Full text linkA correct assessment of the market situation is essential to the development of a successful competitive strategy. Analyzing the market signals that firms send through their actions can reveal their intentions, goals, and market positions. Competitive signals can be credible or misleading, intended to mislead competitors. It is important to distinguish real signals from bluffing in order to avoid wrong strategic actions. Market information may be expressed through announcements of future actions, comments on the business environment or results after changes have been made. These signals must be analyzed carefully, as they may contain hidden messages intended to provoke competitive reactions or reduce tension. After all, ignoring market signals is tantamount to ignoring the competition itself, so reading them correctly is a key element of a successful business strategy

Full text linkThe report’s objects of analysis is the traditional (classical and hybrid) organizational structures. The focus is on the evolution and transformation of organizational models in a high uncertainty environment. The functional, the divisional, the design-matrix structures and the new network organizational forms has been explored. The conclusion is that in a turbulent VUCA environment and constant pressure for change it is impossible to achieve a competitive advantage in a static organizational structure.
The main characteristics, respectively the strengths and weaknesses of the functional, the divisional, the matrix and the network structure, are analyzed based on seven key criteria - the efficiency, adaptability, timeliness, reliability, accountability, adequate external environment and strategy. The research models synthesize different solutions applied in social practice. The organizational form does not guarantee high results at any cost, but it is a necessary means to ensure the realization of strategic corporate goals, to shape cultural attitudes, the motivation process, the rational use of resources, and the adequacy of change. The main thesis of the author is that in terms of specific research and applications of the organizational structure, there are processes of evolution of concepts and a reassessment of common accepted truths and accumulated knowledge

Full text linkThis paper focuses on al-Fārābī’s concept of the philosopher-prophet as the ideal ruler within his political philosophy. It examines the philosopher-prophet as a figure who integrates two forms of knowledge, combining the highest theoretical and practical virtues of the philosopher with the imaginative and communicative abilities of the prophet. The philosopher-prophet is thus capable of guiding society toward happiness by conveying profound metaphysical truths through accessible means. The paper also compares al-Fārābī’s concept with Plato’s philosopher-king, suggesting that al-Fārābī’s model represents a logical progression in the epistemological foundation of rightful governance
