During the development of the monograph, a market study survey was carried out, in order to determine the expectations of potential customers of electric and hybrid vehicles in Colombia. With the use of this information and the direct visit to dealerships of brands such as: Volvo, KIA, BYD, Renault, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Nissan and Audi, key activities and resources were proposed to make marketing sustainable.En el presente documento se realiza el diagnóstico de la actividad comercial automotriz en Colombia y la comercialización de los vehículos eléctricos e híbridos al 2019 en el país. Durante el desarrollo de la monografía fue realizada una encuesta de estudio de mercado, con el fin de determinar las expectativas de los potenciales clientes de vehículos eléctricos e híbridos en Colombia. No full textThis paper describes the development of a biofilm from banana peel and natural fiber as a reinforcing agent. Performing the extraction of starch of banana peel and endocarp by the dry method, to which he applied a qualitative and quantitative test to confirm the presence and starch content, with a yield of 7.3% and 6.5%. With the objective of development the biofilm by selecting the natural fiber from its resistance to traction and elongation, which was easily accessible and economical.El presente trabajo describe el desarrollo de una biopelícula partiendo de cáscara de banano y fibra natural como agente de refuerzo. Realizando la extracción del almidón de la cáscara de banano y del endocarpio por el método seco, al cual se le aplicó una prueba cualitativa y cuantitativa para confirmar la presencia y el contenido de almidón, con un rendimiento del 7,3% y 6,5%. Con el objetivo de elaborar la biopelícula se seleccionó la fibra natural a partir de su resistencia a la tracción y elongación, que fuera de fácil acceso y económica.Kanance Ingenierí
Technical financial evaluation of the use of a multiphastic flow measurement system in the acquisition of real-time flow data for well testing in the Platanillo field
No full textIn the present work, the description of the generalities from the Platanillo Field will be done, as well as the conventional equipment currently used for well testing, and the multiphase flow meter to be implemented. Subsequently, the implementation of the multiphase meter in the field will be carried out to compare its operation with the equipment that is being currently used. With the data obtained from the multiphase flow meter, a macro will be prepared in Excel. Finally, the viability of the presented project will be analyzed using Net Present Value.En el presente trabajo se realiza la descripción de las generalidades del Campo Platanillo, de los equipos convencionales usados actualmente para la prueba de los pozos y del medidor de flujo multifásico a ser implementado. Posteriormente, se realiza la implementación del medidor multifásico en campo para comparar su funcionamiento con los equipos utilizados actualmente. Analysis of the main causes of the well positioning errors in the Rubiales field of Ecopetrol
No full textThis project analyzes the principal causes of wellbore positioning errors in Ecopetrol S.A.’s horizontal wells in Rubiales Field. First of all, a geological and theoretical framework will be done. The geological framework describes Llanos Orientales’ stratigraphy and structural composition, while the theoretical framework provides the reader with enough information to fully understand this project. In second instance, each cause will be analysed. Firstly, the quality of Pacific Rubiales’ and Ecopetrol S.A.´s database concerning Ground Level and Rotary Table Elevation will be revised. Next, the wells will be created using the software COMPASS, this will allow to evaluate the operational impact that survey stations’ frequency has in wellbore positioning. Finally, the geosteering tools used in this field will be compared to choose the best one. Lastly, a financial framework about the different geosteering tools used in the field and survey station´s frequency will be made applying NPV and CBA. This framework will show the economic benefits caused by decreasing survey stations’ frequency.Este proyecto busca analizar las principales causas de los errores de posicionamiento de hueco en los pozos horizontales del Campo Rubiales de Ecopetrol S.A. Para cumplir con el desarrollo del trabajo, en primer lugar, se realizará un marco geológico donde se muestra la descripción estratigráfica y estructural de la Cuenca de los Llanos Orientales, donde se encuentra el Campo Rubiales; además de una descripción de las generalidades del mismo. Energy consumption optimization of wells with Artificial Lifting System PCP and ESP in Trunk seven of Rubiales Field through simulation
No full textTaking into account the existence of critical wells due to problems related to the performance of ALS due to their high energy consumption, in Rubiales Field, specifically in Trunk 7, resizing tubings and/or redesigning Artificial Lift Systems are proposed to reduce this demand. Therefore, the most critical wells were identified and selected considering the variables of production, efficiency and energy consumption. The field's information was analyzed to determine how many wells perform as optimization opportunities, primarily considering the Lutz Index and other decision factors. Once the optimization potential has been identified, its technical evaluation is carried out and with the identification of viable technical alternatives, an economic evaluation was carried out through the BreakEven model of the field, taking the NPV and PayBack as indicators of value.Teniendo en cuenta la presencia de pozos críticos por problemas relacionados con el desempeño de los SLA por su alto consumo energético, en Campo Rubiales, específicamente en la Troncal 7 se propone el redimensionamiento de las tuberías de producción y/o el rediseño de los sistemas de levantamiento artificial. Para esto, se identificaron y seleccionaron los pozos con mayor criticidad asociados principalmente a las variables de producción, eficiencia y consumo energético.
Se analizó la información propia del campo para determinar cuántos pozos presentan oportunidades de optimización, considerando primordialmente el Índice de Lutz y otros factores de decisión. Una vez identificado el potencial de optimización se realiza la evaluación técnica del mismo y con la identificación de las alternativas técnicas viables, se realizó una evaluación económica a través del modelo BreakEven del campo tomando como indicadores de valor el VPN y el PayBack.Ecopetrol S.A

No full textThe project called “Design of a frame was developed and carried out in wood for road bike initially a diagnosis of the current situation of the designs taking into account the regulations under which each manufacturer must govern at a competitive level. With this information already proceeded to propose wood alternatives thanks to the information found in the laboratories of the Francisco José de Caldas District University and pages Internet with which this project could be carried out to be able to select the most qualified for our goals. The optimum material was selected for the design, taking into account Count the information collected and the desired standards. Then proceed to the basic design development taking into account the selection of wood and thus start the calculation and virtual generation of the frame. Additionally, an analysis of the design is carried out through MEF (method of finite elements) to corroborate the desired results. Finally, the financial evaluation of the project was carried out.Se desarrolló y realizó el proyecto que tiene como nombre “Diseño de un marco en madera para bicicleta de ruta”. Inicialmente se generó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de los diseños teniendo en cuenta la normativa bajo la cual se deben regir cada fabricante a nivel competitivo. Ya con esta información se procedió a plantear alternativas de maderas gracias a la información encontrada en los laboratorios de la universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas y páginas de internet con las cuales se podría llevar a cabo éste proyecto para poder así seleccionar la más calificada para nuestros objetivos. Se procedió a la selección del material óptimo para realizar el diseño, teniendo en cuenta la información recopilada y los estándares deseados. Luego se procede a la elaboración base del diseño teniendo en cuenta la selección de madera y así iniciar el cálculo y generación virtual del marco. Adicionalmente se realiza un análisis del diseño por medio de MEF (método de elementos finitos) para corroborar los resultados deseados. Por último, se realizó la evaluación financiera del proyecto

No full textThe aim of the present article is to order to design an operational discipline program for the improvement of the operational processes of the main five workover activities that the Atina Energy Services company developed during 2018, more specifically in the Casabe Field located in the Upper Magdalena Valley Basin. For this purpose, it was necessary to review the flash reports where it was possible to identify that the main activities carried out during 2018 were; tubing in single and double; installation, testing and uninstallation of BOP (Blowout preventer); sand cleaning with a sand pump, and the installation as well as uninstallation of Horse Head. Considering the mentioned data, the technical operability of the equipment involved in these operations was verified and as a result its correct operation was validated. After, the availability and quality stages were developed, leaving the necessary formats and control mechanisms for the correct application of the communication and compliance stages, based on the technical guide of operational discipline of the Pemex company.El presente trabajo de grado se realizó con el fin de diseñar un programa de disciplina operativa para la mejora de los procesos operacionales de las cinco principales actividades de workover que la compañía Atina Energy Services desarrolló durante el año 2018, específicamente en el Campo Casabe ubicado en la Cuenca del Valle Superior del Magdalena. Para este propósito fue necesario revisar los flash report en donde se identificó que el saque de tubería en sencillos y dobles; la instalación, prueba y desinstalación de BOP’s; la limpieza de arena con bomba desarenadora, y la instalación y desinstalación de Horse Head fueron las principales actividades desarrolladas durante dicho año. A partir de esto, se verificó la operatividad técnica de los equipos que intervienen en dichas operaciones y de esta manera se corroboró su funcionamiento. Seguidamente se desarrollaron las etapas de disponibilidad y calidad, dejando planteados los formatos y mecanismos de control necesarios para la correcta implementación de las etapas de comunicación y cumplimiento, teniendo como base la guía técnica de disciplina operativa de la compañía Pemex.Atina Energy Service
