SPECIFICS OF MANAGERIAL CULTURE IN THE ECONOMIC SPHERE

У педагогічній науці її зазвичай розглядають як засіб і форму творчої самореалізації керівника в процесі здійснення різних видів управлінської діяльності, спрямованої на засвоєння, передавання й формування управлінських цінностей і технологій. Менеджерська культура передбачає постійне вдосконалення управлінських навичок, здатність до саморефлексії та навчання. Урахування специфіки менеджерської культури фахівця економічної сфери сприятиме успішності його професійної діяльності.
The publication examines managerial culture in the economic sphere. In pedagogical science, it is usually considered as a means and form of creative self-realization of the manager in the process of implementing various types of managerial activities aimed at the assimilation, transfer and formation of managerial values and technologies. Managerial culture involves constant improvement of managerial skills, the ability to self-reflect and learn. Taking into account the specifics of the managerial culture of a specialist in the economic sphere will contribute to the success of his professional activity

No full textThis research investigates the rhetorical strategies employed by contemporary populist leaders and examines their role in political success or failure. While most studies on populism have focused on its ideological roots and implications for democracy within political science, this work highlights the linguistic dimension. It argues that rhetorical tools significantly contribute to the appeal and effectiveness of populist discourse, especially in a highly mediatised environment. Existing literature, including works by C. Mudde, K. Roberts, and B. Moffitt, has laid the groundwork for understanding the proliferation of populism. This study conducts a qualitative linguistic analysis of speeches, interviews, and media materials from prominent populist figures such as Donald Trump, Nigel Farage, Boris Johnson, Pauline Hanson, and Sarah Palin. The research employs general analytical methods and linguistic approaches to identify patterns in rhetorical strategies and their media amplification. Findings suggest that populist rhetoric is particularly suited to modern media platforms, which amplify emotionally charged, simplistic, and divisive messaging. These results can be applied in educational contexts to foster civic literacy through critical media analysis.
Дослідження присвячене аналізу риторичних стратегій, що використовуються сучасними популістськими лідерами, та вивченню їхньої ролі в політичному успіху або невдачі. У той час як більшість досліджень популізму зосереджуються на його ідеологічних коренях і впливі на демократію в межах політичної науки, ця робота акцентує увагу на лінгвістичному вимірі. У ній стверджується, що риторичні інструменти суттєво сприяють привабливості та ефективності популістського дискурсу, особливо в умовах високої медіатизації. Існуюча література, зокрема праці К. Мада, К. Робертса та Б. Моффітта, заклали підґрунтя для розуміння специфіки поширення популізму. У дослідженні проведено якісний лінгвістичний аналіз промов, інтерв’ю та медіа-матеріалів видатних популістських фігур, таких як Дональд Трамп, Найджел Фарадж, Борис Джонсон, Поліна Хансон і Сара Пейлін. Застосовано загальні аналітичні методи та лінгвістичні підходи з метою виявлення закономірностей у риторичних стратегіях та їх медійному підсиленні. Результати свідчать про те, що популістська риторика дуже добре пристосована до сучасних медіа-платформ, які підсилюють емоційно насичені, спрощені та поляризуючі меседжі. Отримані висновки можуть бути використані в освітньому контексті для розвитку громадянської медіаграмотності через критичний аналіз медіа
Nature as a Component of National Identity in Alai's Literary Works
No full textУ цій статті досліджено роль природи у формуванні національної ідентичності в літературних творах Алая крізь призму екоцентризму та етики піклування. Наративи Алая представляють природу не просто як тло, а як активного агента у формуванні культурної ідентичності, колективної пам'яті та знань корінних народів. Його роботи кидають виклик антропоцентричним і колоніальним перспективам, підкреслюючи глибокий взаємозв'язок між людьми та їхнім довкіллям. Через детальні зображення ландшафтів, флори і фауни Алай зображує природу як сховище історичної тяглості та національної свідомості, що протистоїть силам модернізації та експлуатації довкілля, нав'язаним колоніальною та постколоніальною ідеологіями. У дослідженні критично проаналізовано, як Алай інтегрує традиційну екологічну мудрість у свою оповідь, використовуючи природні образи для руйнування бінарних опозицій, таких як цивілізація проти дикої природи або людське проти нелюдського. Крім того, дослідження висвітлює етичний вимір Алайового зображення природи, проводячи зв'язок із феміністичною екологічною думкою та постколоніальною теорією. Відкидаючи ієрархічні структури влади та пропагуючи модель співіснування, роботи Алая пропонують альтернативне бачення національної ідентичності, що ґрунтується на гармонії, сталості та повазі до світу природи. Ця перспектива кидає виклик домінуючим дискурсам розвитку та підкреслює роль літератури у переосмисленні більш інклюзивних та екологічно свідомих ідентичностей.
This paper explores nature's role in forming national identity in Alai’s literary works through the lens of eco-centrism and the ethics of care. Alai’s narratives present nature not merely as a backdrop but as an active agent in shaping cultural identity, collective memory, and indigenous knowledge. His works challenge anthropocentric and colonial perspectives by emphasizing the deep interconnection between people and their environment. Through detailed depictions of landscapes, flora, and fauna, Alai portrays nature as a repository of historical continuity and national consciousness, resisting the forces of modernization and environmental exploitation imposed by colonial and postcolonial ideologies. The study critically examines how Alai integrates traditional ecological wisdom into his storytelling, using natural imagery to dismantle binary oppositions such as civilization versus wilderness or human versus non-human. Furthermore, the research highlights the ethical dimension of Alai’s portrayal of nature, drawing connections to feminist ecological thought and postcolonial theory. By rejecting hierarchical power structures and advocating for a model of coexistence, Alai’s works offer an alternative vision of national identity—one rooted in harmony, sustainability, and respect for the natural world. This perspective challenges dominant discourses of development and highlights the role of literature in reimagining more inclusive and ecologically conscious identities

No full textУ статті досліджено лексичні засоби номінації міміки англійською мовою. Міміка, тобто рух м’язів обличчя, є провідним компонентом невербальної комунікації. Переважна більшість мімічних рухів є універсальним засобом прояву емоційних станів, проте наявні певні відмінності, зумовлені анатомічними, віковими і гендерними особливостями, характером індивіда та національно-культурними факторами, що унормовують зовнішній прояв емоцій. Саме тому існують національні словники міміки і жестів, які дозволяють більш точно «считувати» вирази обличчя, що передають конкретні емоції людини або її намагання приховати власну емоційну реакцію.
The article examines the lexical means of nominating facial expressions in English. Facial expressions, that is, the movement of facial muscles, are a leading component of non-verbal communication. The vast majority of facial expressions are a universal means of expressing emotional states, but there are certain differences due to anatomical, age and gender characteristics, the character of the individual and national and cultural factors that regulate the external manifestation of emotions. That is why there are national dictionaries of facial expressions and gestures that allow you to more accurately "read" facial expressions that convey specific emotions of a person or his attempts to hide his own emotional reaction

Від того, наскільки успішно дитина володіє цією навичкою, залежить її подальший успіх у навчанні. Зазначено, що основними труднощами в опануванні техніки читання є низька мотивація, недостатній рівень мовленнєвого розвитку, індивідуальні психофізіологічні особливості дітей. Ефективне подолання цих проблем можливе за умови впровадження сучасних методик навчання читанню, орієнтованих на особистість дитини, індивідуалізацію підходів, розвиток мовленнєвих і когнітивних здібностей.
The publication examines the formation of reading technique in primary grades, which is the most important task of primary education. The child's further success in learning depends on how successfully he or she masters this skill. It is noted that the main difficulties in mastering reading technique are low motivation, insufficient level of speech development, individual psychophysiological characteristics of children. Effective overcoming of these problems is possible provided that modern methods of teaching reading are introduced, focused on the child's personality, individualization of approaches, development of speech and cognitive abilities

This article explores the role of the ethics of care in foreign language teaching as a key factor in creating a supportive educational environment. An approach based on empathy, mutual respect, and support helps reduce language anxiety, increase motivation, and enhance language acquisition. The author examines how the ethics of care contributes to developing intercultural competence, fostering social skills, and critical reflection on cultural differences. Special attention is given to the psychological aspects of learning, particularly the impact of emotional comfort on students’ ability to perceive and use a foreign language. Teachers who apply the ethics of care consider students’ needs, adapting teaching methods to ensure maximum engagement for every learner. The article highlights the importance of integrating ethical approaches into pedagogical practice, which not only facilitates effective language proficiency but also cultivates tolerant and open-minded individuals prepared for intercultural interactions. In the context of globalization and the growing significance of intercultural communication, the ethics of care play a strategic role in language education
