomy dimension, unlike the other factors, sex is related to this dimension.Tesi
