In order to carry out this project, a series of activities were carried out, such as the analysis of winds and the current situation of the region, after which different alternatives were proposed for the design of the wind turbine and the most viable choice was made with the need of the project.En el presente proyecto se realizó el diseño de un mini aerogenerador de 9KW, para el municipio de Unguia ubicado en el departamento del Chocó. Therefore, a physical structure is used that has a maximum size of 10 built blocks, therefore, the division of the productive and residential sector is used as a theory by means of a green core that functions as the lung of the project. It also implements the approach of a series of action units that benefit the regional population by generating education, employment and health in large, medium and small scale, helping to improve the economy of the population. And finally, an ecological development of all the buildings and roads proposed is sought, which is achieved through the use of clean and renewable energies, through projects such as tram, solar panels and electric fuels.El documento cuenta con un estudio de proyectos sobre la población, cadenas productivas, educación, salud e infraestructura vial de los municipios empleados por la administración encargada de cada uno de estos, con base en esa información se da pie para una ubicación estratégica de plan parcial que se da por su cercanía con el río y aeropuerto como fuente de exportación, también ubicado a menos de 1km la vía nacional que conduce hacía buenaventura atravesando el país de oriente a occidente. Por lo tanto, se emplea una estructura física que tiene como dimensiones máximo 10 manzanas construidas, por consiguiente, se usa como teoría la división del sector productivo y residencial por medio de una médula verde que funciona como pulmón del proyecto. También se ejecuta el planteamiento de una serie de unidades de actuación que tienen como beneficio la población regional generando educación, empleo y salud en grande, mediana y pequeña escala ayudando a mejorar la economía de la población. Y por último se busca un desarrollo ecológico de todas las edificaciones y vías planteadas, lo cual se logra mediante el uso de energías limpias y renovables, a través de proyectos como tranvía, paneles solares y combustibles eléctricos
Technical assessment of the cyclic water injection in lower formation K1 of the Castilla field by numerical simulation
No full textIn this dissertation, a technical feasibility study for cyclic water injection in Castilla Field is presented managing numerical simulation through CMG software, a great variety of time responses were tested, in order to find the optimal cyclic injection and rise the oil recovery in two patterns located in the north central part of Castilla field. The best response in terms of an increase in oil production was given by the pattern I2 performing two-month closing and opening cycles due to that case generated an incremental oil of 3.16% compared to conventional waterflooding.En el presente trabajo se expone un estudio de viabilidad técnica para la implementación de la inyección cíclica de agua en el Campo Castilla mediante simulación numérica implementando el software CMG, donde se realizaron diferentes sensibilidades en los tiempos de apertura y cierre de los pozos inyectores, encontrando el patrón I2 como el más óptimo para la implementación de la inyección cíclica con tiempos de dos meses de apertura y cierre, dado que ese escenario generó un incremental del 3.16% en la recuperación de petróleo de dos patrones de inyección ubicados en la zona centro norte del Campo Castilla.Ecopetrol S.A

The present work has been carried out with the objective of analyzing the competitiveness of Colombia in the tourism sector, through a collation of information a bibliographic search was carried out with the purpose of identifying the different models of models to quantify the tourist competitiveness of a country, to subsequently select the model most appropriate to our research, and to analyze the variables that determine the tourism competitiveness of a country, in addition, to relate them to the volumes of tourism corresponding to the 2011-2018 period.La diversidad de Colombia hace de este un país con un gran potencial turístico siendo este uno de los sectores que más divisas genera en el país, compitiendo al mismo nivel que las exportaciones del petróleo y productos alimenticios a nivel global según la Organización Mundial de Turismo. No full textIn this project a design of a packer in the oil industry was made.It starts with what type of packeris going to be designed to later perform all the detailed design calculating forces, effort, and dimensions of the tool. The simulation is carried out to corroborate the results obtained. Finally, the assembly, operation and maintenance manuals are carried out. The financial evaluation is performed to obtain the total cost of the tool. Additionally, the manufacturing drawings of each of the pieces of the packer are made.Es este proyecto de grado se realiza el diseño detalla de un portaempaque utilizado en la industria petrolera. Se inicia que tipo de portaempaque se va a diseñar para posteriormente realizar todo el diseño detallado calculando fuerzas, esfuerzo, y dimensiones de la herramienta. Se realiza la simulación para corroborar los resultados obtenidos. Finalmente se realiza los manuales de ensamble, operación y mantenimiento. Se realiza la evaluación financiera para obtener el costo total de la herramienta. Proposal for improvement in the textile fiber dyeing process in polyamide
No full textWith the proposal for improvement and from the technical evaluation of the dyes and dye auxiliaries proposed (optical bleach, equalizer, acid donor, fixative, detergent, yellow, blue, bright yellow, bright red and black dyes) the decrease was achieved. chemical cost of the dyeing process and of the bleaching process of polyamide fibers by 56.16% and 4.12% respectively, where not only the quality of the final product was ensured so that uneven dyeing, dizziness or scratching is not present, but that the solidity tests governed by the American Association of Textile Chemists and Dyes (AATCC) were improved where the results of the tests of solidity to washing, exposure to sea water and chlorinated pool water and rub solidity they were improved and they were able to comply with ranges established by Priotela S.A. which must be greater than or equal to 3.5.Con la propuesta de mejora y a partir de la evaluación técnica de los colorantes y auxiliares de tintura propuestos (blanqueador óptico, igualador, dador de ácido, fijador, detergente, colorantes amarillo, azul, amarillo brillante, rojo brillante y negro) se logró disminuir el costo químico del proceso de teñido y del proceso de blanqueo de fibras de poliamida en un 56.16% y en un 4.12% respectivamente, en donde no solo se aseguró la calidad del producto final para que no se presente teñido desigual, mareo o rayado, sino que se mejoraron las pruebas de solidez regidas por la Asociación Americana de Químicos y Colorantes Textiles (AATCC) en donde los resultados de las pruebas de solidez al lavado, a la exposición al agua de mar y al agua de piscina clorada y la solidez al frote se mejoraron y se lograron cumplir con rangos establecidos por Protela S.A los cuales deben ser mayores o iguales a 3.5.Protela S.A

No full textThe present project intends to propose and evaluate a proposal for the production of organic fertilizer from the sludge generated by the water treatment plant of the Agroindustrial Park of the West through an aerobic composting process, which can be implemented as a waste treatment system solids mainly reduce the cost overruns to the company Sitaga SAS by its disposition. Composting is a flexible practice accepted as sustainable for its potential for the treatment and recovery of organic waste, its implementation helps to mitigate the environmental impact and in many cases brings profitability to the companies that implement it. The current management for the sustainable treatment of waste based on the production of fertilizer has different alternatives, from this the development of this project had as its first instance the analysis of the various composting processes that are currently carried out , taking into account the interests of the company, the manufacture of a horizontal reactor with manual flipping will be selected, later with the objective of favoring the process, the main characteristics of the product produced in the plant will be determined, and of the other inputs that were chosen as loading agents; In addition, the controlled parameters were selected throughout the experimentation.El presente proyecto pretende plantear y evaluar una propuesta para la producción de abono orgánico a partir del lodo generado por la planta de tratamiento de aguas del Parque Agroindustrial de Occidente mediante un proceso de compostaje aerobio, que al ser implementado como sistema de tratamiento de los residuos sólidos reduzca principalmente los sobrecostos ocasionados a la empresa Sitaga S.A.S por su disposición. El compostaje es una práctica ampliamente aceptada como sostenible por su potencial para el tratamiento y valorización de residuos sólidos orgánicos, su puesta en marcha ayuda a mitigar el impacto ambiental y en muchos casos trae rentabilidad a las empresas que lo implementan. La gestión actual para el tratamiento sostenible de los residuos en base a la producción de abono tiene diferentes alternativas, a partir de esto el desarrollo de este proyecto tuvo como primera instancia el análisis de los diversos procesos de compostaje que se llevan a cabo en la actualidad, teniendo en cuenta los intereses de la compañía se seleccionó la fabricación de un reactor horizontal con volteo manual, posteriormente con el objetivo de favorecer el proceso se determinaron las principales características del lodo producido en la planta, y de los demás insumos que se escogieron como agentes de carga; además se seleccionaron los parámetros controlados a lo largo de la experimentación.Sitaga S.A.S
