No full textFollowing the constant problem of violence and underdevelopment in Colombia, the comprehensive agricultural and rural structure is analyzed on the basis of the peace agreement as the various substantive problems present in the country and in some countries can be highlighted region. In turn, we understand the pre- and during-peace stages of the agricultural and rural structure in a shift-mandate measurement environment as Colombia has suffered from strong public policies focused on the field and have created strong imbalances in both the use and tenure of the land, since this means the internal armed conflict is caused by both guerrillas, paramilitaries and the National Army for more than 50 years.A raíz de la constante problemática de violencia y subdesarrollo en Colombia se analiza la estructura agraria y rural integral con base en el marco del acuerdo de paz ya que se puede evidenciar las diversas problemáticas de fondo que se presencia en el país y en algunos países de la región. A su vez se comprende las etapas antes y durante del proceso de paz evidenciando los cambios y aspectos de la estructura agraria y rural en un entorno de medición por mandatos de turno ya que Colombia ha padecido y padece de fuertes políticas públicas enfocadas hacia el campo que han originado fuertes desequilibrios tanto en el uso como en la tenencia de la tierra ya que por este medio se origina el conflicto armado interno tanto por guerrillas, paramilitares y el ejército Nacional por más de 50 años

No full textThe drilling and completion process at Ecopetrol S.A, aims to plan and execute the development of a project in the most profitable way possible; For this reason, identifying the limiters and mitigating them through strategic planning that allows optimizing time and costs has become a factor of investigation and of utmost importance for the company. As a result, Ecopetrol S.A has implemented different methodologies to identify invisible loss times or non-optimized activities within planning, which generate increases in execution times, modifying the planned costs within the Authorization for expenditure (AFE). Through the standardization of optimization strategies for operations with an emphasis on planning, we have carried out this project in Campo Rubiales. This project consists of analyzing the different variables present in the Daily Operation Report, Well planning report and the Drilling Work On Paper. These reports are found in the Ecopetrol S.A database in the OpenWells software that works together with the Data Analyzer software for data extraction, which through querys identifies and extracts the necessary information.El proceso de perforación y completamiento en Ecopetrol S.A, tiene como objetivo planear y ejecutar el desarrollo de un proyecto de la forma más rentable posible; por esto, identificar los limitadores y mitigarlos mediante una planeación estratégica que permita optimizar tiempos y costos se ha convertido en un factor de investigación y de suma importancia para la compañía. Como resultado, Ecopetrol S.A ha implementado diferentes metodologías para identificar tiempos de perdidas invisibles o actividades no optimizadas dentro de la planeación, las cuales generan aumentos en los tiempos de ejecución modificando los costos planeados dentro del AFE. A través de la estandarización de estrategias de optimización de las operaciones con énfasis en la planeación, Se ha realizado el presente proyecto en el Campo Rubiales el cual consiste en analizar las diferentes variables presentes en el Daily Operation Report, Well Planning y el Drilling Work On Paper. No full textAn environmental management plan is aimed primarily at promoting the conservation and/or preservation of a given ecosystem, taking into account a series of objectives that allow the definition of the conservation status of the resources, the identification of environmental aspects and impacts and the establishment of guidelines to prevent, mitigate, control, compensate and correct the possible effects of human activities. Given this, the present work aims to formulate management measures in a section of the protected area in the Las Delicias ravine; since, being part of the Eastern Hills of Bogota, has a great diversity that is affected by different recreational activities such as hiking and/or ecotourism. The study area was established taking into account the tourist and cultural influence of the site; on the other hand, an assessment was made of the ecosystem services provided by the creek through a state of conservation of the water resource; for this, in-situ physicochemical analysis was carried out with a multiparameter HI98194. The Decree 1076 of 2015 Article 2.2.3.3.9.10 establishes some admissible quality values for the preservation of flora and fauna that allowed to determine the current state.Un plan de manejo ambiental está orientado principalmente a fomentar la conservación y/o preservación de un ecosistema determinado, teniendo en cuenta, una serie de objetivos que permiten la definición del estado de conservación de los recursos, la identificación de los aspectos e impactos ambientales y el establecimiento de lineamientos que permiten prevenir, mitigar, controlar, compensar y corregir los posibles efectos de las actividades antrópicas. Dado esto, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo formular medidas de gestión en un tramo del área protegida en la quebrada las Delicias; ya que, al ser parte de los Cerros Orientales de Bogotá, cuenta con una gran diversidad que se ve afectada por diferentes actividades recreativas como el senderismo y/o ecoturismo. El área de estudio se estableció teniendo en cuenta la influencia turística y cultural que tiene el lugar; por otro lado, se realizó la valoración de los servicios ecosistémicos que brinda la quebrada a través de un estado de conservación del recurso hídrico; para esto, se llevó acabo la realización de análisis fisicoquímicos in-situ con una multiparametros HI98194. Evaluation of a rubber sole formulation according to NTMD-0099-A5 for Croydon Colombia S.A.
No full textThe purpose of this degree work is to evaluate the development of a new rubber sole formulation based on the requirements of the NTMD-0099-A5 standard of the Ministry of National Defense. For this purpose, 3 main chapters were developed that will be divided into the most important stages of the process, which are: pre-experimentation, experimentation and development of a prototype sole with the final mixture. Finally, in the fifth chapter is the final stage that corresponds to the development of the sole prototype. Having the final combination, the sole is molded into a press, where an existing mold will be taken in the company to be able to take samples from it and re-measure the properties already mentioned. The results are compared between normal and sole-made test specimens, and compliance with NTMD-0099-A5 is checked. To conclude, we find the cost analysis at laboratory scale to determine if the proposal is economically viable.Este trabajo de grado tiene como finalidad realizar la evaluación del desarrollo de una nueva formulación de suela en caucho basado en las exigencias de la norma NTMD-0099-A5 del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. Para dicho objetivo se desarrollaron 3 capítulos principales que se dividirán en las etapas más importantes del proceso que son: pre-experimentación, experimentación y desarrollo de un prototipo de suela con la mezcla final. Teniendo la combinación final se realiza el moldeo de la suela en una prensa, donde se utilizó un molde ya existente de la entidad para poder sacar probetas de éste y volver a medir las propiedades ya descritas. Se realiza la comparación de los resultados entre las probetas normales y las hechas de suela, y se comprueba el cumplimiento de la norma NTMD-0099-A5. Para concluir, se encuentra el análisis de costos a escala laboratorio para determinar si la propuesta es viable económicamente.Croydon Colombia S.A

In addition to the above, it is a trend that in recent years, the main concern of the countries is to be comparable, and thereby compete against each other in order to create an environment of collective improvement in which the rules of the game for investment and development are at a similar level in almost all countries in the world, therefore the need arises to study how this evolution has been in terms of the tax system and how it has been related to this desire to compete and be competitive in order to show itself as a more visible country and with better guarantees for investment, the well-being of the population and joint development.Durante los últimos años, Colombia ha pasado por diferentes reformas tributarias, las cuales han exigido por parte del Gobierno atender las necesidades particulares que la historia va presentando, esta atención se ve traducida en un gasto o una inversión que se tiene que llevar a cabo para de tal forma cumplir con las metas establecidas. No full textAnalyzing the study corridor, it is proposed to coordinate the systems of the territory to contribute to the economic development and ecological conservation of the corridor, expanding the opportunities for progress and the quality of life of its inhabitants based on the design of the partial plan that projects ecological tourism as the organizing axis of economic and social dynamics. As a priority, the plan will potentiate the vocation of the corridor by optimally reorganizing the variables, with the aim of generating harmony between the environment and socio-economic activities, new approaches and developments from the educational field, reduction and control of environmental impact, implementation and alternative energy training, implementation of ICTs as an element of connection throughout the corridor, taking into account that the location of the Soacha - Melgar corridor has a great natural, water, heritage, social and productive wealth. With great diversity of thermal floors, products and culture being the economic door to the capital. Problems are evidenced in the environmental variable, due to waste of the soil and / or excessive productivity, deforestation, contamination of water basins, growth of settlements adjacent to the road, lack of administrative control in the economic area, increase of agricultural products and desertion towards nearby municipalities, lack of sense of belonging and in conclusion the loss of resources; analyzing these effects, it is proposed to generate a complete chain of production, collection, collection and distribution of products throughout the corridor, as well as a new cultural vision and appropriation of the territory.Analizando el corredor de estudio se plantea coordinar los sistemas del territorio para contribuir en el desarrollo económico y de conservación ecológica del corredor, ampliando las oportunidades de progreso y la calidad de vida de sus habitantes a partir del diseño del plan parcial que proyecta el turismo ecológico como eje organizador de las dinámicas económicas y sociales. Como prioridad el plan, potencializará la vocación del corredor reorganizando de forma óptima las variables, con el objetivo de generar armonía entre el medio ambiente y la actividades socioeconómicas, nuevos enfoques y desarrollos desde el ámbito educativo, disminución y control del impacto ambiental, implementación y capacitación de energías alternativas, implementación de las TIC’S como elemento de conexión a lo largo de todo el corredor, teniendo en cuenta que la ubicación del corredor Soacha – Melgar cuenta con gran riqueza natural, hídrica, patrimonial, social y productiva. Con gran diversidad de pisos térmicos, productos y cultura siendo la puerta económica hacia la capital. Se evidencian problemáticas en la variable ambiental, por desaprovechamiento del suelo y/o productividad desmedida, deforestación, contaminación de cuencas hídricas, crecimiento de asentamientos colindantes a la vía, falta de control administrativo en el área económica, incremento de los productos agrícolas y deserción hacia los municipios cercanos, falta de sentido de pertenencia y en conclusión la pérdida de recursos; analizando estas afectaciones se plantea generar una cadena completa de producción, recolección, acopio y distribución de productos en todo el corredor, así como una nueva visión cultural y apropiación del territori
Evaluation of the scaling and obtaining of polyhydroxybutyrate from the mutated strain Burkholderia cepacia B27
No full textThe present degree work was carried out based on what was previously worked in the Institute of Biotechnology of the National University (IBUN), in the production of biopolymers from the mutated strain Burkholderia Cepacia B27 in order to perform an escalation of said process from a 7-liter bioreactor to a 100 liter reactor with the addition of a carbon source pulse to maximize the production of polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB). The first thing that was done was a balance of matter to know the amount of source of carbon, in this case vegetable oil, which will enter the environment with the in order to prolong the exponential phase and thus increase cell growth and polymer accumulation. Subsequently, the batch strategy fed in the different fermentations, for this purpose a pulse of vegetable oil was added during the exponential phase of the growth kinetics of the strain. Ending this stage was chosen the condition where the highest amount of polymer was obtained accumulated in the cells which was strategy number two, with a pulse of 44.091g / L at hour 22.El presente trabajo de grado se realizó con base a lo previamente trabajado en el Instituto de Biotecnología de la Universidad Nacional (IBUN), en la producción de biopolímeros a partir de la cepa mutada Burkholderia Cepacia B27 con el fin de realizar un escalamiento de dicho proceso desde un biorreactor de 7 litros a un reactor de 100 litros con adición de un pulso de fuente de carbono para maximizar la producción de polihidroxibutirato (PHB). Lo primero que se realizó fue un balance de materia para conocer la cantidad de fuente de carbono, en este caso aceite vegetal, el cual se ingresará al medio con el fin de prolongar la fase exponencial y así aumentar el crecimiento celular y la acumulación del polímero. Posteriormente se procedió a evaluar la estrategia de lote alimentado en las diferentes fermentaciones, para este fin se añadió un pulso de aceite vegetal durante la fase exponencial de la cinética de crecimiento de la cepa. Technical.financial evaluation of a concentration method of virgin sacha inchi oil (plukenetia volubilis) as a source of omega-3
No full textIn this project, the technical-financial evaluation of the selection of a method of concentration of virgin oil of sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) as a source of omega-3 is carried out, where the physicochemical characteristics of the oil were determined at laboratory level, which were compared with Resolution 2154 of 2012 issued in Bogotá and the Peruvian Technical Standard NTP 151.400: 2014. After this, the fractional crystallization method was selected for the concentration of omega-3 fatty acids from sacha inchi oil by means of a decision matrix, and in turn the technical specifications of fractional crystallization were established where the most important variables of the process were estimated, which correspond to the raw material pretreatment temperature, operating temperature, stirring speed and crystallization final time.En este proyecto se realiza la evaluación técnico-financiera de la selección de un método de concentración de aceite virgen de sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) como fuente de omega-3, donde se determinaron a nivel laboratorio las características fisicoquímicas del aceite las cuales se compararon con la Resolución 2154 de 2012 dada en Bogotá y la Norma Técnica Peruana NTP 151.400:2014. Posterior a esto se seleccionó el método de cristalización fraccionada para la concentración de los ácidos grasos omega-3 del aceite de sacha inchi por medio de una matriz de decisión y a su vez se establecieron las especificaciones técnicas de la cristalización fraccionada donde se estimaron las variables más importantes del proceso las cuales corresponden a la temperatura de pretratamiento de la materia prima, temperatura de operación, velocidad de agitación y tiempo final de cristalización
