Generating Tourist Attraction Introduction Videos Using Image Search and Short Video Analysis
Get PDFWith the resurgence in travel demand post-COVID-19, enhancing access to tourism sites is critical. Web-based information can be complex, making destination selection difficult. This work uses image search to find short videos and related spots to generate tourist attraction introduction videos. It conveys attractions more realistically than text and images. Image search finds tourist spots similar to an input photo, reducing decision time. We collect and label short tourist videos, determine tags for user-input photos, and use cosine similarity to extract relevant spots.departmental bulletin pape
The Problem of Applying Aristotle’s Taxonomy of Metaphor in the Poetics to an Understanding of the Notion of Metaphor and Simile in the Rhetoric
Get PDFアリストテレスは『詩学』（1457b7-33）の中で、メタファーは言葉の転用であると定義し、次の4形式 “類/genusから種/species” (synecdocheGS)、“種/speciesから類/genus”(synecdocheSG)、“種から種”(synonymity)、“類比関係” (A:B::C:D) に分類されると示している。しかし、『弁論術』の中で直喩の概念を示す例として挙げている「The lion leapt/ライオンは突進した」は、この分類法にうまく当てはまらない（1406b20-24）。そこで、プラトンの『ティマイオス』と『国家』におけるアナロジー、リチャーズ（1936）における趣意/tenorと媒体/vehicleの概念、トヴェルスキー（1977）の非対称類似性の根拠について概略的に分析したところ、「The lion leapt/ライオンは突進した」は、アリストテレスの４つの分類には含まれていない“類/genusから類/genus”の転用として理解する方が良いと考えられる。本論では、アリストテレスの元の分類に対する改定を提起する。Aristotle in the Poetics (1457b7-33) gives a definition of metaphor, stating it is a notion of word transference, and gives a taxonomy of four ways in which this is possible: genus for species (synecdocheGS), species for genus (synecdocheSG), species for species (synonymity), and analogy (A:B::C:D). However, in the Rhetoric, when introducing the notion of simile, Aristotle gives an example of metaphor, The lion leapt, that does not neatly fit this taxonomy (1406b20-24). After a brief discussion on Plato’s uses of analogy in the Timaeus and Republic, Richards’ (1936) notions of tenor and vehicle, and Tversky’s (1977) evidence for asymmetric similarities, it will be shown that The lion leapt is better understood as a genus for genus transfer, which is not included in Aristotle’s taxonomy. 韓国人日本語学習者の漢語サ変動詞の使用傾向ついて ―学習者の母語との比較から指導法を考える―
Get PDF韓国⼈⽇本語学習者iは⽇本語の漢語動詞のスル形とサレル形の使い分けが難しい傾向がある。学習者は⽇本語の漢語動詞のスル形はhata形、サレル形はtoyta形に対応すると解釈しているが、⽇本語の漢語動詞と韓国語の漢語動詞は簡単に対応させることはできない。そこで、本稿は学習者がよく間違える傾向がある⽇本語の⾃動詞の漢語動詞の指導法を明らかにするため、使⽤実態調査を⾏なった。その結果、主語が動作主ではない場合や⽂が短すぎる場合、語彙が難しく⽂脈が読み取れない場合は、スル形とサレル形を判断しづらく、⺟語のtoyta形の概念を当てはめる傾向があった。また、教室で学習したことが理解不⼗分であるが故の、間違いも⾒受けられた。韓国⼈⽇本語学習者に⽇本語の漢語⾃動詞を指導する際は、⺟語のtoyta 形が⽇本語ではスル形とサレル形に分かれることを明⽰的に説明した上で、主語と述語の関係を学習者⾃⾝に考えてもらうような指導が必要であるだろう。departmental bulletin pape
身近な生物であるアリを用いた実習方法とその教育効果
Get PDF本学の理工学部生物学科３回生の学生を対象に、アリを題材とした探究的な実習を通じて、学生の生物多様性への理解を深めるとともに、科学的思考力や問題解決能力の養成を目的とした教育プログラムを設計した。本実習は、（１）アリの採集と同定、および（２）コロニー行動の観察を中心に、学生が自然環境を直接観察し、仮説の立案と検証、結果の考察を主体的に行う形式を採用した。また、実習では事前に具体例を提示して説明するとともに、仮説設定や実験計画の立案を補助することで、学生が積極的かつ協調的に学べるよう工夫した。その結果、班ごとに独自のテーマを設定し、協調的に課題に取り組む中で、主体性や科学的探究心を高める教育効果が確認された。本実習内容は、アリという身近な生物を題材とした教育プログラムとして、生物学教育に貢献できると考えられる。departmental bulletin pape
A Study on the Anxiety and Reality of Modern University Students
Get PDF本稿では、学生相談におけるインターネットにかかわる強迫傾向についての語りを通じて、インターネットというシステムやSNSサービスが、現代の大学生にどのような不安やリアリティ（現実感）をもたらしているのかについての検討を行った。４つの語りから、インターネットの持つつながりや可視化といった特徴が、自己の不確実性を抱えつつ、他者や状況に合わせたコミュニケーションによってつながりを求める大学生の不安を増大させていることが示された。その不安は共有されない個のリアリティとして人を孤立させ、また社会的現実を見失うことで拡散される場合もある。多層化するリアリティと、リアリティを感じる主体としての自己の揺らぎをつなぎ止める器とするために、自然で自明な身体を確認していくアプローチが求められる。This paper examines how the Internet system and social networking services bring anxiety and reality (sense of reality) to today’s university students through the narratives of obsessivecompulsive tendencies related to the Internet in student counseling.
The four narratives indicate that the Internet’s characteristics of connection and visualization increase the anxiety of university students who seek connection through communication that is dependent on others and situations, while holding uncertainty about the self. This anxiety can isolate a person as an individual reality that is not shared, or it can be diffused by losing sight of social reality. An approach that confirms the natural and self-evident body is required in order to provide a container that can hold the multilayered reality and the fluctuation of the self as the subject who perceives the reality.departmental bulletin pape
