Analysis of Factors that Influence Purchasing Decision of Crystal Guava in Agro-Tourism Owned by UPTD Dinas Pertanian, Semarang City
Get PDFCrystal guava is one type fruit that has a business opportunity. The intense competition makes the company needs to know factor that influence purchasing decision for crystal guava, so it can be one considering developing products and the company was able to reach wider market. This research was conducted to analyze the purchasing decision process and to analyze factors that influence purchasing decision of crystal guava in agrotoursim owned by UPTD Dinas Pertanian Semarang City, including variable product quality, price, location, promotion, attitude, motivation, and lifestyle. This research using survey methods with crystal guava’s consumers as respondents. The research location are located in Cepoko Agro-Tourism and Purwosari Agro-Tourism which is determined purposively with several considerations. The number of respondents was determined by quota sampling totaling 100 people, consist of 67 consumers of crystal guava in Cepoko Agro-Tourism and 33 consumers of crystal guava in Purwosari Agro-Tourism. Respondents each location was determined by proportional sampling. Sample was determined by accidental sampling. Analysis data that used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that consumer through five stages in purchasing crystal guava, namely problem recognition, information searches, alternative evaluation, purchasing, and post-purchase behaviour. Variable of product quality, price, location, promotion, attitude, motivation, and lifestyle influence simultaneously on purchasing decisions of crystal guava. Variable quality product, promotion, attitude, and lifestyle influenced partially on purchasing decision, while variable price, location, and motivation wasn't affected partially the purchasing decision of crystal guava in Cepoko Agro-Tourism and Purwosari Agro-Tourism.

HUBUNGAN STATUS GIZI, AKTIVITAS FISIK, DAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN DENGAN GANGGUAN SIKLUS MENSTRUASI PADA MAHASISWI SEMESTER II FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS DIPONEGORO
Get PDFGangguan siklus menstruasi dapat terjadi pada sebagian wanita. Gangguan pada proses menstruasi dapat menimbulkan kemandulan dan risiko penyakit kronis seperti kanker endometrium, stroke, dan jantung koroner. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi yaitu status gizi, olahraga, diabetes, berat badan, stress/cemas, dan aktivitas fisik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi, aktivitas fisik, dan tingkat kecemasan dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi pada mahasiswi semester II Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Diponegoro. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 346 mahasiswi semester II dengan sampel 83 mahasiswi yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode simpel random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berada pada usia 19 tahun (66,3%), tersebar dalam kelas A, C, D, E, dan F yaitu masing-masing sebanyak 14 responden (16,9%) dan sebagian besar berasal dari pulau jawa (88,0%). Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang lemah antara variabel status gizi (p value=0,007 r=0,296) dan aktivitas fisik (p value=0,032 r=0,236) dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi pada mahasiswi semester II. Oleh karena itu mahasiswi dianjurkan untuk memperhatikan makanan yang dikonsumsi, melakukan konsultasi mengenai diet gizi seimbang dan pengukuran aktivitas fisik secara rutin setiap satu minggu sekali.

ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN STANDAR PELAYANAN MINIMAL BIDANG KESEHATAN INDIKATOR PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS DI PUSKESMAS PANDANARAN KOTA SEMARANG
Get PDFSalah satu indikator SPM kesehatan Kota Semarang yang belum tercapai adalah pelayanan kesehatan penderita DM.Diabetes mellitus merupakan salah satu PTM penyumbang kematian terbesar di dunia. Puskesmas Pandanaran adalah puskesmas dengan capaian SPM DM terendah di Kecamatan Semarang Selatan yang merupakan daerah dengan angka kasus DM tertinggi di Kota Semarang. Capaian kinerja SPM DM Puskesmas Pandanaran yaitu sebesar 89%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan SPM bidang kesehatan indikator pelayanan kesehatan penderita diabetes mellitus di Puskesmas Pandanaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan indepth-interview dengan subjek penelitian kepala puskesmas, staff bagian P2P, staff bagian P2PTM, dan masyarakat dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-Oktober 2020. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelayanan masih terkendala pada kegiatan pendataan dan skrinning penderita. Belum terpenuhinya target capaian ini disebabkan karena perbedaan jumlah antara data target capaian dengan keadaan sebenarnya, kurangnya sumber daya terutama sumber dana dan sarana prasarana, belum terdapat SOP dalam pelaksanaan SPM bagi penderita DM, serta faktor sosialmasyarakat yaitu kurangnya edukasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini variabel yang mempengaruhi capaian kinerja SPM DM yaitu standar dan tujuan kebijakan, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi dan lingkungan eksternal. Koordinasi antara dinas kesehatan dengan puskesmas diperlukan untuk menyamakan persepsi mengenai standar sasaran yang digunakan, penambahan dan pemenuhan sarana prasarana dan dana, pembuatan SOP, pembentukan tim khusus untuk melakukan pendataan penderita DM, dan edukasi masyarakat.

ANALYSIS OF CONSUMERS’ WILLINGNESS TO PAY TEMPE HYGIENE PRODUCT RUMAH KEDELAI GROBOGAN IN GROBOGAN REGENCY
Get PDFPublic awareness of health is currently rising. Now consumers tends to consider the health benefits such as tempe hygiene. Tempe hygiene processed with hygienic using Varieties Grobogan non-GMO, therefore it has good quality and higher price. This study aims to describe the characterictics of consumers, analyze the average value of the maximum that consumers are willingness to pay and determine the factors that influence consumers’ willingness to pay. This study was conducted at 5 Tempe Hygiene market place in Grobogan with a hundred respondents selected using a quota sampling method. Data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis to describe consumer characteristics, CVM (contingent valuation methode) analysis to calculate the average value of maximum WTP and logistic regression analysis to analyze the factor that affects the value of WTP. The result showed that as many as 82% of respondents were willing to pay more for tempe hygiene. The value of WTP is Rp 6,432.00 per pack (350 gram). Factors that significantly affect consumers’ WTP values were age, income and product quality. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the consumers were willing to pay more for tempe hygiene products with the difference between the average price and the real price of 7,19%.

This research, entitled "The Meaning of Diversification of Coffee Shop Names in Tembalang (Semantic Study)" with object coffee shop names in Tembalang aims to describe the naming and meaning of the coffee shop names in Tembalang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with three stages which are data collection, data analysis, and the results of analysis . The data collection method used in this study was the observation and note technique.
The Research result learns that there are 7 types of names found in 30 coffee shop in Tembalang, (1) first 9 data found based on the owner/founder, (2) 1 data found based on ingredients names, (3) 2 data found based on shortening names, ( 4) 7 data found based on the similarity, (5) 7 data found based on the characteristic, (6) 2 data found based on new names, and (7) 2 data found based on the places. The type of naming that is most commonly found is the type of naming based on owner/founder. In the names of coffee shops in Tembalang, there are lexical meanings contained in the naming of the coffee shops, including (1) 15 direct meanings and (2) 15 figurative meanings. For grammatical meaning, almost all data undergo a composition process, namely as many as 29 data, while those that do not undergo grammatical process are 1 data.

This study aims to describe the types and forms of illocutionary speech acts that exist in students of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Diponegoro University in rejecting the speech of love. The method of providing data used in this research is the technique of listening or listening to rejection speeches developed with tapping techniques and advanced techniques in the form of SLC (Simak Engage Cakap), recording techniques, and note taking techniques. The data were studied and analyzed using pragmatic theory regarding illocutionary speech acts and politeness scales.
Based on the research results, it was found three types of illocutionary speech acts, namely (1) assertive illocutionary speech acts as much as 4 data which included, stated and informed. (2) directive illocutionary speech acts consisting of 5 data which include, suggest and ask. (3) expressive illocutionary speech acts consisting of 10 data which include praising, criticizing, and apologizing. In addition, the findings of this study indicate that there are two forms of rejection, namely direct and indirect rejection. The refusal speech act that most writers find is indirect rejection with an expressive illocutionary speech act of apologizing. In this study, there is a violation of the politeness scale that occurs because it is seen from the level of intimacy between the speaker and the speech partner. So that the speech that is produced when rejecting the expression of love is considered impolite because the speech rejecting the speech of love is a form of rejection by sacrificing the feelings of others to be selfish.

The poetry studied by the author in this study is a collection of poetry books Milk and Honey (Milk and Honey) by Rupi Kaur. This poetry collection book is presented with various hand illustrations and is divided into four major themes, namely wounds, love, destruction, and new days. The stories contained in the collection of poetry Milk and Honey (Milk and Honey) are a series of stories about the lives of women in the face of mistreatment from men and women's enthusiasm to revive.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing the analysis in words. The theoretical basis used is Roman Ingarden's poetry structure theory to determine the layer of norms in poetry and existentialist feminism theory to obtain women's movements in equalizing their existence. The research method used includes data collection by selecting seven poems, data processing by analyzing the poetry structure and existentialist feminism, and presentation of data analysis results.

ANALISIS PERAMALAN VOLUME EKSPOR MELON DI PT BUMI SARI LESTARI TEMANGGUNG JAWA TENGAH
Get PDFEkspor merupakan suatu kegiatan mengirim barang keluar negeri yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan laba dan mendapatkan harga jual yang lebih baik. Perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan laba dengan meminimalisir ketidakpastian dimasa yang akan datang dengan menghitung peramalan penjualan yang berguna untuk perencanaan persediaan produk untuk dipasarkan. PT Bumi Sari Lestari merupakan salah satu eksportir di Jawa Tengah yang mengekspor komoditas hortikultura sayuran dan buah-buahan salah satu nya yaitu melon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisperamalan volume ekspor melon untuk tri wulan pertama dan kedua di tahun 2020 pada PT Bumi Sari Lestari menggunakan metode analisis trend dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor melon. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 Januari 2020 – 9 Februari 2020 di PT Bumi Sari Lestari, Temanggung, Jawa Tengah. Penentuan Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Data yang digunakan yaitu data penjualan ekspor melon PT Bumi Sari Lestari dalam kurun waktu 2017-2019 (time serie), data bulanan yang dianalisis per tiga bulan dari bulan Januari 2017 – Desember 2019 dengan jumlah data sebanyak 12 observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier dan analisis trend kuadratik. Variabel kurs dan permintaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap volume ekspor melon sedangkan variabel harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap volume ekspor melon.Hasil uji stasioneritas data menunjukan bahwa data tersebut stasioner. Hasil peramalan volume ekspor melon pada PT Bumi Sari Lestari dengan menggunakan metode trend kuadratik mendapatkan hasil untuk peramalan pada tri wulan pertama tahun 2020 sebesar 15.767,427 kg dan pada triwulan kedua tahun 2020 sebesar 9.916,788 kg
