No full textДосить перспективним напрямом у захисті рослин від хвороб і шкідників є застосування біологічних методів. Досить актуальним методом у боротьбі зі шкідниками є використання ентомофагів – комах, що здатні стримувати поширення шкідливих організмів паразитуючи на них. Вагоме місце у біоценозах займають комахи, що належать до родини сонечка (Coccinellidae), або кокцинеліди. Основними способами практичного застосування кокцинелід є інтродукція й акліматизація, сезонний випуск, внутрішньоареальне розселення, збереження місцевих видів і підвищення їхньої ефективності. Метою дослідження було визначення ефективності кількісного співвідношення в системі хижак-жертва при вирощування Propylea quatuordecimpunctata.
The use of biological methods is quite promising in the protection of plants from diseases and pests. The use of entomophagous insects, which are capable of restraining the spread of harmful organisms by parasitizing them, is a very relevant method in the fight against pests. An important place in biocenoses is occupied by insects belonging to the ladybird family (Coccinellidae), or coccinellids. The main methods of practical application of coccinellids are introduction and acclimatization, seasonal release, intra-area distribution, preservation of local species and improvement of their effectiveness. Readiness of teachers for innovative activity as a managerial problem
No full textВідповідно до поставленої мети у статті розкрито зміст готовності педагога до інноваційної діяльності, визначено ефективні засоби та сприятливі умови її формування. Методами аналізу, порівняння, систематизації, синтезу, узагальнення опрацьовано джерельну базу з означеної проблеми, що дало змогу визначити структурні компоненти готовності педагога до інноваційної діяльності (особистісний, мотиваційний, інформаційний, діяльнісний); з’ясувати шляхи та засоби управлінського впливу на її формування (підвищення кваліфікації педагогів з інноватики, удосконалення інформаційно-комунікаційної діяльності, розроблення системи нагородження та визнання, управління інноваціями та змінами). Встановлено, що важливим є цілеспрямоване управління процесом формування готовності педагогів до інновацій, що передбачає заохочення педагогів до співуправління, залучення до процесу розробляння інноваційних ідей та цільових проєктів їх реалізації, допомога педагогам у адаптації до змін.
In accordance with the goal, the article reveals the content of teacher's readiness for innovative activity, identifies effective means and favorable conditions for its formation. The methods of analysis, comparison, systematization, synthesis, generalization were used to process the source base on the problem, which made it possible to determine the structural components of teacher's readiness for innovation (personal, motivational, informational, activity); to find out the ways and means of managerial influence on its formation (advanced training of teachers in innovation, improvement of information and communication activities, development of a system of reward and recognition, management of innovations and changes, creation of a system of stimulating innovation, management of innovations and changes). The main conditions that contribute to the development of innovative activities, the formation of the readiness of the teaching staff to implement innovations are identified: support from the administration, innovation management: the management of the institution should clearly define the direction of innovation development, formulate the goal and objectives; the administration should provide all kinds of support (material, organizational, moral) for teachers who want to introduce new methods and technologies; involvement of students in innovations, creation of conditions for the development of creativity, critical thinking and initiative among students through project activities, research work; encourage parental participation in educational projects that promote innovation; cooperation with other educational and scientific institutions; formation of an atmosphere of openness and support for innovative changes in the team; provision of resources providing teachers and students with the opportunity to use scientific articles, libraries, and educational platforms for
research; organizing laboratories for experiments and research, especially in STEM education; searching for financial sources, such as grants, innovation support programs, and investors willing to support educational initiatives; and including innovation costs in the school budget.
It has been established that it is important to purposefully manage the process of forming teachers' readiness for innovation, which involves encouraging teachers to co-manage, involving them in the process of developing innovative ideas and targeted projects for their implementation, and helping teachers to adapt to change

The possibilities of variable modules of fencing sport in terms of physical, mental, intellectual, mental and moral-volitional education of the personality are considered. The modules "Fencing", "Horting fencing" and "Horting. Section - fencing" of the model curriculum "Physical culture. 5-9 grades" and the module "Fencing" of the curriculum "Physical culture. 10-11 grades", Standard level, as effective means of sectional, group and lesson work are indicated. No full textКваліфікаційна робота магістра присвячена дослідженню простору й архітектури як наративних та символічних персонажів у сучасному готичному романі. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади аналізу художнього простору в літературі, зокрема концепції хронотопу, феноменології простору та феміністичної літературної критики. На матеріалі романів Ширлі Джексон «Привид будинку на пагорбі» та Лори Перселл «Мовчазні компаньйони» здійснено комплексний аналіз психологізації та антропоморфізації архітектурного простору як активного чинника сюжету. Окрему увагу приділено трансформації класичних готичних мотивів у сучасному культурному контексті та їхньому зв’язку з проблемами жіночої уразливості, пам’яті й психологічної травми. Подано практичні рекомендації щодо вивчення художнього простору за способом сприйняття на уроках англійської мови і літератури у старших класах.
The qualification paper is devoted to the study of space and architecture as narrative and symbolic characters in the contemporary Gothic novel. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of spatial structures analysis in literature, particularly the concepts of the chronotope, the phenomenology of space, and feminist literary criticism. Based on the novels “The Haunting of Hill House” by Shirley Jackson and “The Silent Companions” by Laura Purcell, this study offers a comprehensive analysis of the psychological dimension and anthropomorphism of architectural space as an active agent in the plot. Special attention is paid to the transformation of classical Gothic motifs in the contemporary cultural context and their connection with issues of female vulnerability, memory, and psychological trauma. The thesis also provides practical recommendations for teaching narrative space through modes of perception in English language and literature classes in senior school

No full textThe study analyzes the transformation of methods of preserving cultural and religious heritage in the context of digital development. The aim of the work was to identify the features of digital archiving of monuments and develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of their preservation. The study used a comprehensive approach that included an analysis of international experience, an expert survey of cultural institution employees, and an evaluation of existing digital heritage preservation platforms. Authors analyzed 45 international projects of digitalization of cultural heritage, interviewed 40 experts from 8 countries, and studied 23 innovative preservation technologies. The results showed that digital archiving increases the accessibility of cultural monuments by 73%, ensures the long-term preservation of materials in 89% of cases, and promotes intercultural dialogue. It was found that hybrid preservation models that combine traditional and digital methods were the most effective. The key challenges are identified: technical limitations (43% of respondents), financial difficulties (38%), and the need for professional training (52%). A conceptual model for the sustainable development of the digital ecosystem of cultural heritage preservation has been developed and practical recommendations for cultural institutions have been proposed.
У дослідженні проаналізовано трансформацію методів збереження культурної та релігійної спадщини в умовах цифрового розвитку. Метою роботи було виявлення особливостей цифрового архівування пам'яток та розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності їх збереження. У дослідженні використано комплексний підхід, який включав аналіз міжнародного досвіду, експертне опитування працівників закладів культури та оцінку існуючих платформ збереження цифрової спадщини. Автори проаналізували 45 міжнародних проектів з оцифрування культурної спадщини, опитали 40 експертів з 8 країн та вивчили 23 інноваційні технології збереження. Результати показали, що цифрове архівування підвищує доступність пам'яток культури на 73%, забезпечує довгострокове збереження матеріалів у 89% випадків і сприяє міжкультурному діалогу. Виявлено, що найбільш ефективними виявилися гібридні моделі збереження, які поєднують традиційні та цифрові методи. Визначено ключові виклики: технічні обмеження (43% респондентів), фінансові труднощі (38%) та потреба у професійній підготовці (52%). Розроблено концептуальну модель сталого розвитку цифрової екосистеми збереження культурної спадщини та запропоновано практичні рекомендації для закладів культури

No full textThe development of computer and information technologies creates the basis for the formation of a new generation economy. The transition to a new technological order is impossible without qualified specialists in engineering, technology and innovation areas of science and production, namely in the STEM sector. An analysis of modern laws and regulations shows that Ukraine is one of the first countries that responsibly addresses the issue of gender aspects in STEM education, but as an analysis of foreign experience in the USA shows: applying best practices, it is advisable to take into account that the vector strategy for forming a balanced gender composition in the STEM sphere should include activities aimed at creating an educational environment, combining its efforts with the pedagogical and educational scientific community, public organizations, business, and all stakeholders for the successful innovative and technological future of our country.
Розвиток комп'ютерних та інформаційних технологій створює основу для формування економіки нового покоління. Перехід до нового технологічного укладу неможливий без кваліфікованих фахівців в інженерно-технічній та інноваційній сферах науки і виробництва, а саме в STEM-секторі. Аналіз сучасних нормативно-правових актів свідчить, що Україна є однією з перших країн, яка відповідально ставиться до питання гендерних аспектів у STEM-освіті, але як показує аналіз зарубіжного досвіду США: застосовуючи кращі практики, доцільно враховувати, що векторна стратегія формування збалансованого гендерного складу в STEM-сфері має включати заходи, спрямовані на створення освітнього середовища, об'єднання його зусиль з педагогічною та освітньою науковою спільнотою, громадськими організаціями, бізнесом та всіма зацікавленими сторонами задля успішного інноваційно-технологічного майбутнього нашої країни
