Ways of using interactive electronic resources for the development of creative thinking of junior schoolchildren
No full textУ статті розглянуто використання інтерактивних електронних ресурсів для розвитку креативного мислення молодших школярів. Розроблено програму розвитку креативного мислення молодших школярів засобами інтерактивних ресурсів. Вона включає завдання та вправи для індивідуальної та групової роботи, спрямовані на розвиток уяви, асоціативного мислення, здатності до пошуку оригінальних рішень. Зазначено, що інтерактивні електронні ресурси є дієвим засобом розвитку креативного мислення молодших школярів. Підготовлено методичні рекомендації для вчителів, що пропонують алгоритми впровадження інтерактивних ресурсів у навчальний процес.
The article considers the use of interactive electronic resources for the development of creative thinking of younger schoolchildren. A program for the development of creative thinking of younger schoolchildren using interactive resources has been developed. It includes tasks and exercises for individual and group work aimed at developing imagination, associative thinking, and the ability to find original solutions. It is noted that interactive electronic resources are an effective means of developing creative thinking of younger schoolchildren. Methodological recommendations have been prepared for teachers, offering algorithms for implementing interactive resources into the educational process

The theses analyze the impact of the war in Ukraine on the EU's energy policy. With the beginning of the war, the EU faced an urgent need for energy reform. The war in Ukraine became a catalyst for profound changes in the EU's energy sector, forcing not only to look for alternative ways to supply traditional energy carriers, but also to accelerate the transition to the use of renewable energy sources, which should ultimately ensure a higher level of independence and stability of the energy system

No full textЗавданням курсу «Проблеми кримінально-правової кваліфікації правопорушень» є узагальнення, поглиблення та розширення знань здобувачів які обрали спеціалізацію «Право» з Загальної та Особливої частин кримінального права, вироблення практичних навичок кваліфікації різних видів кримінальних правопорушень. Курс «Проблеми кримінально-правової кваліфікації правопорушень» завершує вивчення матеріального кримінального права України і має на меті формування у здобувачів наукового бачення сучасних проблем правозастосування, дослідження дискусійних положень щодо кваліфікації окремих видів проступків та злочинів, формування професійного розуміння слідчо-прокурорської та судової практики у боротьбі зі злочинністю. Вивчення курсу «Проблеми кримінально-правової кваліфікації правопорушень» передусім спирається на досягнення національної кримінально-правової науки, проте має міжгалузевий характер, а також передбачає використання знань, що були отримані у ході вивчення кримінального процесу, юридичної психології, криміналістики тощо. Вимоги до знань цього курсу полягають у засвоєнні концептуальних ідей протидії злочинності, підвищення ефективності діяльності слідчого та прокурора, судової діяльності у застосуванні норм кримінального права, специфіки кваліфікації окремих кримінальних правопорушень.
The task of the course "Problems of criminal-legal qualification of offenses" is to generalize, deepen and expand the knowledge of applicants who have chosen the specialization "Law" in the General and Special parts of criminal law, to develop practical skills in qualifying various types of criminal offenses. The course "Problems of criminal-legal qualification of offenses" completes the study of the substantive criminal law of Ukraine and aims to form in applicants a scientific vision of modern problems of law enforcement, study of controversial provisions regarding the qualification of certain types of misdemeanors and crimes, and form a professional understanding of investigative, prosecutorial and judicial practice in the fight against crime. Studying the course "Problems of Criminal Legal Qualification of Offenses" is primarily based on the achievements of national criminal law science, but is interdisciplinary in nature, and also involves the use of knowledge obtained in the course of studying the criminal process, legal psychology, forensics, etc. The knowledge requirements of this course are to master the conceptual ideas of combating crime, increasing the effectiveness of the activities of the investigator and prosecutor, judicial activity in the application of criminal law norms, and the specifics of the qualification of individual criminal offenses.

Він відображає ті цінності, які були не тільки на етапі формування трудового права як галузі, а й ті, які додавалися поступово внаслідок розвитку. Зазначено, що сучасне трудове право базується на принципі справедливості, який визначає орієнтацію трудових норм на забезпечення гідної праці.
The article examines the principle of justice – one of the oldest principles of the modern system of general legal principles. As for labor law, the experience of its historical development allows us to conclude that the principle of justice forms the provision of a balance between the rights and obligations of the employer and the employee. It reflects those values that were not only at the stage of the formation of labor law as a branch, but also those that were gradually added as a result of development. Визначено психологічні особливості учнів старшої школи, критерії відбору онлайн-інструментів, сутність і види лексичних навичок. Проаналізовано потенціал онлайн-інструментів і досліджено підходи до та етапи формування лексичних навичок. Уперше розроблено комплекс вправ для розвитку автономії учнів в опануванні лексичних навичок із використанням онлайн-інструментів, ефективність яких доведена за допомогою педагогічного експерименту.
The qualification paper examines the fundamentals of developing autonomy in senior school students in learning English vocabulary. The psychological characteristics of senior school students, the selection criteria of online tools, as well as the nature and types of lexical skills, are identified. The potential of online tools is analyzed, and approaches and stages of lexical skills development are presented. For the first time, a set of activities for fostering students‘ autonomy in acquiring lexical skills with the use of online tools has been developed, and its effectiveness has been
