Patriotic education of the younger generation is one of the key tasks of the education system, especially in the conditions of modern society, where issues of national identity and civic consciousness are gaining special significance. The formation of patriotism is the basis for the education of an active citizen capable of contributing to the development of a democratic society. One of the effective means of such education is military-applied physical training, which contributes to the development of not only physical, but also moral qualities, such as devotion to the Motherland, responsibility, discipline and teamwork

Наголошується на важливості продуманої інтеграції цифрових інструментів для формування цілісного естетичного досвіду, культурної довіри та критичного ставлення до мистецтва.
The article examines the pedagogical possibilities of digital technologies in the development of aesthetic perception, which is understood as a multifaceted experience of human interaction with beauty. It analyzes how digital media increase aesthetic literacy by introducing users to various artistic forms and stimulating critical thinking. The role of specific technologies, such as artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, in the modernization of aesthetic education and the creation of an immersive experience is substantiated. The transformation of the educational process through online platforms, multimedia resources and interactive teaching methods is investigated. The importance of thoughtful integration of digital tools is emphasized for the formation of a holistic aesthetic experience, cultural trust and critical attitude towards art

Програма курсу та зміст сучасних підручників з «Я досліджую світ» передбачають проведення експериментів, дослідів і творчих завдань, які дають змогу учням безпосередньо взаємодіяти з природними об’єктами, глибше пізнавати навколишній світ і розвивати емпатію та дбайливе ставлення до природи. Участь здобувачів освіти у розв’язанні реальних екологічних проблем у межах проєктної діяльності розвиває екологічну свідомість, відповідальне ставлення до природи та активну громадянську позицію. Така діяльність мотивує дітей дбайливо ставитися до навколишнього середовища, а також дає змогу краще зрозуміти значення сталого використання природних ресурсів.
The theses examine the issue of educating emotional and value-based attitudes towards nature in junior schoolchildren. The course program and the content of modern textbooks on "I explore the world" provide for experiments, research and creative tasks that allow students to directly interact with natural objects, learn more about the world around them and develop empathy and a caring attitude towards nature. The participation of students in solving real environmental problems within the framework of project activities develops environmental awareness, a responsible attitude towards nature and an active civic position. Such activities motivate children to be environmentally friendly and also help them better understand the importance of sustainable use of natural resources
SOCIAL GUARANTEES FOR EMPLOYEES AND GIG SPECIALISTS IN DIGITAL CITY: A NEW STANDARD OR DISCRIMINATION?

Положення статті 22 Закону передбачають, що гіг-спеціалістам гарантоване страхування у зв’язку з тимчасовою втратою працездатності та допомога по тимчасовій непрацездатності, що надається відповідно до Закону України «Про загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування». Зауважено, що гіг-спеціалісти та працівники резидента Дія Сіті повинні мати право на виплату допомоги по тимчасовій непрацездатності на загальних підставах. Якщо соціальні виплати призводять до нерівного ставлення між різними групами працівників, наприклад, гіг-спеціалісти та працівники резидента Дія Сіті отримують кращі гарантії, ніж звичайні працівники, це може стати підставою для аналізу щодо дискримінації у сфері рівної оплати.
The article examines social guarantees for employees and gig specialists in Diya City. The provisions of Article 22 of the Law provide that gig specialists are guaranteed insurance in connection with temporary loss of working capacity and temporary disability benefits, which are provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Compulsory State Social Insurance". It is noted that gig specialists and resident employees of Diya City should have the right to payment of temporary disability benefits on general grounds. If social benefits lead to unequal treatment between different groups of workers, for example, gig workers and resident workers in the City of Diya receive better guarantees than regular workers, this may be grounds for an analysis of discrimination in the area of equal pay
Awareness of modern female first-year students of the Faculty of Education in children's periodicals
No full textУ тезах досліджено обізнаність майбутніх учителів початкових класів у дитячій періодиці. У січні 2025 року було проведено он-лайн опитування 18 студенток факультету початкового навчання ХНПУ імені Г. С. Сковороди за допомогою 14 запитань закритого та відкритого типу. Проведене дослідження показало, що хоча 90% опитаних декларують про необхідність дитячої періодики для учнів початкових класів, самі обізнані недостатньо, досвід власного використання дитячої преси для навчання та відпочинку замалий, щоб ефективно залучити наступні покоління маленьких читачів до читання.
The thesis investigates the awareness of future primary school teachers in children's periodicals. In January 2025, an online survey was conducted among 18 students of the Faculty of Primary Education of H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University using 14 closed and open-ended questions. The study showed that although 90% of the respondents declare the need for children's periodicals for primary school students, they themselves are not sufficiently aware, and their own experience of using the children's press for study and leisure is not enough to effectively engage the next generations of young readers in reading

Зазначено, що інтеграція штучного інтелекту в розвідку корисних копалин, геопросторову аналітику та оптимізацію видобутку змінює галузь, сприяючи інноваціям і сталому розвитку. Хоча проблеми залишаються, траєкторія розвитку штучного інтелекту в гірничій справі підкреслює його потенціал для революції в управлінні ресурсами та геологічній розвідці. Синергія між штучним інтелектом і сталим видобутком корисних копалин матиме ключове значення для збалансування економічних інтересів із захистом навколишнього середовища, забезпечуючи стійку та технологічно прогресивну видобувну промисловість.
The article examines the use of artificial intelligence in mining with an emphasis on its impact in different regions, its role in geological research and mineral exploration. The application of artificial intelligence differs in different geographical regions due to differences in geological conditions, infrastructure and regulatory environment. It is noted that the integration of artificial intelligence into mineral exploration, geospatial analytics and mining optimization is changing the industry, contributing to innovation and sustainable development. While challenges remain, the trajectory of AI in mining highlights its potential to revolutionize resource management and exploration. The synergy between AI and sustainable mining will be key to balancing economic interests with environmental protection, ensuring a sustainable and technologically advanced mining industry

Розвиток культури, поява її нових форм, трансформації суспільної і індивідуальної свідомості, нові ролі особистості у політичному і громадянському житті впливали і змінювали уявлення про творчість, роль і місце митця у бутті людства. Еволюція категорії «митець» демонструє рух від ремісничого володіння технікою до глибокого філософського осмислення творчості як форми духовного буття. Зміст поняття «митець» поступово наповнюється індивідуально-ціннісними, світоглядними та культурно-комунікативними смислами, що визначають його сучасну багатовимірність.
The publication analyzes the category of "artist" as a phenomenon that combines personal, cultural and civilizational dimensions. In the philosophical and art-historical discourse, the category of "artist" has always been and is a key concept and has a complex history of development and filling with new meanings that corresponded to specific historical eras. The development of culture, the emergence of its new forms, transformations of social and individual consciousness, new roles of the individual in political and civil life influenced and changed the idea of creativity, the role and place of the artist in the existence of humanity. The evolution of the category of "artist" demonstrates the movement from artisanal mastery of technique to a deep philosophical understanding of creativity as a form of spiritual existence. The content of the concept of "artist" is gradually filled with individual-value, worldview and cultural-communicative meanings that determine its modern multidimensionality

Духовна зрілість під час пандемії коронавірусу змогла побороти байдужість, пасивність, зневіру людей у власні можливості щодо захисту себе у ситуації екзистенційного вибору – боротися за життя, ментальне та фізичне здоров’я, загальне благо, полікультурність, міжособистісній діалог, зменшення руйнівних емоцій, тривоги. Зауважено, що під час пандемічних загроз новою валютою стали духовність та моральні цінності, філософія життєтворчості і життя, чесність, відданість, гідність, гуманізм, світовий культурний простір, раціональне самообмеження, надійність як особистісна, так і суспільна, життєвий сенс, здоровий глузд.
The article examines spiritual maturity during the coronavirus pandemic, which manifested itself in opposition to the pandemic, aggression, depressive states, apathy, sometimes total distrust of official authorities, medicine, etc. Spiritual maturity during the coronavirus pandemic was able to overcome indifference, passivity, and people's disbelief in their own abilities to protect themselves in a situation of existential choice - to fight for life, mental and physical health, the common good, multiculturalism, interpersonal dialogue, reduction of destructive emotions, anxiety. It has been noted that during the pandemic threats, spirituality and moral values, the philosophy of life and life, honesty, devotion, dignity, humanism, the world cultural space, rational self-restraint, reliability, both personal and social, the meaning of life, and common sense have become the new currency
