INTEGRITY IN PUBLIC SPACE: FROM AN ETHICAL ENDEAVOUR TO A CIVIC BENCHMARK
No full textУ публікації досліджено історію академічної доброчесності у публічному просторі. Зазначено, що еволюція уявлень про доброчесність від античної етики вправляння у чеснотах, середньовічної “презумпції гріховності” та протестантської самодисципліни до кантіанської автономії й просвітницької віри у внутрішній моральний потенціал кожної людини сформувала сучасну культурну установку, за якої доброчесність сприймається як первинно дана, а не як результат наполегливої праці над собою. У ХХ–ХХІ століттях ця установка підкріплена інституційними механізмами: верховенством права, правами людини, демократичними процедурами, академічними стандартами й культурою довіри. Академічна доброчесність може бути живим етичним проєктом лише там, де зовнішні норми підсилюють внутрішнє прагнення, а не замінюють його. Між декларацією і дійсністю, між правом і етикою зберігається простір, у якому формується відповідальна особистість, і саме цей простір потребує нашої уваги, практики та рефлексії.
The publication explores the history of academic integrity in the public space. It is noted that the evolution of ideas about integrity from the ancient ethics of practicing virtues, the medieval “presumption of sinfulness” and Protestant self-discipline to Kantian autonomy and the Enlightenment belief in the inner moral potential of each person has formed a modern cultural attitude, in which integrity is perceived as initially given, and not as the result of persistent work on oneself. In the 20th–21st centuries, this attitude is supported by institutional mechanisms: the rule of law, human rights, democratic procedures, academic standards and a culture of trust. Academic integrity can be a living ethical project only where external norms reinforce the inner aspiration, rather than replacing it. Between declaration and reality, between law and ethics, there is a space in which a responsible personality is formed, and it is this space that requires our attention, practice, and reflection

У сучасному освітньому середовищі культура комунікації має охоплювати стиль взаємодії між усіма учасниками освітнього процесу – керівниками, науково-педагогічними працівниками, здобувачами освіти, технічним персоналом, стейкхолдерами, зовнішніми партнерами. Управлінський підхід до формування культури комунікації передбачає цілеспрямоване планування, координування та контролювання комунікативних процесів у межах освітньої установи задля створення сприятливого мікроклімату та підвищення якості освіти. Зауважено, що формування культури комунікації в закладі освіти з управлінського погляду є не лише процесом удосконалення мовних чи поведінкових форм, а стратегічним напрямом, що впливає на якість освіти, професійний розвиток науково-педагогічних працівників, успішність здобувачів освіти і репутацію установи загалом. Компетентне управління комунікаційними процесами забезпечує гармонійне функціонування всіх структурних компонентів освітнього середовища та сприяє створенню ефективної, відкритої і демократичної екосистеми ЗВО.
The article considers the formation of a communication culture in an educational institution. In the modern educational environment, the culture of communication should encompass the style of interaction between all participants in the educational process - managers, scientific and pedagogical workers, students, technical personnel, stakeholders, external partners. The managerial approach to the formation of a communication culture involves purposeful planning, coordination and control of communication processes within the educational institution in order to create a favorable microclimate and improve the quality of education. It is noted that the formation of a culture of communication in an educational institution from a managerial point of view is not only a process of improving linguistic or behavioral forms, but a strategic direction that affects the quality of education, the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers, the success of students and the reputation of the institution as a whole. Competent management of communication processes ensures the harmonious functioning of all structural components of the educational environment and contributes to the creation of an effective, open and democratic ecosystem of higher education

За результатами комплексного аналізу розроблено цільовий проєкт з удосконалення управління якістю освітньої діяльності, здійснено його експертне оцінювання, запропоновано розрахунок бюджету та методичні рекомендації з реалізації в практику роботи закладу освіти.
The study characterises the main mechanisms of quality management in education and educational activities in general secondary education institutions and defines the role of the headteacher in managing the quality of educational activities. Based on the results of a comprehensive analysis, a target project for improving the management of the quality of educational activities was developed, its expert evaluation was carried out, and a budget calculation and methodological recommendations for implementation in the practice of the educational institution were proposed

No full textУ статті здійснено комплексний аналіз взаємодії Робітничої партії Курдистану з турецькою політичною системою в контексті сучасних трансформацій у Туреччині. Дослідження сприятиме глибшому розумінню механізмів політичного впливу РПК на формування внутрішньої політики, зокрема в аспектах прав національних меншин, безпеки та зовнішньої політики. Однією з ключових новацій є розгляд ролі РПК не лише як організації, що бореться за права курдів, а й як чинника, який формує політичні стратегії Туреччини, впливає на діяльність політичних партій та урядів, а також визначає міжнародні відносини Туреччини, зокрема з країнами Близького Сходу. Дослідження також аналізує зміну стратегії РПК після 2010-х років, коли організація почала робити ставку на політичний та дипломатичний тиск, а не лише на військові методи.
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the interaction between the Kurdistan Workers' Party and the Turkish political system in the context of contemporary transformations in Turkey. The study will contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of the PKK's political influence on the formation of domestic policy, particularly in the areas of national minority rights, security, and foreign policy. One of the key innovations is the consideration of the PKK's role not only as an organization fighting for the rights of Kurds, but also as a factor that shapes Turkey's political strategies, influences the activities of political parties and governments, and determines Turkey's international relations, particularly with the countries of the Middle East. The study also analyzes the PKK's change in strategy after the 2010s, when the organization began to rely on political and diplomatic pressure rather than military methods alone

Академічна доброчесність охоплює такі аспекти, як уникнення плагіату, фальсифікації, фабрикації результатів досліджень, несанкціонованого використання чужих ідей без посилання, а також недопущення хабарництва й маніпуляцій в освітньому процесі. У процесі цифровізації освіти інформаційний контроль виступає ключовим інструментом для ефективного забезпечення академічної доброчесності. Технологічні інструменти не лише дозволяють оперативно виявляти порушення, а й формують нову культуру відповідального академічного письма.
The publication explores the issue of maintaining academic integrity. The essence of academic integrity lies not only in avoiding plagiarism or falsification of results, but also in forming a culture of responsible attitude to education, scientific research and professional ethics. Academic integrity covers such aspects as avoiding plagiarism, falsification, fabrication of research results, unauthorized use of other people's ideas without reference, as well as preventing bribery and manipulation in the educational process. In the process of digitalization of education, information control is a key tool for effectively ensuring academic integrity. Technological tools not only allow for the prompt detection of violations, but also form a new culture of responsible academic writing

У сучасних наукових дослідженнях гастрономія інтегрується в міждисциплінарні програми та проєкти, що сприяє філософському осмисленню визначення концептуальних зв’язків між культурою харчування, соціокультурними контекстами, глобалізаційними процесами. Культурні смисли споживання їжі розширюють розуміння системи норм і правил, що регулюють взаємовідносини між особистістю та гастрономією. Застосування міждисциплінарного підходу до вивчення гастрономічної культури в Україні допомагає зберегти культурну спадщину, сприяє формуванню іміджу нації та створює можливості для інтеграції гастрономічних традицій у сучасний європейський простір.
The article examines gastronomic culture within the framework of an interdisciplinary approach. Gastronomic culture is a multidimensional phenomenon, the structure and components of which combine the cultural meanings of food consumption processes, culinary culture, value orientations and symbolic meanings. In modern scientific research, gastronomy is integrated into interdisciplinary programs and projects, which contributes to the philosophical understanding of the definition of conceptual connections between food culture, socio-cultural contexts, and globalization processes. Cultural meanings of food consumption expand the understanding of the system of norms and rules that regulate the relationship between the individual and gastronomy. Applying an interdisciplinary approach to the study of gastronomic culture in Ukraine helps preserve cultural heritage, contributes to the formation of the nation's image, and creates opportunities for the integration of gastronomic traditions into the modern European space

The article examines the phenomenon of deepfakes in the film industry as a result of the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technologies. The article analyses potential threats to the authenticity of acting, copyright compliance and viewer trust, and outlines the prospects for creative use of deepfake tools to restore film heritage and optimise production processes. The material is based on an interdisciplinary review of scientific, legal and applied sources, as well as a scenario analysis of the risks and opportunities of the technology
