Rancang Bangun Rumah Pengering UV Untuk Pengeringan Bahan Tepung Dari Ubi Jalar di Desa Selotapak Trawas Mojokerto
Selotapak adalah sebuah desa di kecamatan Trawas, kabupaten Mojokerto, dengan luas wilayahnya mencapai 29,4 km². Penduduk yang berdomisili di wilayah tersebut sebagian besar bermata pencaharian petani kebun, potensi unggulan hasil panen ubi jalar masih sedikit terserap (5-10%) dalam makanan olahan. Pengolahan ubi jalar di desa Selotapak menjadi produk intermediate tepung akan membuka peluang pasar makin besar karena semua industry pangan khususnya industry bakery, snack dan mie pasti membutuhkan tepung untuk proses pembuatan produk mereka. Selain itu utnuk memperpanjang masa simpan dari ubi jalar. Proses pembuatan tepung diawali dengan memanen ubi jalar, membersihkan dan mencuci agar kotoran tanah hilang, selanjutnya ubi di rajang dan keringkan dalam rumah pengering UV sampai siap untuk di tepung. Rumah pengering UV dengen ukuran 3 x 6 x 2,5 meter dengan kapasitas 1 (satu) ton dengan rangka besi galvanis 1,5” dengan ketebalan 1,5mm dan penutup plastic polikarbonat. Proses pengeringan dengan rumah pengering UV menghasil bahan tepung yang baik, tidak mudah berjamur, berbau dan hyginies

Peningkatan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan Siswa Smk Dengan Menggunakan Persona Canvas Dan Business Model Canvas
Sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia berada dalam usia produktif, yang menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan. Meskipun demografi ini berpotensi mendorong kemajuan ekonomi, terbatasnya lapangan kerja menjadi masalah signifikan bagi generasi muda. Mendorong semangat kewirausahaan adalah salah satu solusi untuk masalah ini. Sebuah program pengabdian selama dua hari dilaksanakan di salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta di Surabaya. Hasil perbandingan pre-test dan post- test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, terutama dalam penggunaan Persona Canvas dan Business Model Canvas. Metode Persona Canvas mendorong siswa untuk menganalisis kondisi calon pembeli, membantu mereka memahami kebutuhan dan masalah pelanggan. Sementara itu, Business Model Canvas dengan sembilan komponennya membimbing siswa dalam mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan bisnis. Perubahan ini memperluas pandangan mereka dari hanya berfokus pada keterampilan teknis dan penjualan produk menjadi memahami berbagai aspek penting untuk memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif. Pengaruh Heuristik Bias dengan Mediasi Risk Tolerance dan Financial Literation Serta Inovasi Keuangan Terhadap Keputusan Investasi pada Gen Z
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of heuristic bias with mediation of risk tolerance and financial literacy and financial innovation on investment decisions in Gen Z. The method in this study is a quantitative method, using primary data obtained through a questionnaire involving 316 respondents as a sample. Then overconfidence bias and risk tolerance have a significant negative relationship with
investment decisions. Anchoring bias, availability bias, financial innovation have no significant relationship with investment decisions. Representativeness bias has a significant positive relationship with investment decisions. This study also found that Financial Literacy has a significant positive relationship with risk tolerance
Analysis of energy output variations in a 4.5 kWp residential solar system in Surabaya, Indonesia
This study evaluates the performance of a residential photovoltaic (PV) system located in Surabaya, Indonesia. The system, with a capacity of 4500 Wp and connected to the grid via an On-Grid inverter. Utilizing real-time data collection through EyeM4 Wi-Fi and the iSolarcloud application, the power and energy output were analyzed over daily, monthly, and annual periods. The monthly energy output showed significant seasonal variations, with the highest production recorded in December at 654.30 kWh and the lowest in February at 420.00 kWh. Daily energy outputs also varied, peaking at 25.50 kWh in March and dropping to as low as 7.20 kWh in February. The daily average energy output ranged from 14.00 kWh in February to 21.81 kWh in December. Detailed analyses of power output on typical sunny and rainy days further highlighted the impact of weather conditions on system performance. On sunny days, the system reached a daily energy output of 23.2 kWh, while on rainy days, it was significantly lower at 7 kWh. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the PV system's operational characteristics and highlights the influence of seasonal and daily weather patterns on energy production
Analisis Penggunaan Antibiotik Pada Pasien Bedah Di KSM Obgyn RS Islam Surabaya
Penggunaan antibiotik profilaksis pada bedah SC/sectio caesarea, histerektomi, dan kuretage penting untuk mencegah infeksi daerah operasi (IDO). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan antibiotik, kesesuaian dengan PPAB Kemkes 2021, dan asosiasi faktor risiko terhadap IDO di RS Islam Surabaya. Penelitian observasional analitik ini menggunakan data rekam medis retrospektif dari 273 pasien. Hasilnya menunjukkan profil penggunaan antibiotik cefazolin dominan pada ketiga prosedur (97-100%), dengan dosis ganda 2 gram. Analisis kuantitatif ATC/DDD tertinggi pada Agustus 2024 (DDD cefazolin 36, DDD cefadroxil 24,5), dengan DU90% pada segmen cefazolin dan cefadroxil. Kesesuaian dengan PPAB Kemkes 2021 mencapai 93,5-95% pada SC dan histerektomi. Usia, komorbiditas, jenis, dosis, dan lama pemberian antibiotik profilaksis tidak ada asosiasi dengan Kejadian IDO (p>0,01). Skor ASA, lama pembedahan, lama rawat inap menunjukkan adanya asosiasi dengan kejadian IDO (p<0,01). Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran penting tentang penggunaan antibiotik profilaksis pada bedah obstetri dan ginekologi di RS Islam Surabaya, menyoroti perlunya peningkatan kesesuaian dengan pedoman dan identifikasi faktor risiko IDO
Digital Transformation for Economic Growth and SDG 8 Alignment in Southeast Asia: a Bibliometric Analysis and Systematic Literature Review with ADO-TCM Framework
Objective: This study investigates the role of digitalization in fostering economic growth and sustainability among Southeast Asian companies, aiming to map research gaps and explore future research directions while aligning with SDG 8, which promotes inclusive, sustainable economic growth.
Theoretical Framework: The study employs PRISMA and utilizes the ADO-TCM framework to analyze the antecedents, decisions, and outcomes of digital transformation in the region.
Method: A bibliometric analysis and Systematic Literature Review (SLR) were conducted on 165 articles from Scopus (2013–2023), categorized using the ADO-TCM framework.
Results and Discussion: The findings identify key drivers of digital transformation, including government policies and Industry 4.0, with strategic decisions focusing on digital infrastructure, agility, and stakeholder engagement. Outcomes include improved sustainability, competitiveness, and digital skills. The study highlights research gaps in under-explored industries like the blue economy and agriculture, as well as inconsistencies in methodologies.
Research Implications: Policymakers should support SME digitalization through improved infrastructure to drive business sustainability, create jobs, and reduce poverty, contributing to SDG 8. Future studies should explore neglected industries using mixed-method approaches.
Originality/Value: By combining the ADO and TCM frameworks, this study offers novel insights into digital transformation and its alignment with SDG 8, providing practical and theoretical value for sustainable growth in Southeast Asia
Development of Interactive Learning Application for Basic Programming Based on Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge Framework
Information technology students must take Algorithms and Programming. Research shows that 28% of US students fail their basic programming subject, which is essential to mastering programming. In line with the previous study, 39% of students in the Informatics Engineering department’s basic programming course at campus X in the odd semester of 2022/2023 failed the course. The learning process should be able to integrate technology into it. An interactive learning application was developed utilizing the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, incorporating a pedagogical paradigm in its design through simulation elements and animated visuals. Through an extensive design, this learning application enhances student engagement by 78.3%, encouraging continued utilization in their educational process. The trial involving the group of students utilizing this application revealed that 5 out of 34 students failed the course, in contrast to 7 out of 33 students from the group that studied without the application
