No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of management control systems based on the principles of good corporate governance to improve public service performance at the Civil Registry and Civil Registration Office of Surabaya City. This research was conducted at the Civil Registry and Civil Registration Office located at Jl. Tunjungan No.1-3, Genteng, Kec. Genteng, Surabaya, East Java. The research is planned for 3 (three) months starting from May to July 2024. The type of approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection technique is through interviews. After collecting data in the above stages, the stages in the qualitative data processing technique according to Miles and Huberman. The conclusion of this study is that in implementing the Principles of Good Corporate Governance consisting of the values of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and equality, the Civil Registry and Civil Registration Office in Surabaya City can improve its service performance by providing more responsive, efficient, fair, and equal services to all citizens. Transparency in procedures and policies provides easy access for the public, while accountability ensures that every action or decision can be accounted for. Employee responsibility and the independence of the Civil Registry and Civil Registration Office in Surabaya City ensure integrity and efficiency in service, while fairness and equality ensure that every individual is treated fairly without discrimination. By consistently applying these values, the Civil Registry and Civil Registration Office in Surabaya City can enhance public trust and provide more responsive, efficient, and quality services

This study aims to test and analyze two hybrid models of logistics service quality (LSQ) and their influence on satisfaction, loyalty, and purchase intent in the future. The context of this research is business to
consumer (B2C) e-commerce with a case study on
Tokopedia. This study integrates the traditional LSQ model that adds 3 dimensions, namely order availability, order returns, and quality assurance consisting of the quality of personnel contacts, handling of order non-conformities, and the return process.
Method:
The survey was conducted by distributing a questionnaire through a google form. Respondents were selected based on predetermined criteria, and data were analyzed using structural equation modelling to examine the relationship between research
variables.
Result:
The results of the study showed that 6 hypotheses were supported and 4 hypotheses were not supported. Order accuracy, order availability, ordering procedures, and quality assurance affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction affects loyalty, and
loyalty affects future purchase intention. Hypotheses 1, 2 and 5, namely the influence of timeline, order conditions and information quality on customer satisfaction are not supported. Hypothesis 9 is also
unsupported, which suggests that customer satisfaction has no
significant effect on future purchase intention
Strengthening awareness of mother-centred advocacy on breastfeeding through experiential learning
No full textIntroduction: Healthcare professionals need to advocate for mothers and understand breastfeeding challenges, especially in a community-based culture. We developed a breastfeeding management course for healthcare professionals and students in health-related majors on an online platform at our university. This study aimed to explore what participants learned from an experiential learning assignment to interview mothers regarding their breastfeeding challenges, and write a reflection on it.
Methods: In this qualitative study, we analysed the written reflections of 56 participants after they interviewed mothers regarding their breastfeeding challenges. Thematic analysis and triangulation among the researchers were conducted to obtain themes.
Results: Four themes were identified: (1) differences in knowledge and beliefs about breastfeeding among mothers and their families, (2) breastfeeding challenges that can be a threat to breastfeeding, (3) healthcare professionals’ central role in providing education and advocating for breastfeeding, and (4) involvement of the family and community in breastfeeding education.
Conclusion: This interview and reflective writing assignment strengthened the participants’ awareness of how to advocate for breastfeeding mothers, including considering the influence of the community context

Systematic Literature Review of Hybrid Metaheuristic Algorithms for Feature Selection in Classification Tasks

Metaheuristic optimization techniques have shown promise for feature selection but are often marred by the problems of premature convergence and sensitivity to parameters. To address these challenges, hybrid metaheuristic approaches have been proposed to combine the best aspects of different algorithms in order to enhance search capabilities and solution quality. This systematic literature review discusses hybrid metaheuristic algorithms for feature selection in response to three research questions: identifying the hybrid algorithms used and their domains of application, evaluating their effectiveness, and examining existing challenges and research gaps. Following the PRISMA framework, 40 related studies appearing between 2020 and 2025 were selected and assessed. Review outcomes show that hybrid approaches always outperform standalone methods with superior classification accuracy and larger feature reduction. However, challenges such as increased complexity, limited usage, and non-uniform practice still exist. Future research must delve into developing more robust and effective hybrid algorithms and demonstrate their performance across different data sets and classifiers

jati dan beberapa bahan lain yang diseduh dengan air mendidih pada suhu 100°C selama
5 menit. Selain rasanya yang khas, teh daun jati siap minum ini memiliki manfaat
kesehatan yang menonjol, yaitu manfaat antioksidan dan antiinflamasi. Belum terdapat
inovasi tentang teh daun jati siap minum sebelumnya. Invensi ini bertujuan untuk
memproduksi teh daun jati siap minum yang selain mempunyai cita rasa herbal yang khas
juga menyehatkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengambil dan mengumpulkan daun
jati muda berwarna hijau segar, memotong-motong daun menjadi potongan kecil,
mengeringkan, dan menepungkan. Kemudian memanaskan air, memasukkan bubuk daun
jati, menambahkan bubuk kayu manis dan bubuk gula aren, menghomogenisasi,
meneruskan pemanasan hingga mendidih, menyaring, mengemas dalam kaleng
aluminium, menyegel dan memberi label yang bersesuaian pada produk jadi. Hasil invensi
berupa produk teh daun jati siap minum dalam kemasan kaleng aluminium dengan
komposisi setiap produk teh siap minum mengandung 3,2 % (b/v) daun jati; 1,0 % (b/v)
kulit kayu manis; dan 21,7 % (b/v) gula aren

(FMCG) industry and identify strategies that can improve its competitiveness in domestic and international markets.
The results of the analysis show that PT Mayora Indah Tbk has advantages in a broad product portfolio, strong brand
image, and extensive distribution network, but also faces challenges such as intense competition, fluctuating raw
material prices, and global market dynamics. Based on the results of SWOT and IE Matrix calculations, the company
is in the position of “Hold and Maintain,” which indicates the need for a strategy to maintain and develop the market,
while SPACE Matrix places PT Mayora Indah Tbk in the aggressive quadrant, which means the company has the
potential for further expansion. The BCG analysis identifies product categories with high growth potential as well as
those that require improvement strategies, while the Grand Strategy Matrix proposes expansion and product
differentiation strategies to strengthen the company's competitive position. The main strategic recommendations are to
strengthen market penetration by improving distribution networks and digital marketing, and to develop innovative
products that are in line with health and sustainability trends so that PT Mayora Indah can maintain its competitive
advantage and expand its market share at the global level
