No full textПроцес розвиток витривалості у легкоатлетів супроводжується комплексними фізіологічними адаптаціями, що проявляються у вдосконаленні серцево-судинної та дихальної систем, підвищенні ефективності енергозабезпечення й загальної працездатності організму. Розвиток витривалості зумовлений анатомо-морфологічними передумовами, що зазнають якісних змін у процесі систематичного тренування. Провідне значення має морфофункціональна структура м’язових волокон та їх співвідношення. Формування фізіологічних механізмів витривалості супроводжується адаптивними змінами у серцево-судинній системі — збільшенням об’єму серця, розширенням судин і посиленням капіляризації м’язової тканини.
The process of endurance development in track and field athletes is accompanied by complex physiological adaptations, which manifest themselves in the improvement of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, increasing the efficiency of energy supply and the overall performance of the body. The development of endurance is due to anatomical and morphological prerequisites that undergo qualitative changes in the process of systematic training. The morphofunctional structure of muscle fibers and their ratio is of leading importance. The formation of physiological mechanisms of endurance is accompanied by adaptive changes in the cardiovascular system - an increase in heart volume, dilation of blood vessels and increased capillarization of muscle tissue

No full textУ статті розглянуто застосування спеціального обладнання та дидактичних матеріалів у корекційно-розвивальній роботі з особами із розладами аутистичного спектру. Виділено найважливі категорії обладнання. Важливою є візуальна підтримка – картки PECS, таблички типу «Спочатку – Потім», а також системи нагород (стікерні дошки), які дозволяють формувати мотивацію та підтримувати позитивну поведінку. Не менш значущими є ігрові сенсорні комплекси, такі як тематичні коробки («Весна», «Овочі», «Зоопарк»), які забезпечують не лише сенсорне наповнення, а й розвиток мовлення, мислення та уяви дитини. Зазначено, що поєднання корекційних технологій дозволяє не лише компенсувати окремі соціо-адаптаційні освітні труднощі у дітей з РАС, а й закласти основу для розкриття їх потенціалу в освітньому просторі. Перспективи подальших досліджень вбачаються в поглибленому вивченні індивідуальних сенсорних профілів та виведенні алгоритмів оптимального добору обладнання для різних вікових категорій та форм освітнього процесу.
The article considers the use of special equipment and didactic materials in correctional and developmental work with persons with autism spectrum disorders. The most important categories of equipment are highlighted. Visual support is important – PECS cards, signs like "First – Then", as well as reward systems (sticker boards), which allow you to form motivation and maintain positive behavior. No less important are gaming sensory complexes, such as thematic boxes ("Spring", "Vegetables", "Zoo"), which provide not only sensory content, but also the development of the child's speech, thinking and imagination. It is noted that the combination of corrective technologies allows not only to compensate for individual socio-adaptive educational difficulties in children with ASD, but also to lay the foundation for revealing their potential in the educational space. Prospects for further research are seen in the in-depth study of individual sensory profiles and the development of algorithms for the optimal selection of equipment for different age categories and forms of the educational process

No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of classical choreography exercises on the development of coordination abilities in gymnasts of the initial training stage. The integration of classical choreography into the training of beginner-level gymnasts is an effective methodological approach for developing coordination skills. It enhances motor control, balance, and rhythm, while also promoting psychological engagement and movement awareness. Systematic use of choreographic exercises provides a solid foundation for further technical and athletic development, making it an essential component of comprehensive gymnastic preparation.
Метою даного дослідження є аналіз впливу вправ класичної хореографії на розвиток координаційних здібностей у гімнастів початкового рівня підготовки. Включення класичної хореографії в тренування гімнастів початкового рівня є ефективним методологічним підходом до розвитку координаційних навичок. Воно покращує моторний контроль, рівновагу та ритм, а також сприяє психологічній залученості та усвідомленню рухів. Систематичне використання хореографічних вправ забезпечує міцну основу для подальшого технічного та спортивного розвитку, що робить їх невід'ємною складовою комплексної гімнастичної підготовки
