MODERN APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF MANAGERIAL CULTURE OF FUTURE MASTERS IN ECONOMICS

Менеджерська культура магістра економічного профілю – це інтегрований результат професійного, особистісного й соціального розвитку майбутнього управлінця, що поєднує знання, управлінські навички, лідерські якості, цінності й етичні установки. Розглянуто ключові підходи до формування менеджерської культури майбутніх магістрів з економіки, які використовують сьогодні в педагогічній практиці вищої школи. Зазначено, що формування менеджерської культури майбутніх магістрів з економіки є складним, багатоаспектним процесом, що потребує сучасних наукових підходів, які уможливлюють підготовку не лише кваліфікованого економіста, а й формування особистості лідера з розвиненою управлінською культурою, здатного ефективно діяти в складних економічних умовах, застосовувати теоретичні знання в практичній діяльності.
The article examines the formation of the managerial culture of masters who are studying in the economic profile. The managerial culture of a master's degree in economics is an integrated result of the professional, personal and social development of a future manager, combining knowledge, management skills, leadership qualities, values and ethical attitudes. The key approaches to the formation of the managerial culture of future masters in economics, which are used today in the pedagogical practice of higher education, are considered. It is noted that the formation of the managerial culture of future masters in economics is a complex, multifaceted process that requires modern scientific approaches that make it possible to train not only a qualified economist, but also to form the personality of a leader with a developed managerial culture, able to act effectively in difficult economic conditions, and apply theoretical knowledge in practical activities

The article analyses the losses of the recreational and tourist potential of the Kharkiv region since 2022 as a result of hostilities. The main focus is on the destruction of natural areas, destruction of tourist infrastructure and cultural and historical heritage. The author considers the environmental, socio-economic consequences and prospects for the recovery of the tourism sector after the war. The conclusion is made about the need for comprehensive measures for demining, reconstruction and investment attraction to revive the region's recreational industry

Популярна лексика, яка з’являється в онлайн-мережах, демонструє перспективи та можливості, що виникають у користувачів завдяки розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Це, у свою чергу, зумовлює те, що лексичні одиниці, які використовують в Інтернеті, заносять до словників, зокрема, їх реєструють у словнику Oxford English Dictionary. Зазначено, що Інтернет перебуває у швидкому та невпинному розвитку, що сприяє інноваційному розвитку і збагаченню мови новими лексичними одиницями. Спілкування у віртуальному відрізняється від спілкування в реальному світі, зокрема зумовлює бажання висловитися лаконічно. Вживання слів, що виникли в соціальних мережах, поширюються за їхні межі, що, у свою чергу, сприяє розвитку мови.
The article discusses the influence of social networks on the development of the English language. Popular vocabulary that appears in online networks demonstrates the prospects and opportunities that arise for users due to the development of information and communication technologies. This, in turn, causes the lexical units used on the Internet to be entered into dictionaries, in particular, they are registered in the Oxford English Dictionary. It is noted that the Internet is in rapid and continuous development, which contributes to innovative development and enrichment of the language with new lexical units. Communication in the virtual world differs from communication in the real world, in particular, it causes the desire to express oneself concisely. The use of words that originated on social networks spreads beyond their borders, which, in turn, contributes to the development of language

Empathy and its development in creativity centers

Важливим аспектом, що сприяють розвитку емпатії в таких центрах, є групова діяльність та колективна творчість. Спільна діяльність підлітків у групах створює умови для розвитку комунікативних навичок і взаєморозуміння.
The authors explore the concepts of “emotional intelligence” and “empathy.” They identify types of empathy, its components, and the main phases of empathy. The role of children's and youth creativity centers in the development of empathy in adolescents is analyzed. An important aspect that contributes to the development of empathy in such centers is group activities and collective creativity. Joint activities of adolescents in groups create conditions for the development of communication skills and mutual understanding

The article examines the archetype of social and legal disciplines as a basis for the formation of specialists in the humanities. H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University is one of the leading institutions in the successful organisational, content and methodological support of the professional growth of higher education students, their social and legal awareness, and the level of active life and civic position. The basic concepts of legal support of the educational process, dissemination of the ideas of legality, democracy and the rule of law at the systemic level are mastered by students while studying the mandatory components of educational programmes implemented at the university. Analysis of effective methods for improving language skills
No full textУ сучасному світі важливим є володіння не лише рідною мовою, а й іноземними. Такі знання уможливлюють кар’єрне зростання, безперервний розвиток особистостей. Більшість стикається з проблемами під час засвоєння іншомовної лексики, особливо зараз, коли навчання в Україні здебільшого дистанційне. Одним із найпоширеніших прийомів з навчання державній та іноземним мовам є комунікативний. Він допомагає розвитку навичок спілкування здобувачів у реальних життєвих ситуаціях. Мета дослідження полягає в оцінці різних методик навчання української та іноземних мов учнів та студентів, наданні практичних рекомендацій для педагогів-філологів, а також встановленні ключових факторів впливу на успішність здобувачів. Методи: пошук, аналіз наукової літератури; порівняння; систематизація; узагальнення. Результати наукової розвідки полягають в окреслені освітніх особливостей в умовах війни в Україні, розкритті переваг і недоліків дистанційного навчання (не прив’язаність до місця отримання знань, анонімність результатів, зручність у поєднанні з роботою, індивідуальні траєкторії з засвоєння дисциплін / технічні проблеми, перевантаження учасників освітнього процесу, академічна недоброчесність, складнощі самодисципліни здобувачів). Удалось висвітлити найпоширеніші труднощі, що виникають під час засвоєння іншомовної лексики учнями і студентами (невмотивованість, неправильність вимови, замала кількість розмовної практики, застарілі методи навчання) та відповідні способи їх уникнення. Ґрунтовно проаналізовані найбільш ефективні (традиційні та інтерактивні) методи навчання української та іноземних мов здобувачів різних рівнів підготовки. Звернуто увагу на найрезультативніші форми самостійної роботи на мовних заняттях із учнями мовного та немовного профілю та студентами філологічних й інших спеціальностей (тестування; написання есе, творів, тез, рефератів; створення мультимедійних проєктів). Лаконічно подані головні загальноєвропейські тенденції з викладання іноземних мов (модульно-кредитна система; критерії оцінювання; індивідуальний підбір завдань, навчально-методичної літератури; мобільність студентів). Зазначено можливості штучного інтелекту, деяких інтерактивних платформ для засвоєння мов offline / online здобувачами (Google Classroom, Moodle, BBC Learning English, Livemocha, Callan Method, Lang-g). Відмічено вагому роль самоосвіти для учнів та студентів із метою кращого запам’ятовування ними іншомовної лексики та покращення їх здібностей до тривалих мовних комунікацій. Висновки, що отримані в результаті нашого дослідження, засвідчують важливість осучаснення методик викладання, збільшення розмовної практики в поєднання з використанням цифрових технологій педагогами-філологами задля покращення комунікативних навичок здобувачів освіти.
In the modern world, it is important to master not only the native language, but also foreign languages. Such knowledge enables career growth, continuous development of personalities. Most people face problems when learning foreign language vocabulary, especially now, when education in Ukraine is mostly distance learning. One of the most common methods of teaching the state and foreign languages is communicative. It helps develop communication skills of students in real life situations. The purpose of the study is to evaluate different methods of teaching Ukrainian and foreign languages to pupils / students, to provide practical recommendations for philological teachers, and to identify key factors influencing the success of students. Methods: search, analysis of scientific literature; comparison; systematization; generalization. The research findings consist in outlining educational features in the conditions of war in Ukraine, revealing the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning (not being tied to the place of obtaining knowledge, anonymity of results, convenience in combination with work, individual trajectories of mastering disciplines / technical problems, overloading of participants in the educational process, academic dishonesty, difficulties in selfdiscipline of applicants). It was possible to highlight the most common difficulties that arise during the assimilation of foreign language vocabulary by pupils / students (lack of motivation, incorrect pronunciation, insufficient amount of conversational practice, outdated teaching methods) and appropriate ways to avoid them. The most effective (traditional and interactive) methods of teaching Ukrainian and foreign languages to applicants of different levels of training were thoroughly analyzed. Attention is drawn to the most effective forms of independent work in language classes with students of linguistic and non-linguistic profiles and students of philological and other specialties (testing; writing essays, works, theses, abstracts; creating multimedia projects). The main pan-European trends in teaching foreign languages are laconically presented (modular-credit system; assessment criteria; individual selection of tasks, educational and methodological literature; student mobility). The possibilities of artificial intelligence, some interactive platforms for learning languages offline / online by applicants (Google Classroom, Moodle, BBC Learning English, Livemocha, Callan Method, Lang-g) are noted. The significant role of self-education for students is noted in order to better memorize foreign language vocabulary and improve their abilities for long-term language communication. The conclusions obtained as a result of our study demonstrate the importance of modernizing teaching methods, increasing conversational practice in combination with the use of digital technologies, by philologists in order to improve the communicative skills of students
Psychological assistance to families raising children with intellectual disabilities

В процесі емпіричного дослідження визначено психологічні особливості функціонування сімей, що виховують дітей з порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку, а також особливостей батьківського ставлення до дітей із порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку та їх сіблінгів із нормативним розвитком. Представлено програму психологічного супроводу сімей, що мають дітей із порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку, визначено її ефективність щодо гармонізації функціонування сімейної системи на рівні шлюбної й батьківської підсистем.
The paper presents the results of a study aimed at determining the psychological characteristics of families raising children with intellectual disabilities and the means of their psychological support. In the process of empirical research, the psychological features of the functioning of families raising children with intellectual disabilities, as well as the features of parental attitude to children with intellectual disabilities and their siblings with normative development, have been determined. The program of psychological support for families with children with intellectual disabilities is presented, its effectiveness in harmonizing the functioning of the family system at the level of marriage and parental subsystems is determined
