Development of a maintenance plan for a cummins ISX/450HP/15L engine at the “Servi Diesel Colombia” company in Duitama (Boyacá)
No full textFor the development of this project, initially the information regarding the company Servi Diesel Colombia was collected, as well as that of the vehicles that are presented, thus obtaining the engine with the highest input flow, in the same way the information regarding the Cummins ISX/450HP/15L engine was characterized. This information gives us to analyze the components and the level of importance of each and their due consequences if a failure is generated in one of them. All this is done through a criticality analysis, resulting in the most important subsystems of the engine. After having grouped all this information, the selected engine is studied, starting the criticality analysis procedure focused on the components and subsystems of the engine, in order to carry out its due diagnosis thus prioritizing an order to the realization of the maintenance plan. Following this we study the different types of maintenance and the relationship each has with the production process that is carried out in the company, in order to select the most suitable. Focusing on the diagnostics of critical components and subsystems and the selection of the selected maintenance plan, it was passed to the development of the maintenance plan, where it was carried out: the selection and evaluation of indicators, coding of components, identification of primary and secondary functions, identification of functional and technical failures, failure modes and designation of maintenance tasks.Para el desarrollo de este proyecto, inicialmente se recopilo la información referente a la empresa Servi Diesel Colombia, así como la de los vehículos que se presentan, obteniendo así el motor con mayor flujo de entrada, de igual forma se caracterizó la información referente al motor Cummins ISX/450HP/15L. Con esta información se da analizar los componentes y el nivel de importancia de cada uno y sus debidas consecuencias si se genera un fallo en uno de ellos. Todo esto se hace mediante un análisis de criticidad, dando como resultado los subsistemas más importantes del motor. Luego de haber agrupado toda esta información se procede al estudio del motor seleccionado, dando inicio al procedimiento de análisis de criticidad enfocado en los componentes y subsistemas del motor, con el fin de realizar su debido diagnostico priorizando así un orden a la realización del plan de mantenimiento. Seguido a esto se estudian los diferentes tipos de mantenimiento y la relación que tiene cada uno con el proceso productivo que se lleva en la empresa, para así, seleccionar el más adecuado. Centrándose en los diagnósticos de los componentes y subsistemas críticos y la selección del plan de mantenimiento seleccionado, se pasó al desarrolló del plan de mantenimiento, donde se realizó: la selección y evaluación de indicadores, codificación de componentes, identificación de funciones primarias y secundarias, identificación de fallos funcionales y técnicos, modos de falla y designación de tareas de mantenimiento

No full textThis document conducts research on the social and economic impact of international electronic commerce on Colombian consumers over the past 10 years. In order to identify what these factors have been, we have researched very recent literature, which has helped us to get closer to the current state of electronic commerce in Colombia and the growth it has had, but we have also detected which social factors have changed. and the economic ones that have managed to generate competitive advantages in some Colombian competitors worldwide. The result of the research is reflected in the current Colombian panorama, where an exponential growth in the matter has been demonstrated, but there are still many gaps to be addressed due to the wide digital gap that exists at a society level and an economic level. On the information presented, some recommendations are given for future lines of study and opens the door to the generation of confidence for those who are curious about the world of digital transformation.En el presente documento se realiza una investigación sobre el impacto social y económico del comercio electrónico internacional en los consumidores colombianos, durante los últimos 10 años. Para lograr llegar a identificar cuáles han sido estos factores hemos investigado literatura muy reciente, que nos ha ayudado a aproximarnos al estado actual del comercio electrónico en Colombia y el crecimiento que ha tenido, pero además hemos podido evaluar cuales han sido esos factores sociales que han cambiado y los factores económicos que han logrado generar ventajas competitivas en algunos competidores colombianos a nivel mundial. El resultado de la investigación se ve reflejado en el panorama actual colombiano, donde se ha mostrado un crecimiento exponencial en el uso de comercio electrónico, pero que aún quedan muchos vacíos por abordar en el tema, debido a la amplia brecha digital que existe a nivel de sociedad y a nivel económico en Colombia. Sobre la información presentada se dan algunas recomendaciones para futuras líneas de estudio y abre la puerta a la generación de confianza para los que sienten curiosidad por el mundo de la transformación digital
Fluid characterization of different hydrocarbon fluid systems in presence of unusual CO2 contents through the generation of fluid models for de Caballos formation in the Putumayo Basin
No full textFirstly, an integrated analysis of the reservoir was carried out throughout its productive life, through the collection, validation and understanding of the information obtained. A compositional analysis of all available fluid samples was then performed, with a very wide range of API density, using as a theoretical framework the three-parameter gamma function adopted by the oil industry for compositional modeling of atmospheric crude oil distributions. Subsequently, the PVT data corresponding to black oils, volatile oils, retrograde gases and near-critical point systems were adjusted by applying the three-parameter Peng-Robinson Cubic Equation of State. Finally, the initialization of the developed fluid model was performed, in the CMGWinProp software applying four scenarios of sensitization to the compositional gradient model and identifying the equilibrium and non-equilibrium mechanisms.En primer lugar, se realizó un análisis integrado del yacimiento a lo largo de su vida productiva, mediante la recopilación, validación y comprensión de la información obtenida. A continuación, se realizó un análisis composicional de todas las muestras de fluidos disponibles, con un rango muy amplio de densidad API, usando como marco teórico la función gamma de tres parámetros adoptada por la industria del petróleo para modelar distribuciones composicionales de crudos atmosféricos. Posteriormente se efectuó el ajuste de la data PVT correspondiente a aceites negros, aceites volátiles, gases condensados y sistemas cercanos al punto crítico mediante la aplicación de la Ecuación Cubica de estado Peng-Robinson de tres parámetros. Finalmente, se realizó la inicialización del modelo de fluidos desarrollado, en el software CMGWinProp aplicando cuatro escenarios de sensibilización al modelo de gradiente composicional e identificando los mecanismos de equilibrio y no equilibrio.Ecopetrol S.A

Development of silver nanocomposites as in-vitro disinfecting agents
No full textThe present work evaluates the application of silver nanostructured compounds (AgNCs) as bactericidal agents. The trials were carried out on two strains of bacteria, one Gram Negative and another Gram Positive as a reference, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus respectively. The synthesized nanocomposite used iron nanoparticles (NPIO) as substrate, coated by iron oxide (Fe3O4 - NPIO). In order to control subsequent oxidation processes, as well as increase the surface area and biocompatibility of the nanoparticles, the NPIOs were coated with a silicon oxide precursor sun (SiO2), to finally decorate them with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). NPIOs were produced by a coprecipiation process, as were AgNPs. The SiO2 sun was synthesized by ultrasound-assisted sol-gel methodology. Trials to determine the minimum biocide dose (DMB) were advanced in-vitro. The DMB tests showed that all synthesized AgNCs exhibited bacteriostatic and bactericidal behavior, according to the dose of AgNPs used, this being a viable alternative for the disinfection of materials contaminated with pathogenic microorganisms, friendly to the environment, since the AgNCs have paramagnetic properties and can be recovered by interaction with an electromagnetic field.El presente trabajo evalúa la aplicación de compuestos nanoestructurados de plata (AgNCs) como agentes bactericidas. Los ensayos fueron adelantados sobre dos cepas de bacterias una Gram Negativa y otra Gram Positiva como referente, la Escherichia coli y el Staphylococcus aureus respectivamente. El nanocompuesto sintetizado empleó como sustrato nanopartículas de hierro (NPIO), recubiertas por óxido de hierro (Fe3O4 - NPIO). Con el fin de controlar procesos de oxidación posteriores, así como aumentar el área superficial y biocompatibilidad de las nanopartículas, las NPIO fueron recubiertas con un sol precursor de óxido de silicio (SiO2), para finalmente decorarlas con nanopartículas de plata (AgNPs). Las NPIO fueron producidas por un proceso de coprecipiatación, al igual que las AgNPs. El sol de SiO2 se sintetizó por metodología sol-gel asistida por ultrasonidos. Los ensayos para determinar la dosis mínima biocida (DMB) fueron adelantados in-vitro. Los ensayos sobre la DMB evidenciaron que la totalidad de AgNCs sintetizadas exhiben un comportamiento bacteriostático y bactericida, según la dosis de AgNPs empleada, siendo ésta una alternativa viable para la desinfección de materiales contaminados con microorganismos patógenos, amable con el medio, toda vez que las AgNCs tienen propiedades paramagnéticas y pueden ser recuperadas por interacción con un campo electromagnético

No full textSo it facilitated the splicing of the operations carried out with the planning steps, allowing to visualize the data in the “Planned vs. Actual Summary Report” report of Open Wells®, that compares the planning with the execution times, showing the gaps between them which represent the Invisible Lost Time (ILT). Consecutively, the statistic analysis was made along with the excellence lines, where the probable well and the Best Composite Time (MTC) well are exposed. Based on the above, the improvement opportunity in Castilla resulted in 5.3 days and in Castilla Norte was 4.7 days, additionally the economic viability of the project was analyzed, it embraced the probable savings achieved if the proposed objective was reached.Consistió en el diseño de una metodología para estandarizar las operaciones, fundamentada en la incorporación del Drilling Work On Paper (DWOP) en el software Open Wells®, para facilitar el empalme de las operaciones ejecutadas con los pasos de la planeación. Dicha información se visualiza en el reporte “Planned vs Actual Summary Report” y a partir de ello se discretizaron los tiempos involucrados, entre los que se determinó el Tiempo de Perdidas Invisibles (ILT) al destacar las brechas operacionales. Se procedió con el análisis estadístico y se elaboraron las Líneas de Excelencia, en donde se expone el pozo probable y el Mejor Tiempo Compuesto (MTC). De allí se determinó la oportunidad de mejora que resultó en Castilla de 5.3 días y Castilla Norte de 4.7 días, además del análisis económico que involucra el ahorro estimado si se lograra alcanzar el objetivo propuesto.Ecopetro

No full textThe current investigation has as its purpose the technical-financial evaluation of the process to obtain açaí oil starting from the waste from the pulping process of this fruit on a laboratory scale, which was carried out under the directional parameters of the Technopark of the SIGN. It should be noted that there are different types of oils, depending on their origin, they are classified into vegetable or animal oils, and these are highly desired in the industry due to their nutritional contribution, which contributes to giving added value to different traditional products, whether for human consumption or for body care. Açaí is a low-consumption fruit locally, currently the companies that process this fruit are marketing it in the form of hearts of palm, pulp and derived products.La actual investigación lleva como propósito la evaluación técnico-financiera del proceso para la obtención de aceite de açaí partiendo de los desechos del proceso de despulpado de esta fruta a una escala de laboratorio, la cual se llevó a cabo bajo los parámetros direccionales del Tecnoparque del SENA. Cabe resaltar que existen diferentes tipos de aceites, dependiendo de su origen se llegan a clasificar en aceites vegetales o animales, y estos son altamente apetecidos en la industria debido a su aporte nutricional contribuye a darle un valor agregado a diferentes productos tradicionales, bien sean para el consumo humano o para el cuidado corporal. El açaí es un fruto de bajo consumo a nivel local, actualmente las compañías procesadoras de este fruto lo están comercializando en forma de palmitos, pulpa y productos derivados

For the optimal development of this project, financial aspects will be analyzed, such as commercial strategies for product positioning in foreign territory, taking into account the production of national potatoes. In this way it was possible to demonstrate the potential according to the consumption made by Norway of the product. Make an export strategy and implement the incoterm ex - work, which allows the importer to modify the configuration at the manufacturing point, thus reducing transport costs and sending the route to the destination country. Likewise, the Neil Borden model “the concept of the marketing mix” was implemented, which allows such a clear and efficient export strategy to be carried out, through 4 fundamental elements: product, price, promotion and place.El presente proyecto permite describir una aproximación a un plan de negocios de exportación de papa a la francesa hacia Noruega, debido a la gran importación de papa que realiza dicho país, y teniendo en cuenta la facilidad de producir y transformar la materia prima en nuestro país. Para el desarrollo óptimo de este proyecto se analizaron aspectos tanto financieros, como estrategias comerciales para el posicionamiento del producto en territorio extranjero, teniendo en cuenta la producción de papa nacional. De esta manera se pudo evidenciar el potencial de acuerdo con el consumo que realiza Noruega del producto. Se realizo una estrategia de exportación y se implementó el incoterm ex – work, el cual permite que el importador reciba la mercancía en el punto de fabrica nuestro, logrando así reducir costos de transporte y envió de la mercancía hacia el país de destino. Evaluation of the addition of gulupa as an additional ingredient, for the production of an artisanal beer type ale
No full textIn the present investigation, the addition of gulupa (Passiflora pinnatistipula) was evaluated as an added ingredient to a craft beer type Ale in the microbrewery "La Verónica". In order to establish a recipe for the beer, a physical and antimicrobial treatment was evaluated, which obtained satisfactory results, since it was effective against the microbial load, without negatively affecting the organoleptic properties of the fruit. On the other hand, it was determined that the optimal stage for adding gulupa to the brewing process is maturation; result that was supported by running a sensory panel. Additionally, the final product was evaluated by a brewmaster who is a certified BJCP judge, who classified the gulupa beer within the Blonde Ale style. In addition, physicochemical tests were carried out, where the volume / volume percentage, pH, color (EBC) and the IBU grades of the final product were determined. On the other hand, through the use of Petrifilm 3M® tests, microbiological tests were carried out on the final product, ensuring the quality and safety of the beer. Finally, by means of a cost analysis, the economic viability of the project was determined for its execution in the “La Verónica” microbrewery, located in the city of Bogotá.En la presente investigación se evaluó la adición de gulupa (Passiflora pinnatistipula) como ingrediente adjunto a una cerveza artesanal tipo Ale en la micro cervecería “La Verónica”. Con la finalidad de establecer una receta para dicha bebida, se evaluó un tratamiento físico y antimicrobiano el cual obtuvo resultados satisfactorios, ya que fue efectivo contra la carga microbiana, sin afectar negativamente las propiedades organolépticas de la fruta. Por otro lado, se determinó que la etapa óptima de adición de gulupa al proceso cervecero es la maduración; resultado que fue respaldado mediante la ejecución de un panel sensorial. Adicionalmente, el producto final fue evaluado por un maestro cervecero el cual es un juez certificado BJCP, quien clasificó a la cerveza de gulupa dentro del estilo Blonde Ale. En adición, se realizaron pruebas fisicoquímicas, en donde se determinó el porcentaje volumen/volumen, pH, color (EBC) y los grados IBU del producto final. Por otro lado, mediante el uso de pruebas Petrifilm 3M® se realizaron las pruebas microbiológicas al producto final, asegurando la calidad e inocuidad de la cerveza. Finalmente, mediante un análisis de costos se determinó la viabilidad económica del proyecto para su ejecución en la micro cervecería “La Verónica”, ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá
