BUKTI EMPIRIS SALURAN PINJAMAN BANK DI INDONESIA (Kasus : Bank Kategori BUKU 4 pada periode 2007-2017)
The paper examines empirical evidence for a bank-lending channel in Indonesia. Observer use a panel of bank balance sheet data to estimate the response of bank lending to changes in monetary policy between 2007 and 2017. In particular, this paper segregate banks according bank size, bank liquidity and its capitalization to test whether lending responses differ depending on the strength of a bank. The method used in this study is Generalized Moments of Method (GMM).
The result shows that bank lending channel exists in Indonesia and consistent with the bank lending channel hypothesis. Bank size, bank liquidity and capitalization have significant effect to bank’s loan supply. But, bank liquidity and capitalization show the counterintuitive result

PENGARUH STRUKTUR DEWAN DIREKSI TERHADAP PENGUNGKAPAN LAPORAN KEBERLANJUTAN PERUSAHAAN (Studi pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2017)
This study aims to examine the effect of board size, board with female directors, and board ownership as an independent variable to firm’s sustainability reporting as a dependent variable.
The population in this study is 100 companies in Indonesia that are listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia in the year 2014-2017. The method used for sampling is proportional stratified sampling. Yielding a final sample of 400 firm-year observations. This study used logistic regression to examine the hypothesis.
The result of this study shows that board size positively affecting firm’s sustainability reporting. Board with female directors shows a negative effect to firm’s sustainability reporting. While, board ownership does not show any significant effect to firm’s sustainability reporting
ANALISIS PENGARUH PERSEPSI NILAI DAN CITRA MERK TERHADAP MINAT BELI GUNA MENINGKATKAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN PADA SITUS E-COMMERCE BUKALAPAK
Along with the growth of technology, the e-commerce business competition also got affected and getting fiercer. This phenomenon give an impact to Bukalapak that got downgraded from its 1st place on 2015 and decreased number in purchase decision. Based on the consumen behavior, purchase decision is affected by consumers’ purchase intention that is affected by various internal and external factors.
This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived value and brand image on increasing purchase decision in e-commerce site, Bukalapak. The relationships between purchase decision, perceived value and brand image are an indirect effect that mediated by purchase intention.
Method used in this study is survey method on 150 residents of Semarang who at least has one buying experience in Bukalapak. The survey is done by using a statements questionnaire regarding the variables that were used in this study. Collected quantitative data then processed on AMOS using SEM (Structural Equation Model) method.
The results shown that from 5 hypothesis proposed, all of them is accepted Perceived value and brand image have an indirect significant positive impact on purchase decision or is mediated by purchase intention. Perceived value and brand image have a significant positive impact on purchase intention and purchase intention has a significant positive impact on purchase decision

Chocolate is a term for the processed food or drink from cocoa beans.
There are so many chocolate brands that can be found inboth foreign and
domestic production market. One of the most popular brands is SilverQueen. With
the many brands in the market, SilverQueen need to analyze marketing strategy it
est advertising and sales promotion.
The purpose of this study to analyze Advertising and Sales Promotion on
Brand Awareness and the impact on Purchase Decision. The population of the
study was all consumers who had ever done purchase transaction on SilverQueen
product in Diponegoro University. The sample in this study were 100
respondents. The method of of collecting data through questionnaires. This study
uses analytical techniques of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS
24.0 as the analysis instrument.

PENGARUH KONEKSI POLITIK DAN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP AGRESIVITAS PAJAK (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan yang Tidak Mengalami Kerugian dan Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2017)
This study aims to examine the influence of political connections and corporate governance on tax aggressiveness, and see the influence of corporate governance moderation on the relationship between political connections and tax aggressiveness. In this study, tax aggressiveness was measured using a ratio scale through the current effective tax rate, while in previous studies using a dummy variable. Corporate governance is proxied through the independence of the board of commissioners, the size of the board of commissioners, and institutional investors. While firm size, leverage, and market to book ratio as control variables. In addition to measuring tax aggressiveness, another thing that makes a difference from previous research is that it does not use CEO duality and external auditor’s proxy in corporate governance variables.
The data in this study include secondary data, because it comes from financial reports obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. This study uses a random sampling method. The population in this study are companies that have not suffered losses and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. A total of 159 companies were selected as samples from a total population of 507 companies during 2015-2017. The research method used in this study is panel data analysis with the selected model Fixed Effect Model (FEM) or Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV).
The results of this study state that political connections have a positive effect on tax aggressiveness. While corporate governance does not affect the tax aggressiveness. Likewise, moderating corporate governance fails to influence the relationship between political connections and tax aggressiveness
