New Integrative Leadership Models and Perspectives in a Digital Context
Full text linkThe specific dimensions (characteristics) of leadership in the context of the new paradigm and in the conditions of digital transformation are examined. The focus is placed on the evolutionary development of the leadership perspective, which finds concrete expression in four reference frames of application: development of individual technical and/or functional skills; team competence (use of knowledge and talents); organizational or systemic; and network (beyond organizational boundaries). The new (integrative) approaches to leadership are analyzed, the new paradigm through the prism of leadership roles, neo-charismatic leadership models (transactional, charismatic and transformational) and digital leadership in the conditions of digital transformation and virtual team context. The conclusion that follows is that the new theories of leadership are integrative. They examine more than one characteristic of leadership, including distinctive traits, behavior, processes of influence and situational context.
The author's main thesis is that from the point of view of specific research and applications of leadership in a team environment, processes of evolution of concepts occur and a reassessment of generally accepted truths and accumulated knowledge is required
Културният модел в преподаването на италиански като чужд език
Full text linkABSTRACT: The article consists of two parts. The first part examines the concepts of culture, civilization and interculturality from a theoretical perspective. It also clarifies the concept of the cultural model with a view to its presence in foreign language teaching. The second part provides a practical application of the theoretical proposals, offering concrete examples of online resources and related learning activities that presuppose the teaching of culture when teaching Italian to young people and adults at beginner level.
РЕЗЮМЕ: Статията се състои от две части. В първата част са разгледани от теоретична гледна точка понятията култура, цивилизация и интеркултура. Изяснено е и понятието културен модел с оглед на присъствието му в часовете по чужд език. Втората част на статията предлага практическо приложение на теоретичните постановки – конкретни примери за онлайн ресурси и учебни дейности към тях, които предполагат преподаване на култура при обучение по италиански език на младежи и възрастни на ниво начинаещи

La création de ce nouveau modèle implique des investissements importants au cours des prochaines années. Les défis et les questions sont nombreux et les réponses ne sont pas simples.
Le colloque a eu lieu le 30 octobre 2023 à la Nouvelle Université Bulgare. Il a rassemblé des chercheurs et des experts de Bulgarie, de France et de la République du Congo. Les participants auront l’occasion de présenter de nouvelles recherches, de partager leurs idées et de discuter de questions d’actualité.
L’événement s’inscrivait dans la mise en oeuvre des projets internationaux suivants :
„L’accompagnement à l’entrepreneuriat social : un enjeu pour favoriser le développement pérenne en Bulgarie et en France“
„L’innovation environnementale comme facteur de croissance économique durable dans les pays de l’UE”.
Les recherches présentées portaient sur les éco-innovations, Fintech, les marchés publics et leur contribution au développement durable dans l’Union européenne, ainsi que sur les politiques publiques pour le développement de l’économie sociale et l’entrepreneuriat social en Bulgarie et en France, le rôle des universités dans la promotion de l’esprit d’entreprneural chez les jeunes.
Les études pourront être utilisés aussi bien par des chercheurs et des enseignants que par des praticiens, des experts de l’administration publique, des entrepreneurs, des étudiants et des citoyens intéressés

Full text linkThe article examines several short stories from Italo Calvino's collection Difficult Loves, in which the main theme is Difficulty. For Calvino, it is comprehensive and does not only characterize the love relationship between two people - there is difficulty in communicating with the other, but also in communicating with oneself. It is difficult to accept the surrounding reality, which often does not meet the expectations of the characters. The text offers a different view of the stories through the prism of two key texts for the subject matter: Roland Barthes' A Lover's Discourse: Fragments, and Pascal Bruckner's Perpetual Euphoria. Barthes' figures, on the one hand, represent a thematic guide related to the specific situation in each story, on the other, they symbolize the difficulty of communication between the characters of the stories. The "figures", carriers of a given situation or condition, are designed against the background of Bruckner's vision of happiness and its difficult to define nature. This vision also fits into Calvino's vision of unstable happiness, insofar as the characters of his stories are united by one thing: happiness either eludes them or is lacking, ultimately one thing is certain and inevitable: banality and resignation. Each story is subjected to a content analysis related to a given "figure" of Barthes. Additionally, Bruckner's and Denis De Rougemont's similar ideas about happiness are included in the analysis, although De Rougemont frames the question of happiness by relating it to the theme of love and marriage
The Start-Up Concept and the Economic Future of the EU after M. Draghi's Report
Full text linkRecently, the former ECBank president M. Draghi loudly recalled Europe's lagging economic power, but without giving an original approach to reversing the trend, other than increased funding. Therefore, the article is an attempt to critically review the state, but also the unused potential of the EU start-up culture, which can provide a more reasonable and faster response at least to the part of the challenges. Following this direction, a brief comparison between the European and US start-up ecosystems is provided regarding the position and function of the HEIs in them. The data reveals that, in addition to their distance from the success of start-ups in the US and Asia, EU economies are also lagging behind the UK, which is no longer part of it. The pattern repeats when it comes to entrepreneurship education in Europe. Therefore, a direction is outlined for reflection on how to structurally change and improve the quality of the participation of HEIs in ecosystems across the continent, incl. with the introduction of a new look at training and collaboration with external organizations
