No full textThe bioreactor is a tool that allows the treatment of solid organic waste in order to get to obtain renewable energy. Through this work The technical and financial evaluation related to the implementation of a bioreactor as a model in the Rubiales Fields and thus be able to determine the feasibility of replication in other fields. It was necessary to carry out a characterization of the solid waste generated by the field and with the determination of the organic compounds suitable for the process of anaerobic bioreaction. Likewise through a technical analysis it determined the variables that allow describing the generalities that should be have a bioreactor and its biomass.El biorreactor es una herramienta que permite tratar los residuos sólidos orgánicos con el fin de llegar a la obtención de energía renovable. A través del presente trabajo se realizó la evaluación técnica y financiera relacionada con la implementación de un biorreactor como modelo en el Campos Rubiales y con ello poder determinar la viabilidad de la réplica en otros campos. Fue necesario realizar una caracterización de los residuos sólidos generados por el campo y con la determinación de los compuestos orgánicos aptos para el proceso de la biorreacción anaerobia. Así mismo a través de un análisis técnico se determinaron las variables que permiten describir las generalidades que deben tener un biorreactor y su biomasa.Acipe

A financial study was carried out in order to determine the viability, feasibility and profitability of the project. The main objective of this restructuring is to improve the production process of artisanal beer in the Misterio Beer SA..S. plant. In order to carry out this objective, an external and internal diagnosis of the subsector was made to know the current situation, through a market study determine the target customer to search for new market niches, prepare a technical and environmental study to determine the improvement options in each area, carry out the administrative study with the purpose of a strategic plan in the company and to finalize a financial study to determine the feasibility of the project and profitability of purchasing a bottling plant.La reestructuración técnico administrativa del presente proyecto de grado se desarrolló en el municipio de Cajicá, su realización estuvo sujeta a las recomendaciones y decisiones tomadas por el gerente, el alcance de este proyecto va desde el levantamiento de la reestructuración técnico administrativa hasta la sustentación y aprobación del trabajo de grado. No full textIn this research project, the design of the automation of the climate chamber for testing equipment and materials was carried out, with the aim of controlling and regulating atmospheric conditions inside by means of an automatic system; This system is made up of measuring instruments, controllers, control and supervision systems. On the other hand, the project includes the evaluation of the instrumentation and control requirements present in the climate chamber, required by the Technical Regulations (RETIQ) and NTC 5891 and NTC 5310 that govern the testing of artefacts of refrigeration domestic and commercial. In addition, in this elaboration, instruments and control were selected through the results acquired in a mathematical model proposed in the development of the project. In the same way, the control and supervision systems were established in a virtual instrumentation software, in order to recreate in an interface. Finally, in the research project, the parameters associated with air conditioning, programming and costs related to automation are determined.En este proyecto de investigación se efectúo el diseño de la automatización de la cámara climatizada para pruebas de equipos y materiales, con el objetivo de controlar y regular las condiciones atmosféricas en su interior mediante un sistema automático; este sistema es conformado por instrumentos de medición, controladores, sistemas de control y supervisión. Por otro lado, el proyecto comprende la evaluación de los requerimientos de instrumentación y control presentes en la cámara climatizada, exigidos por el Reglamento Técnico de Etiquetado RETIQ y las Normas Técnicas Colombianas 5891 y 5310 que rigen los ensayos de refrigeración domésticos y comerciales. Adicionalmente en el trabajo, se seleccionaron los instrumentos y el control requerido a través de los resultados adquiridos en un modelo matemático planteado en el desarrollo del proyecto. De igual forma, se establecieron los sistemas de control y supervisión en un software de instrumentación virtual, con el fin de recrear en una interfaz los procesos necesarios para ejecutar las pruebas mencionadas y de verificar que los instrumentos seleccionados y la programación efectuada satisfacen el objetivo global. Development of the conceptual engineering required for the construction and design of an LNG plant in Chirano, Ghana
No full textThe principal objective of this project is to develop the conceptual engineering in order to design and build an LNG plant, located in Chirano, Ghana. The contracting enterprise wants to manage and transport 12 MMSCFD to remote locations in Ghana. The actual gasoduct does not have the desired paths that need to be used in order to transport this commodity and building a new want wont make the transportation profitable. That is why, the solution for this issue is to liquify the natural gas to be transported through tanker trucks. The conceptual engineering is needed and is the one developed through this research. First, a description of the country where the plant is going to be located is made, its oil and gas economy and the geographical implications. Followed by the initial description, the LNG general process is explained, including the pretreatment processes and the different liquefaction techniques that are developed nowadays in the industry. Second, the chromatography of the gas that needs to be treated is analyzed, in order to characterize the flow. As a consequence of this characterization and analysis, the design of the plant is done, depending on the composition that the chromatography shows (amount of methane, ethane, propane, heavier hydrocarbons and contaminants). The proper processes are selected hinged on the former characterization and the design criteria provided by the contractor enterprise. The conceptual engineering is developed in the software Aspen Hysys 8.8, where the complete processes are simulated, making special emphasis in the liquefaction process. Finally, a financial study is done in order to evaluate the viability of the development and construction of the LNG plant.El desarrollo de este proyecto tiene como objeto el desarrollo de la ingeniería conceptual para diseñar y construir una planta de GNL ubicada en Chira, Ghana. La empresa contratante desea transportar 12 MMSCFD a locaciones remotas en el país de Ghana, por medio del sistema de gasoducto actual no puede transportarse el gas y las limitaciones económicas no le permiten construir uno nuevo, por consiguiente, empleará un gasoducto virtual para llevar a cabo el plan. En consecuencia, necesita de una planta para licuar el gas natural y cuya ingeniería conceptual es desarrollada en el proyecto en cuestión. En primer lugar, se hace una descripción general del país en donde se va a desarrollar el proyecto, su economía de hidrocarburos y la geografía de las regiones que se ven involucradas. Posteriormente, se hace una exposición sobre la licuefacción de gas natural, es decir, su funcionamiento habitual, los procesos y equipos que emplea y características de los procedimientos. Se procede a analizar el gas que se va a tratar, se utiliza los resultados cromatografía para caracterizar los componentes del gas natural. El diseño de la planta de gas se efectúa a partir de la cromatografía, permitiendo elegir los procesos que se ajuste de acuerdo con los componentes que posee el gas. Se hace una especificación sobre el criterio que se utilizará en el diseño de la planta, incluyendo especificaciones técnicas, asimismo, se indican todo el marco normativo que debe tener el diseño para cumplir con los parámetros vigentes. La ingeniería conceptual de la planta se realiza con el software Aspen Hysys 8.8, simulando la totalidad del proceso y haciendo especial énfasis en el proceso de licuefacción. No full textThe project analyzed the technical and financial viability of the use of hybrid drilling rigs with flexible pipe in the Caño Sur Field in Meta, for this, several selection matrices were made where we compared conventional drills used in the field, pipe drill Flexible and flexible tubing drills. In this way it was possible to determine among all these which was the most suitable drill for a drilling campaign by grouping everything in a main matrix. The historical data of shallow drilling at five thousand feet of conventional drills and hybrids in different locations were compared in order to show with facts the results of the applicability of the HCTD technology.En el proyecto se analizó la viabilidad técnica y financiera del uso de taladros de perforación híbridos con tubería flexible en el Campo Caño Sur en el Meta, para esto, se realizaron diversas matrices de selección donde comparamos taladros convencionales utilizados en el Campo, taladro de tubería flexible y taladros híbridos de tubería flexible. De esta forma se pudo determinar entre todos estos cuál era el taladro más conveniente para una campaña de perforación agrupando todo en una matriz principal. Se compararon los datos históricos de perforaciones someras a cinco mil pies de los taladros convencionales y los híbridos en diversas locaciones con el fin de mostrar con hechos los resultados de la aplicabilidad de la tecnología HCTD.SepSpe
