Identity Formation Of Millennial Generation Parents Towards The Tradition Of Tedhak Siten
This study examines the process of identity formation among millennial parents
concerning the Tedhak Siten tradition in the modern era. Using qualitative
methods through in-depth interviews with two pairs of millennial parents
(Javanese-Madurese and Javanese-Javanese), this research aims to understand
how the millennial generation interprets, experiences, and preserves the Tedhak
Siten tradition. The findings indicate that despite the challenges of modernity and
globalization, millennial parents still value the traditional values of Tedhak Siten
and strive to preserve them through creative adaptations. Their identity formation
process is characterized by negotiations between cultural heritage and the
demands of modern life, resulting in a more flexible approach to the
implementation of this tradition. The personal stories collected reveal how Tedhak
Siten becomes an important moment in strengthening family bonds and instilling
cultural values in children from an early age, despite various challenges such as
time and financial constraints. Efforts to preserve this tradition through social
media and informal education demonstrate that millennial parents are capable of
balancing the preservation of cultural heritage with adaptation to modern life

Renewable energy pathways in Indonesia's long-term strategy for low carbon and climate resilience 2050
This paper explores renewable energy pathways in Indonesia’s Long-Term Strategy for Low Carbon and Climate Resilience (LTS-LCCR) 2050, assessing their potential to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and support economic sustainability. A comparative scenario analysis—Business-as-Usual (BAU) versus Low-Carbon—was conducted using projections of capacity growth, emissions reduction, and techno-economic performance. Net Present Value (NPV) and Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) were calculated for solar PV, wind, geothermal, hydropower, and biomass. Results show that biomass and geothermal provide the lowest LCOEs due to high capacity factors, while solar PV and wind benefit from declining technology costs. Under the Low-Carbon scenario, GHG emissions are reduced by nearly 50% in 2050 compared to BAU, averaging about 10 million tonnes CO₂-equivalent per year. Sensitivity analysis identifies investment cost and capacity factor as the most critical variables. The findings highlight that targeted policy incentives, infrastructure investment, and region-specific planning are essential to accelerate Indonesia’s clean energy transition and achieve national climate goals

An Outlook on the System Dynamics Approach to Boost the Adoption of Mobile Games
Mobile games are a platform within the video game business that developers may use to generate revenue. Acquiring many users is crucial to increasing revenue from mobile games, as these users are the ones who generate the cash. This paper not only captures the current behavior of mobile game users but, by using the System Dynamics (SD) method, we can get a more comprehensive model of how the mobile game usage system works and provide a reliable forecast regarding the future trends in mobile game adoption rates. Utilizing scenario design with optimistic and pessimistic projections can help identify strategic actions the developer can implement to enhance user acquisition for the mobile game. The scenario design in this paper indicates that the active users of mobile games might grow by 49.21% by implementing sdvertising campaigns, word-of-mouth techniques, heightened product awareness, establishing customer relations, and preserving product ratings, as well as by projecting a growth rate of new smartphone users of 17.78 million people annually
Efficacy and Safety Profile of Low-Dose Tranexamic Acid Regimen in Cardiac Surgery: A Meta-Analysis
Introduction: Various dosing regimens of tranexamic acid have been reported to exhibit varying efficacy and safety profiles. Herein, we conducted a meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of low-dose regimens in open-heart surgery.
Methods: Three databases were systematically searched for randomized trials examining the bleeding reduction effect of tranexamic acid in open-heart surgery. The pooled data of the low-dose group was then compared with the control, high-dose, and epsilon aminocaproic acid groups. The boundary between the low- and high-dose groups was a bolus of 30 mg/kg followed by 16 mg/kg/hour.
Results: The meta-analysis included 81 studies. The low-dose tranexamic acid regimen was associated with a decreased incidence of reoperation (risk ratio: 0.52; 95% confidence interval: 0.39–0.69; high quality of evidence), perioperative myocardial infarction (risk ratio: 0.64; 95% confidence interval: 0.43–0.95; high quality of evidence), the amount of postoperative bleeding in 24 hours, and the need for transfusion of packed red cells compared to control, without increasing the rates of mortality, venous thromboembolism, or stroke. Compared with the high-dose group, the low-dose group had a lower incidence of seizures and stroke. The low-dose of tranexamic acid group also showed significantly reduced postoperative bleeding; however, the cost of an increased risk of seizure events was higher in the low-dose group than in the epsilon aminocaproic acid group.
Conclusion: Low-dose tranexamic acid effectively reduced bleeding, the risk of reoperation, and myocardial infarction without increasing the risk of adverse events
