Зазначено, що високий рівень культури та якості обслуговування, формування позитивного іміджу та підвищення конкурентоспроможності об’єктів індустрії гостинності великою мірою залежить від корпоративної культури співробітників, на що безумовно впливає рівень професіоналізму менеджера готельно-ресторанного підприємства. У наукових дослідженнях доведено, що покращення загального управління якістю обслуговування позитивно впливає на підвищення корпоративної соціальної відповідальності. Продуктивність діяльності організації залежить також від її здатності задовольнити потреби та очікування зацікавлених сторін, а саме менеджерів, працівників, клієнтів та суспільства. На вдосконалення культури та якості обслуговування впливають корпоративна культура, організаційна культура, якість продукції та якість послуг, професійне керівництво менеджерів цими процесами.
The publication examines the culture and quality of service in hotel and restaurant enterprises. It is noted that a high level of culture and quality of service, formation of a positive image and increase of competitiveness of hospitality industry facilities largely depends on the corporate culture of employees, which is certainly influenced by the level of professionalism of the manager of a hotel and restaurant enterprise. Scientific studies have shown that improving the overall management of service quality has a positive impact on increasing corporate social responsibility. The productivity of an organisation also depends on its ability to meet the needs and expectations of its stakeholders, namely managers, employees, customers and society. Improving the culture and quality of service quality is influenced by corporate culture, organisational culture, product quality and service quality, and the professional management of these processes by managers

Руку дитини дошкільного віку необхідно готувати до опанування навички письма заздалегідь. Заняття повинні проводитися системно й систематично, були для дитини цікавими і отримувати підтримку з боку дорослих. Усі завдання, які вимагають певної концентрації уваги мають чергуватися з руханками, логоритмікою, рухливими іграми.
The article examines the preparation of a hyperactive child's hand for writing during the period of learning to read and write. Hyperactive children are constantly excited, very inattentive, restless, noisy, and need movement. The hand of a preschool child must be prepared for mastering the skill of writing in advance. Classes should be conducted systematically and systematically, be interesting for the child and receive support from adults. Саме так можна сформувати у дітей свідоме ставлення до власного здоров’я та закласти основи для ведення здорового способу життя у майбутньому.

The introduction of health-saving technologies into the educational process contributes to the formation of children's motivation for a healthy lifestyle and the acquisition of useful habits. It is noted that the formation of a culture of a healthy lifestyle in preschool children is a complex process that covers physical, psycho-emotional, social and environmental aspects. The increase of misinformation and manipulation has heightened skepticism toward traditional democratic structures, contributing to the rise of populist movements and an openness to alternative governance models.
Політична поляризація є серйозним викликом у сучасну цифрову епоху, на яку значний вплив мають соціальні медіа та цифрові платформи. Хоча платформи надають широкі можливості для політичного самовираження та підвищення обізнаності про соціально-політичні питання, їхня орієнтованість на залучення користувачів, що базується на алгоритмах, посилює суспільні розбіжності, сприяє екстремізму та підриває довіру до демократичних систем. No full textУ статті розглянуто формування фонематичних процесів у дітей старшого дошкільного віку з акустико-фонематичною дислалією, що є необхідною ланкою для повноцінного мовленнєвого розвитку дитини. Головною метою корекційно-розвивальної роботи з дітьми дошкільного віку полягає у формуванні вмінь володіти артикуляційним апаратом, диханням та власним голосом, вміти чітко вимовляти та розрізняти звуки мовлення, розуміти будову слів, формувати та висловлюватись граматично правильними та зв’язано. Дидактична гра має свій феномен, навчання у ігровій формі. Ця гра є найефективнішим засобом для корекції та розвитку мовлення дитини, оскільки забезпечує природну мотивацію до навчання через власну цікавість. Дидактична гра створює оптимальні умови для формування фонематичних процесів у дітей з акустико-фонематичною дислалією: вона поєднує навчання і гру, допомагаючи долати труднощі мимовільно та радісно для дитини.
The article examines the formation of phonemic processes in children of senior preschool age with acoustic-phonemic dyslalia, which is a necessary link for the full speech development of the child. The main goal of correctional and developmental work with preschool children is to form the skills to own the articulatory apparatus, breathing and one's own voice, to be able to clearly pronounce and distinguish speech sounds, to understand the structure of words, to form and express grammatically correct and coherent sentences. Didactic play has its own phenomenon, learning in a playful way. This game is the most effective means for correcting and developing a child's speech, as it provides natural motivation to learn through one's own curiosity. Didactic play creates optimal conditions for the formation of phonemic processes in children with acoustic-phonemic dyslalia: it combines learning and play, helping to overcome difficulties spontaneously and joyfully for the child
