Enhancing project success: A systematic literature review on risk management techniques in interior design
Get PDFRisk management is vital in interior design projects due to inherent uncertainties, yet systematic approaches remain underexplored. This study reviews the literature from 2010 to 2024 to identify and analyze effective risk management techniques, including qualitative and quantitative assessments, mitigation strategies, and technological tools. Findings indicate that effective risk management enhances stakeholder satisfaction, minimizes delays, and optimizes costs. The review also highlights gaps and suggests future research directions to refine methodologies specific to interior design. This systematic literature review provides valuable insights for practitioners and researchers seeking to enhance project success through improved risk management
Pengabdian Masyarakat: Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Google Earth sebagai Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi

Google Earth, is a challenge for educators. This study aims to improve
teachers competence in using Google Earth as a learning media
through practice-based training. The training activities were carried
out at Santa Maria Catholic Elementary School in Blitar City, located
on Jl. Sudanco Supriyadi No.21 Blitar on December 14, 2024. This
research is a community service and the research method used is
descriptive, including the stages of needs identification, planning,
training implementation, evaluation, and mentoring. Key findings
show that this training is effective in improving teachers
understanding and skills in utilizing Google Earth features for
interactive learning. In conclusion, this training has a positive impact
on teachers readiness to integrate technology in learning, although
further assistance is still needed. It is recommended that this training
program be implemented sustainably and expanded to other regions
THE EFFECT OF GENDER-ROLE ORIENTATION, VOLITION, AND PARENTAL INFLUENCE ON ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION
Get PDFBackground: Indonesias low percentage of entrepreneurs is impeding the countrys economic progress, which in turn is exacerbating the countrys high unemployment rate and low entrepreneurial inclination among the youth.
Purpose: This research examines the effect of gender-role orientation, volition, and parental influence on entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students in Indonesia.
Design/methodology/approach: Data analysis for this quantitative study, which involved 172 Indonesian undergraduate students, was done using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample, and questionnaires were used to collect data.
Findings/Result: The research concludes that feminine gender-role orientation and parental influence positively impact entrepreneurial intention, while masculine, androgynous, and undifferentiated gender-role orientations, as well as volition, do not have a significant effect.
Conclusion: To increase the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, it is crucial to develop entrepreneurial programs tailored to undergraduate students with a feminine gender-role orientation and to involve parents, given their significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.
Originality/value (State of the art): Despite traditional beliefs favoring masculine gender-role orientation in entrepreneurship, research suggests that feminine, androgynous, and undifferentiated orientations also have potential, and factors like volition and parental influence play crucial roles in shaping entrepreneurial intention
Voluntary Adoption of Integrated Reporting and Firm Valuation: The Moderating Effect of ESG Performance
Get PDFThis study addresses a research gap by examining the impact of the voluntary adoption
of integrated reporting on company value (TOBINSQ) for companies listed on the Indonesian
Stock Exchange. A purposive sampling method was used to select the sample, which included
companies with available ESG scores from 2018 to 2022 and accessible annual reports for the
same period. The final sample consists of 83 companies, totalling 299 observations. Multiple
regression analysis was employed to assess the direct effects of integrated reporting and the
moderating role of ESG performance (ESGSCORE) on company value. Our findings reveal
that integrated reporting positively influences company value and that ESG performance significantly moderates this relationship, enhancing the benefits of integrated reporting. The results underscore the importance for companies to adopt integrated reporting and enhance ESG
performance to improve market valuation. The study also suggests that promoting integrated
reporting and ESG disclosures can enhance market transparency and accountability. Future
research should focus on longitudinal studies, sector-specific analyses, geographical variations,
and the role of digital technologies in integrated reporting and ESG performance to provide
deeper insights and practical recommendations
Analisis Profesionalisme Pada Proyek Konstruksi Restoran X di Bali
Get PDFDengan berkembangnya zaman, pembangunan konstruksi menjadi tidak terhindarkan. Pembangunan konstruksi merupakan salah satu faktor peningkat infrastruktur negara. Saat ini, banyak kontraktor yang tidak bertanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Kontraktor lebih fokus pada cara mendapatkan keuntungan daripada mengutamakan hasil dan kualitas pekerjaan. Proyek konstruksi Restoran X di Bali menghadapi beberapa permasalahan, seperti perencanaan yang kurang matang dan sering terjadi perubahan desain yang mengakibatkan penundaan pekerjaan. Selain itu, absennya kontrak kerja dengan kontraktor pelaksana menyebabkan proyek tidak kunjung selesai, dan hasil pekerjaan sering tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Pengawasan yang kurang optimal dan kurangnya SOP yang memadai juga menjadi masalah. Karena kurangnya profesionalisme dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan konstruksi, proyek ini masih belum selesai hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini lebih menitikberatkan pada profesionalisme dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan konstruksi Restoran X di Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Sebanyak 140 responden dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, perceived usefulness terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang efektif dalam menjembatani pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap purchase intention

Such methodology is applied through training activities and/or group discussions. The goal is to help participants understand a topic, learn new skills, or find a joint solution to a problem. The community service workshop methodology consists of three main stages: 1) Planning, where the implementation team sets the design of the workshop; 2) Implementation, where the facilitators are involved in the materials delivery, discussion, and various interactive activities engagement; and 3) Evaluation and Follow-up. The learning materials and methods can improve participants understanding and applicability of tax and customs concepts

No full textAbstract: The unhealthy lifestyle behaviors of young adults, characterized by poor dietary habits and reluctance to consume fruits and vegetables, have contributed to various health problems, including skin-related issues that are a major concern among many young women. This study employed a qualitative approach, incorporating observation, in-depth interviews, and audience analysis, to design and implement an effective campaign strategy. This campaign introduced an innovative approach by communicating that consuming fruits and vegetables can also support women�s natural beauty. The campaign adopted the concept of edible skincare to reshape audience perceptions toward the consumption of fruits and vegetables. Its messages were delivered through a combination of digital and offline activations, supported by an initiative product as a practical medium. The findings demonstrate that the campaign successfully increased awareness and encouraged behavioral change, as young women showed a greater interest in consuming fruits and vegetables

Sebelum melaksanakan Pembangunan, diharapkan pemilik telah merencanakan mulai dari gambar desain hingga rencana anggaran biayanya. Namun sering kali perencanaan yang ada belum matang untuk dilaksanakan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan proyek konstruksi. Artikel ini akan menganalisis dari 2 lokasi proyek yang berbeda. Pengambilan data merupakan dari studi Pustaka dan observasi serta wawancara. Ada 7 faktor penyebab keterlambatan proyek yang dipakai di artikel ini dan sebanyak 23.8% menjawab faktor penyebab keterlambatan proyek ada pada perubahan desain selama proyek konstruksi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan faktor tersebut merupakan urutan pertama pada proyek di Margomulyo. Ada 5 faktor penyebab keterlambatan proyek yang diambil sebagai faktor dominan yang menyebabkan keterlambatan proyek pada tiap lokasi. Perencanaan desain awal yang matang dan penjadwalan proyek adalah 2 hal yang disarankan untuk dilaksanaka
Bridging Technology, Fairness, and Compliance: A Study on Coretax Adoption and Taxpayer Behavior in Indonesia
No full textThis study examines the impact of attitudes toward Coretax, the adoption of Coretax, isomorphic forces, and tax fairness on tax compliance in Indonesia. The research seeks to determine the reception of Indonesias new electronic tax system, Coretax, among taxpayers who have used it. A quantitative, cross-sectional approach was employed, with data collected through an online survey of 204 respondents involved in business operations. The results indicate a negative relationship between attitudes toward Coretax and tax compliance, contradicting prior research that typically found a positive relationship. However, the study shows that the adoption of Coretax, isomorphic forces, and perceptions of tax fairness are positively associated with tax compliance. These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers in designing electronic tax systems, emphasizing the importance of addressing system usability, social pressures, and fairness perceptions to improve tax compliance. This study is the first to simultaneously explore these variables in the context of Attitudes towards Core Tax and its adoption following its recent implementation in Indonesia. Limitations include the early phase of Coretax adoption, capturing primarily initial user perceptions rather than long-term effects. Future research could further explore the long-term impact of Coretax and expand the scope to include comparisons with previous systems
