Ketepatan Reasoning/Judgement dan Rekomendasi Mahasiswa Farmasi pada Kasus Vignette Swamedikasi Dispepsia
The public frequently comes to community pharmacies for self-medication to address mild symptoms, including dyspepsia. Pharmacy students need to develop appropriate clinical decision-making abilities to provide quality self-medication services as they prepare for their future roles as pharmacists. This study aims to describe the appropriateness of clinical reasoning/judgement and recommendations by pharmacy students in response to a vignette case of NSAID-induced dyspepsia. Data was collected through Google Form questionnaires, with third-year pharmacy students who currently took a course related to self-medication as participants. Descriptive statistics and inductive content analysis were used to analyze the data. The appropriateness of reasoning/judgement and recommendations was determined based on conformity with the literature and/or expert panel consensus. The total population was 162 students and of these 150 participated. Of the 150 participants, 78% provided appropriate reasoning/judgement and recommendations to the NSAID-induced dyspepsia case. This showed that most pharmacy students at this university demonstrated correct clinical reasoning/judgment, and could provide appropriate recommendations for a case of NSAID-induced dyspepsia. This might imply that the changes in the Indonesian pharmacy curriculum, incorporating more clinical skills, have started showing positive effects

The ‘Three Cs’ of food Influencers: An examination of characteristics, closeness, and content attributes in tourism
Influencer marketing has emerged as a powerful tool in promoting food tourism, particularly illustrated by the “Keith Lee Effect,” highlighting how influencer-driven content can attract and engage potential travelers. Despite the growing recognition of food tourism’s multi-sensory appeal—where the act of tasting plays a central role—academic research on this topic remains relatively underdeveloped. Moreover, academic investigations specifically addressing influencer marketing in the context of food tourism are notably absent. Thus, this study aims to address a critical gap in the literature through its focus on influencer marketing in the context of food tourism. This study focuses on the influencer dimensions of Characteristics, Closeness, and Content Attributes, the ‘Three Cs’ of food influencers, to investigate influencer marketing’s role and key success factors in shaping food tourism decisions. Using 239 valid responses obtained through purposive convenience sampling and analyzed with PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 3.2.9, the findings reveal that the ‘Three Cs’ account for 50.2% of the variance in purchase intention. The result also shows influencers’ dimensions and favorable features whose recommendations would likely be followed when engaging in food tourism, showing that influencers’ characteristics and their content attributes are critical factors in shaping followers’ purchasing behavior in food tourism. Furthermore, the study provides practical implications for both influencers and managers of food tourism destinations
Nanopartikel Kulit Manggis (Garcinia Mangostana L.) Digunakan Untuk Menghambat Pertumbuhan Sel Kanker Leukemia HL-60
Understanding Parish Development in Rural East Java Indonesia: Preliminary Results
This study explores the pastoral readiness and organizational capacity of the Catholic community in Ngeni, Blitar, through three Focus Group Discussions involving clergy, certified catechists, sacristans, and lay leaders from all eight stations under Ngeni. Across the FGDs, participants described a community marked by steady growth—now reaching approximately eight hundred Catholics—yet constrained by limited human resources and uneven local leadership. While Sunday Mass attendance averages one hundred fifty people, and special initiatives such as the Pundak Beach Mass attract strong participation, the community remains highly dependent on the Blitar parish and the diocese for administration, catechesis, and program development. The discussions revealed ambivalence regarding the proposal to elevate Ngeni to a quasi-parish. Early enthusiasm for autonomy has softened as lay members confronted the administrative, financial, and managerial responsibilities that such a transition would require. Only one certified catechist currently serves all stations, supported informally by volunteers with partial training, and many lay leaders expressed uncertainty about their capacity to manage independent pastoral structures. At the same time, the FGDs highlighted emerging strengths, including active spiritual life, creative outreach activities, and the presence of motivated local leaders

Quality has become a research concern in the field of manufacturing or services. Currently, there are
several tools available that can be used to improve service quality. Each tool has advantages and disadvantages,
so integration between tools is needed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of improvement efforts. Some
tools that can be integrated to evaluate service quality comprehensively are SERVQUAL, KANO, and QFD. This
scientific article provides experiential information on applying quality tool integration in the health sector. A
hospital was selected as a case study for an example of the application of service quality improvement steps. The
trial of SERVQUAL, KANO, and QFD integration in the case study showed that the integration of SERVQUAL
and KANO selected 30% of critical service attributes that need improvement. Furthermore, QFD plays a role in
executing the improvements effectively and efficiently
Driving Mobile Banking Usage: The Role of Information Technology in Indonesia
To date, payment methods have evolved to include mobile banking, enabling individuals to conduct transactions more
conveniently from anywhere. This trend can be analyzed, as the number of mobile banking users has consistently
increased year by year. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived risk, perceived trust, perceived cost, self
efficacy, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence on behavioral intention to use mobile
banking in Indonesia. Based on data collected from 234 respondents, the results indicate that most of the variables
significantly influence consumer behavioral intention, as evidenced by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
method. The data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 25 and Amos Graphic software. The findings reveal that
perceived risk, perceived trust, effort expectancy, and social influence significantly affect behavioral intention. In
contrast, perceived cost, self-efficacy, and performance expectancy do not have a significant impact on behavioral
intention
Congenital Basal Meningocele: An Unusual Cause of Nasal Obstructionin Early Life
Basal meningoceles are rare congenital defects that can cause nasal obstruction and often clinically occult until they
result in life-threatening complications. Knowing the clues to early diagnosis, management, and complications is essential. Case: A
7-day-old baby girl was referred to our hospital because of high fever and dyspnoea, and the baby was diagnosed with pneumonia,
lip tie, cup ears and suspicion of laryngomalacia. The patient got dyspnoea with stridor when drinking, and it decreased when her
mouth was open. The suction catheter could not enter through the left choana. The nasal endoscopy showed an elevation of the
hard palate. A 3-dimensional facial CT scan demonstrated a transsellar–transsphenoidal meningocele protruding into the left nasal
cavity. A diluted liquid came out from the left nose with a yellowish-clear colour, and the baby showed a high-pitched cry. Bacterial
meningitis was established from cerebrospinal liquor analyses. After meningitistreatment, surgical repair to meningocele reposition
and bone defect repair was done at 40 days. Conclusion: In our case, the nasal obstruction was not detected from the beginning of
birth, and it led to delaysin finding the cause. Basal meningocele in this case was accidentally diagnosed by a facial CT scan exploring
the cause of choana atresia. It’s essential to detect choana atresia since birth, explore the etiology immediately, and manage it well
to prevent life-threatening complication
