Get PDFDampak Covid-19 terhadap ekonomi global telah terlihat pada awal tahun 2020. Sejak mewabahnya virus ini yang membuat sejumlah indikator turun tajam. Di Indonesia, pandemi Covid-19 ini sangat berdampak bagi kehidupan dan perekonomian domestik. Pemberlakuan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) memiliki dampak positif untuk mengurangi dan mencegah penyebaran virus corona di tengah masyarakat tetapi pemberlakuan PSBB juga memiliki dampak negatif yang dirasakan oleh hampir di seluruh elemen masyarakat terutama masyarakat berperekonomian kecil.
Salah satu sektor usaha yang ikut merasakan dampak Pandemi Covid-19 adalah pedagang angkringan di jalan Garuda kota Palangka Raya. Para pedagang sering mengeluh karena terbatasnya jam pembeli sehingga pendapatan mereka pun menurun. Adapun metode dalam penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pemulihan usaha yang dilakukan UMKM pasca pandemi Covid-19 diantaranya memperkuat sumber daya dalam segi pelayanan dan memperkuat sumber daya berupa sarana prasarana berbasis teknologi dalam segi penualan maupun produksi. Dengan strategi tersebut para UMKM mampu memulihkan usaha mereka dalam segi pendapatan walaupun belum pulih seutuhnya.
ABSTRACT
The impact of Covid-19 on the global economy has been seen in early 2020. Since the outbreak of this virus, a number of sharp indicators have been made. In Indonesia, the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted life and the domestic economy. The implementation of PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) has a positive impact on reducing and preventing the spread of the corona virus in the community, but the implementation of PSBB also has a negative impact that is felt by almost all elements of society, especially people with small economies.
One of the business sectors that have felt the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is the angkringan trader on Jalan Garuda, Palangka Raya city. Traders often complain that the limited hours of shoppers have caused their income to decline. The methodology of this research applies a qualitative descriptive approach. For data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques.
The results showed that the business recovery strategy carried out by UMKMs after the Covid-19 pandemic included strengthening resources in terms of services and strengthening resources in the form of technology-based infrastructure in terms of sales and production. With this strategy, UMKMs are able to restore their businesses in terms of income, although they have not fully recovered
