DIGITAL CULTURE AND THE IDENTITY CRISIS
No full textУ публікації проаналізовано цифрову культуру, яка вже зараз є базою світової культури сьогодення, складовою усіх суспільних процесів, що вказує на докорінні зміни власне у розумінні самого феномену культури. З’являються нові форми інформаційно-віртуального культурного середовища: електронна музика, техно-музика, цифрові інсталяції, лазерні шоу, цифрове мистецтво, віртуальні музеї, театри, літературний кіберпанк і тому подібне. Зазначено, що цифрова епоха надала безліч можливостей для самовираження, що потребує постійно змінювати стиль свого «Я», стиль комунікацій, постійно прагнути відповідати очікуванням аудиторії. Головним стає гармонійне поєднання автентичного і цифрового «Я», не загубити серед нових «версій» себе в хмарному просторі.
The publication analyzes digital culture, which is already the basis of today's world culture, a component of all social processes, which indicates fundamental changes in the understanding of the phenomenon of culture itself. New forms of information and virtual cultural environment are emerging: electronic music, techno-music, digital installations, laser shows, digital art, virtual museums, theaters, literary cyberpunk, and the like. It is noted that the digital age has provided many opportunities for self-expression, which requires constantly changing the style of one's "I", the style of communications, and constantly striving to meet the expectations of the audience. The main thing is a harmonious combination of the authentic and digital "I", not to get lost among the new "versions" of yourself in the cloud space

Низький рівень цього ресурсу, навпаки, зумовлює підвищену тривожність, схильність до уникання та посилення страху перед смертю.
The author examines the influence of stress resistance on attitudes toward death. High stress resistance contributes to harmonizing attitudes toward death, forming an awareness of it as a component of human existence, and stimulates appreciation of the present moment. A low level of this resource, on the contrary, causes increased anxiety, a tendency to avoidance, and an intensification of fear of death

No full textУ статті досліджено проблеми правового регулювання правотворчого процесу. В основі діяльності органів виконавчої влади мають бути акти підзаконної правотворчості. Але до цього часу ще не прийняті нормативно-правові акти, які б визначали саму сутність цих актів, систему, порядок ініціювання їх прийняття, підготовки, розгляду, обговорення, затвердження, набуття чинності та межі дії. Вирішення цих питань потребує окремих ґрунтовних досліджень представників передусім теоретико-правової науки та науки адміністративного права. Зазначено, що це сприятиме значному підвищенню ефективності правового регулювання сумісної діяльності центральних органів виконавчої влади та їх територіальних підрозділів по суті у всіх сферах державного управління, а особливо – в сьогоднішніх умовах воєнного стану.
The article examines the problems of legal regulation of the law-making process. The activities of executive bodies should be based on acts of subordinate law-making. But to date, regulatory and legal acts have not yet been adopted that would determine the very essence of these acts, the system, the procedure for initiating their adoption, preparation, consideration, discussion, approval, entry into force and the scope of action. The resolution of these issues requires separate thorough research by representatives, primarily of theoretical and legal science and the science of administrative law. It is noted that this will contribute to a significant increase in the effectiveness of legal regulation of the joint activities of central executive bodies and their territorial divisions in essentially all areas of public administration, and especially in today's conditions of martial law

Концепт SUCCESS є об’єктом численних сучасних лінгвістичних досліджень, які аналізують його структуру та вербалізацію в мовній системі та в різних дискурсах у лінгвокультурному, семантичному, психолінгвістичному та стилістичному аспектах. Концепт SUCCESS у сучасній англомовній культурі залишається відкритим для подальшого дослідження. Хоча його традиційні уявлення пов’язані з матеріальним благополуччям та кар’єрою, огляд робіт показує, що успіх є складним і багатогранним явищем, яке потребує глибшого вивчення як у мовному, так і в культурному аспекті.
The paper reviews modern linguistic works on the problem of verbalization of the SUCCESS concept, systematizes and summarizes the results of these studies. The SUCCESS concept is the object of numerous modern linguistic studies that analyze its structure and verbalization in the language system and in various discourses in linguocultural, semantic, psycholinguistic and stylistic aspects. The concept of SUCCESS in modern English-speaking culture remains open for further research. Although its traditional concepts are associated with material well-being and career, a review of the works shows that success is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that requires deeper study in both linguistic and cultural aspects

No full textКваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі удосконалення змісту, форм і методів соціально-педагогічної діяльності з соціального виховання підлітків з неповних сімей у закладах загальної середньої освіти. Мета дослідження – розроблення, теоретичне обґрунтування та експериментальна перевірка програми соціально-педагогічної діяльності з соціального виховання підлітків з неповних сімей у закладах загальної середньої освіти. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає в тому, що: уперше теоретично обґрунтовано комплексну програму соціально-педагогічної діяльності з соціального виховання підлітків з неповних сімей у закладах загальної середньої освіти; уточнено сутність понять «соціальне виховання підлітків з неповних сімей», «соціально-педагогічна діяльність з соціального виховання підлітків з неповних сімей»; критерії та показники ефективності соціально-педагогічної роботи з соціального виховання підлітків з неповних сімей у закладах загальної середньої освіти; подальшого розвитку набули форми та методи соціально-педагогічної діяльності з соціального виховання підлітків з неповних сімей у закладах загальної середньої освіти; обґрунтування особливостей соціального розвитку підлітків з неповних сімей та специфіки соціально-педагогічної діяльності з ними в умовах закладів загальної середньої освіти. Практичне значення дослідження: розроблена програма соціально-педагогічної діяльності з соціального виховання підлітків з неповних сімей у закладах загальної середньої освіти, діагностичні методики та запропоновані заходи можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності роботи з соціального виховання підлітків з неповних сімей у закладах загальної середньої освіти.
The qualification work is devoted to the problem of improving the content, forms, and methods of social and pedagogical activities for the social education of adolescents from single-parent families in general secondary education institutions. The purpose of the study was to develop, theoretically substantiate, and experimentally test a program of social and pedagogical activities for the social education of adolescents from single-parent families in general secondary education institutions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that for the first time, a theoretically substantiated program of social and pedagogical activities for the social education of adolescents from single-parent families in general secondary education institutions was developed. The peculiarities of social and pedagogical activity for the social education of adolescents from single-parent families are characterized. The essence of the concepts «social education of adolescents from single-parent families», «social and pedagogical activity for the social education of adolescents from single-parent families in general secondary education institutions» was clarified; the forms and methods of social and pedagogical activity in this direction were further developed. The practical significance of the research results is that the developed and tested program of social and pedagogical activities for the social education of adolescents from single-parent families can be used in the work of social educators and psychologists in general secondary education institutions for the social education of adolescents from single-parent families
