Human management (HM) is a key factor in the success of organizations, including educational institutions such as the Adjarmanu Foundation in Sumba. Challenges faced include limited skilled labor, lack of training, and lack of performance evaluation. This community service aims to improve participants understanding and abilities regarding HM through online training. The training was attended by 45 participants: teachers, administrative staff, students, and foundation partners. The methods include an initial survey, material delivery, interactive discussion, and activity evaluation. The results showed that this training improved participants understanding of HM concepts, especially effective management strategies and the importance of the role of leaders. However, obstacles such as limited internet access in the Sumba region remained a challenge during the training. This activity was concluded to be effective in encouraging strategic HM and positively contributing to the foundations development. Continuous training, government support, and a reward-based evaluation system are needed to strengthen the foundations sustainability in the future. Adjarmanu Foundation is expected to be a strong foundation for advancing education in the region through human resource development

Architecture as Programmatic Archive: Sustainable Conservation on Tunjungan Street History
This study presents a perspective where architecture can also designed as a model of archival representation in a historical urban space. It uses qualitative research-by-design and reflective architectural design methods, to consider Tunjungan Streets heritage as an exhibition space for contextual case for sustainable urban conservation through architectural thinking. The study identifies three principles: Movement as Program captures spatial movement to support walkability and more efficient use of resources; Heritage as Identity is about cultural character; and Urban Context as Sequence relates to social and ecological sustainability. Together, the principles structure design strategies that enable a reinterpretation of historical meaning-formally, in a material way—which represented progress for urban heritage interpretation through the lens of architectural programming. The study associated urban and sustainable growth to heritage design thinking through adaptive reuse, resilient heritage and socially engaged public places, making the case for the transformation of heritage design thinking as a model for the future. The study suggested a design-based model that positioned architectural programming as a strategic action for sustainable urban archiving, utilizing appropriation of exhibition strategies, and spatial sequencing as interpretations of the heritage of Tunjungan Street

Analisis Alih Peran Tokoh Punakawan dalam Cerita Pewayangan dengan Pendekatan Teori Dramaturgi Erving Goffman
Punakawan have a very long history, since the 12th century. Until now, Punakawan, who appear with distinctive physical facial characteristics, can appear as characters with various roles according to their era. Punakawan are characters created by Indonesian artists who can capture the hearts of the audience of performing arts in Indonesia, ranging from shadow puppet shows, wayang orang, to performances through television screens. The diversity of arts and culture in Indonesia makes the form and visual appearance of Punakawan in each research area different, such as in East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, and Cirebon. Each region has its uniqueness, both in visual appearance and meaning. This study analyzes the role transfer of Punakawan figures in puppet stories using Erving Goffmans dramaturgy theory approach. Punakawan characters, consisting of Semar, Gareng, Petruk, and Bagong, have unique roles as companions of knights as well as conveyors of social criticism. The research method used is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach to various puppet plays that illustrate the flexibility of the Punakawan role. The results show that Punakawan not only functions as a complement in the wayang narrative but also as a link between the world of mythology and social reality. By utilizing humor and wisdom, Punakawan can switch roles to suit the situation, reflecting the concept of self-presentation in Goffmans theory. The findings confirm that Punakawan is a dynamic symbol of social communication that is relevant in various cultural contexts
Impact on Environmental, Social, and Governance Score on Market Reaction: Evidence of Top 80 Companies Listed From IDX80
This paper will discuss the impact of the individual Environmental, Social, and Governance scores on market reaction. This study will specifically focus on the IDX80 index, which lists companies that are not only profitable but also have good ESG scores. The panel data for the study will be taken from 2019 to 2023, and the Dynamic Panel Model will be used to see how the scores over the year influenced the market price. The final sample consists of 31 companies with 155 firm-years for the observation. The findings show that the Environmental scores have a significant positive impact on market reactions, but are not significantly impacted by Social and Governance scores. The study suggests an early stage of ESG adoption in Indonesia and the positive trend growth will be beneficial for companies to promote ESG activities. The limitation of this study is that the data for the individual scores for the Environmental, Social, and Governance are limited making the sample size small. A further limitation is that the data analyzed during and post-COVID-19 time might suggest a different result comparably
Performance of Externally Steel Angle-Collared Concrete Columns Under Axial Compressive Load
Deficient Reinforced Concrete (RC) columns and higher demands of new codes are the
main reasons for retrofit works for RC columns. One of the deficiencies involves the lack of confining
elements which leads to poor ductility. Confining stress conventionally provided by transverse
reinforcement has been recognized to enhance the strength and ductility of RC columns. Nowadays,
the confinement method has been further developed to be applied externally which is more suitable
for retrofit works. In square or rectangular columns, providing effective confining stress is not as
simple as that of circular columns. In this research, displacement controlled compressive test on a
set of square RC columns retrofitted by steel angle collars is presented. The volumetric ratio of the
confining elements is the main parameter to investigate the effectiveness of the retrofitting technique.
Enhancement of axial strength and ductility are observed as the confining element volumetric ratio
increases
