    Handbag Stripes Pleat and Criss Cross Strap. Tas ini difungsikan untuk membawa barang-barang dengan ukuran kecil. Tas ini juga berguna sebagai pendukung penampilan sehari-hari. Tas ini memiliki strap pendek yang dijahit langsung pada tas, ukuran strap yang pendek dapat dibawa dengan cara digantung di bahu. Pada bagian strap juga terdapat stud di bagian tengah persilangan yang menahan sehingga strap lebih kuat. Terdapat dua kuncian pada tas ini, terdapat kuncian magnet pada penutup tas ini, dan kemudian ketika dibuka terdapat resleting didalamnya sehingga menjaga barang bawaan lebih aman.     Invensi ini berhubungan dengan suatu kit deteksi Infectious Myonecrosis Virus (IMNV) secara cepat pada udang dengan metode loopmediated isothermal amplification (LAMP). Kit ini mencakup campuran primer yang didesain khusus untuk mendeteksi IMNV; campuran reaksi LAMP yang mengandung Bst DNA polymerase, dNTP dan larutan penyangga; air bebas nuklease; kontrol positif adalah plasmid rekombinan IMNV MAJOR CAPSID PROTEIN. Deteksi IMNV menggunakan kit ini mempunyai keunggulan pengerjaan lebih singkat dan sederhana dibandingkan metode diagnostik lainnya, sensitivitas dan spesifisitas yang tinggi

    Buku ini menyajikan pemahaman mengenai stunting, seperti faktor-faktor yang berpotensi menyebabkan stunting, dampak stunting di masa depan, serta hal-hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah stunting. Stunting adalah salah satu penanda atau indikator yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui status gizi dan tren pertumbuhan anak. Badan Kesehatan Dunia (World Health Organization, WHO), secara garis besar mengartikan stunting sebagai kondisi dimana ukuran panjang badan (PB) atau tinggi badan (TB) anak dengan usia dan jenis kelamin tertentu lebih pendek atau lebih rendah daripada ukuran PB atau TB standar untuk anak dengan jenis kelamin yang sama pada usia tersebut. Stunting meningkatkan risiko anak jatuh sakit dan mengalami kematian lebih dini akibat penyakit infeksi, terutama diare dan infeksi paru (pneumonia). Pada jangka menengah dan jangka panjang, stunting menyebabkan masalah kognitif, kesehatan, dan perilaku. Oleh karena itu, faktor penyebab dan pencegahan stunting sangat penting untuk dipahami

    Chemical Profiling and In Silico Docking of Phytoconstituents as Prospective Immune Modulating Agents: Investigating The Therapeutic Potential of Fermented Garlic Honey

    Fermented Garlic Honey is a combination of honey and garlic (Allium sativum L.) that undergoes extraction and fermentation with varied soaking times. The combination of these two herbs will likely have a synergistic therapeutic effect that can be used as a functional food to promote a healthy lifestyle. This method evaluates chemicals in a sample based on the length of fermentation time, allowing it to predict the compounds that contribute to its biological activity. FTIR and LC-HRMS were used to identify secondary metabolites in Fermented Garlic Honey (FGH). Principal component analysis (PCA) may easily distinguish between samples based on the extraction solvent. LC-HRMS is an advanced analytical technique identifying 29 compounds in Raw Honey and 31, 34, and 34 compounds in the FGH at 2, 4, and 6 weeks samples, respectively. The bioactive substances meglutol, Gamma Glutamyl-S-Methylcysteine, Gamma Glutamyl-S-Allylcysteine, and S-Allylcysteine were found in the four samples and have been suggested to have therapeutic benefits as immunomodulating agents. Furthermore, Molegro Virtual Docker 7 has been utilized to predict the possible mode of action of the selected bioactive compounds. Among the compounds tested, Gamma-glutamyl-S-allylcysteine exhibited the most optimal interaction in three receptors (Caspase-1, INOS, and IL-1β). Our results imply that these bioactive chemicals found in FGH are predicted to have potential immunomodulatory capabilities, nevertheless still require verification through in vivo or in vitro studies

    Mangosteen Peel (Garcinia mangostana) Compounds as MTNR1B Modulators for Gestational Diabetes: In Silico Study

    This study explored mangostin derivatives (3.6-dimethylmangostin, 6-deoxy-gamma-mangostin, and alpha-mangostin) as potential MTNR1B modulators using in silico approaches, through a combination of ADMET profiling and molecular docking simulations. Among the tested compounds, 3.6-dimethylmangostin stood out as the most promising, exhibiting strong binding affinity toward MTNR1B, comparable to the standard ligand ML-1, along with favorable pharmacokinetic parameters. Compared with clinically used anti-diabetic agents such as metformin or sulfonylureas, which act mainly through different molecular pathways, mangostin derivatives may offer complementary benefits by targeting MTNR1B in addition to their known glucose-lowering and insulin-sensitizing effects. In contrast, although 6-deoxy-gamma-mangostin showed the most optimal pharmacokinetic parameters, its interaction with the target receptor was the weakest. These results suggest that 3.6-dimethylmangostin holds significant potential for further exploration in in vitro and in vivo studies aimed at confirming its therapeutic relevance in the treatment of GDM

    Experimental study and optimisation of flexural properties of 3D-printed polylactic acid for energy-storing-and-returning prosthetic foot

    A prosthetic foot with energy-storing-and-returning capabilities requires high strength to prevent damage, high rigidity for stability, and low weight for user comfort. Therefore, efforts are needed to optimise the properties of the 3D-printed prosthetic foot. Based on the literature review, a research gap remains in understanding the complex interactions among 3D printing parameters that improve flexural properties, minimise mass, and reduce printing time. This study investigated how infill density, layer thickness, shell thickness, and their interaction affect the flexural strength-to-mass ratio, flexural modulus of elasticity, strain, and required printing time of the 3D-printed product. The experimental parameter ranges are infill density (40–60%), layer thickness (0.2–0.3 mm), and shell thickness (0.8–1.6 mm). A case study was conducted to optimise these parameters using the Response Surface Methodology with the Box-Behnken Design. The experimental data were fitted to a quadratic model, and Analysis of Variance determined the significance of individual factors. A gradient-based algorithm then identified the optimal parameter combinations. Results indicated that shell thickness was the most influential factor on the flexural strength-to-mass ratio and flexural modulus. Additionally, the interaction between layer height and shell thickness significantly affected strain, while infill density impacted printing time. The optimal values obtained were 32.5722 MPa/gram for the flexural strength-to-mass ratio, 2727.06 MPa for the modulus, 0.0522 for the strain, and 757.7788 seconds for the printing time. The novelty of this research lies in presenting how the interaction between shell thickness, layer thickness, and infill density affects process productivity and material efficiency while preserving product performance

    Exploring Fashion Vocational Practice Process for Students with Multiple Disabilities in Special School

    Indonesian special schools face difficulties in discovering comprehensive references on methods and procedures for developing and implementing their curriculum. Subsequently, the purpose is to explore the learning processes of vocational practice in the fashion field at a special school. A qualitative approach and case study method were employed in fashion vocational practice at a special school in Indonesia. The research was conducted on students with multiple disabilities from their first registration to graduation. Interviews and observations were held for three years. The data were then analyzed in a thematic framework. The findings showed that the school carried out diagnostic assessment and identification, curriculum modifications, learning outcomes, and devised annual learning plans for new students. The learning plans were formulated based on the results of reflections, monitoring, and periodic evaluations to assess their development. The learning processes yielded more favorable results with the support of teachers, students’ parents, therapists, and other stakeholders. In conclusion, these findings provide an example to develop and implement a special school curriculum to recognize the talents of those students with special needs, to prepare them for the future

Seseorang dengan asma menetap mengalami penurunan kondisi fisik sehingga membatasi pasien untuk melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari. Menurut data WHO (World Health Organization) prevalensi asma di dunia mencapai 262 juta pada tahun 2019. Prevalensi asma di Indonesia menurut data Kemenkes RI mencapai 12 juta pada tahun 2020. Pada saat pandemi COVID-19 terjadi, pasien asma tidak melakukan kontrol rutin ke rumah sakit dikarenakan ketakutan akan terpapar COVID-19 sehingga gejala yang diderita oleh pasien menjadi semakin parah dan obat-obatan yang dikonsumsi juga habis
