Effective Human Resource Management and Environmental Security: Protection of Human Environmental Rights and Critical Infrastructure Sustainability
Full text linkThe scientific paper aims to analyze the interaction between three main areas: the protection of environmental human rights, the resilience of critical infrastructure, and human resource management. These elements are interconnected and play an important role in developing and implementing effective management decisions and policies, combining environmental protection with care for human capital.
The paper analyses key characteristics of environmental security as a dimension of the Human Security Concept, as well as the role of environmental rights. Additionally, the need to protect critical infrastructure in the context of environmental risks and threats is emphasized.
The focus is placed on new aspects of human resource management, such as green human resources management, the role of so-called "green collars", employee motivation, and others. In this context, the role of effective human resource management in organizations that manage critical infrastructure is examined, to achieve sustainable outcomes in areas related to environmental security.
The third fundamental element of the paper involves practical challenges in implementing the trends and new aspects described above. Ideas and practices are proposed to support the development of solutions for creating sustainable outcomes and policies in human resource management within the context of environmental security

Full text linkCe volume contient les actes du 63e Congrès de l’Association Internationale des Économistes de Langue Française (AIELF), intitulé "Faits et théories face à l’instabilité en économie et en gestion", qui s’est tenu pour la première fois en Bulgarie, du 27 au 29 mai 2024 à la Nouvelle Université Bulgare (NUB), à Sofia. Cet événement marquant a été initié et organisé par le Département d'Administration et de Gestion de la NUB. Grâce à une collaboration étroite avec plusieurs autres départements de l'université ainsi qu'avec des partenaires nationaux et internationaux, les différentes étapes des préparatifs et de la réalisation du forum ont été menées avec succès, renforçant ainsi la portée et l'impact de ce congrès. Le projet a bénéficié du soutien du Fonds central de développement stratégique au Conseil d'administration de la NUB, du Centre Francophone de Réussite Universitaire de la NUB, ainsi que des Départements d'Administration et de Gestion, d’Économie et de Sciences politiques de la NUB pour l'organisation de la visite du président de l'AIELF en mai 2023 en Bulgarie. Ce soutien a joué un rôle clé dans la préparation et le succès de cette visite, facilitant ainsi les échanges et les collaborations en amont du Congrès

Full text linkABSTRACT: The report aims to explore the opportunities and challenges associated with the integration of autonomous robots to enhance security in the public and private sectors in the Balkans. An analysis of technological innovations and their applications in various security domains has been conducted. Key advantages of autonomous systems have been identified, such as surveillance, access control, and incident response. The economic, social, and legal factors influencing the successful implementation of these technologies in the region have been examined. The main thesis that the integration of autonomous robots will significantly enhance the security of facilities, is defended. Specific proposals and recommendations are provided for the optimal utilization of autonomous robots to improve the efficiency and sustainability of security in the public and private sectors.
РЕЗЮМЕ: Докладът има за цел да изследва възможностите и предизвикателствата, свързани с интеграцията на автономните роботи за подобряване на сигурността в публичния и частния сектор на Балканите. Извършен е анализ на технологичните иновации и тяхното приложение в различни сфери на сигурността. Идентифицирани са ключовите предимства на автономните системи, като: наблюдение, контрол на достъпа и реакция при инциденти. Изследвани са икономическите, социалните и правните фактори, влияещи за успешното внедряване на тези технологии в региона. Защитена е основната теза, че чрез интеграцията на автономните роботи значително ще се повиши сигурността на обектите. Направени са конкретни предложения и препоръки за оптимално използване на автономните роботи с оглед повишаване на ефективността и устойчивостта на сигурността в публичния и частния сектор

За целите на изложението е направен кратък преглед на многозначността на термина граматика, който позволява да се очертае, в контекста на чуждоезиковото обучение, разграничение между граматиката, представена по традиционния начин в учебника по чужд език и граматиката от гледна точка на обучаемия. Обобщеният преглед и сравнение на двата основни метода при преподаване на граматика – дедуктивен и индуктивен, открояват по-голямата ефективност на втория. Етапите на прилагане на индуктивния подход в часовете по чужд език са илюстрирани с конкретни примери, като е проследена и приложимостта му във всеки един от трите онлайн контекста на преподаване. Размислите и теоретичните бележки са подкрепени от примери на конкретни онлайн дейности, използвани при преподаване и усвояване на практически италиански език с методите на индуктивния подход

Full text linkInvestments are a fundamental factor in renewing and expanding production resources, as well as in ensuring economic growth. The primary goal of this study is to analyze the role of investments in national economic development, particularly their impact on GDP, employment, infrastructure, and overall economic stability. The research aims to highlight the importance of foreign direct investment (FDI) and domestic investments in shaping long-term economic growth, particularly in developing economies and Bulgaria’s specific context. The study is based on a review of existing economic theories and empirical data on investment dynamics. It utilizes macroeconomic indicators such as GDP, FDI inflows, national income, and foreign trade statistics. Comparative analysis is conducted to evaluate investment trends at both international and national levels. The research includes statistical data from Eurostat, the World Bank, and national institutions such as the National Statistical Institute of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian National Bank. Additionally, the study examines the role of investment policies, taxation incentives, and regulatory frameworks in fostering a favorable investment environment. Case studies from developing countries are used to demonstrate the correlation between investment inflows and economic growth. The methodology also includes trend analysis of investment activity before and after major economic disruptions, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, to understand their influence on national economies
