Design of a textil screen printing automatic machine at Agil Linea deportiva situated in Bogota D.C.
No full textIn this project we designed an automated textile screen printing machine for the company Ágil Línea Deportiva. This with the intention of improving the operation times, the quality of the final product and give the company the opportunity to be more competitive in its market. As a first step, the current situation of the textile screen printing machines present in the market is studied, studying their operating characteristics. The purpose of this is to propose the functional mode of the machine to be designed, focusing on the input and output variables and the systems needed to transform them. After this, the design alternatives of the machine are proposed in order to select the most adequate one. Once the best alternative is selected, the detailed design of each of the systems that compose it is carried out, sizing the parts in compliance with the failure criteria. After obtaining the drawings and the parts that make up the machine, the required manuals are prepared, such as the operation, safety, maintenance and installation manuals. Finally, an evaluation of the environmental impact of the machine and a financial study that shows the profitability of the machine for the company are carried out.En este proyecto se realizó el diseño de una máquina automatizada de serigrafía textil para la empresa Ágil Línea deportiva. Esto con la intención de mejorar los tiempos de operación, la calidad del producto final y darle a la empresa la oportunidad de ser más competitiva en su mercado. Como primer paso se estudia la situación actual de las máquinas de serigrafía textil presentes en el mercado, estudiando las características de funcionamiento. Esto con el propósito de plantear el modo funcional de la máquina a diseñar, enfocándose en las variables de entrada y de salida; y los sistemas necesarios para transformarlas. Seguido de esto, se plantean las alternativas de diseño de la máquina para seleccionar la más adecuada. Una vez es seleccionada la mejor alternativa, se realiza el diseño en detalle de cada uno de los sistemas que la componen, dimensionando las piezas cumpliendo los criterios de falla. Luego de obtener los planos y las piezas que componen la máquina, se elaboran los manuales que esta requiere, tales como el de operación, seguridad, mantenimiento e instalación. Finalmente se realiza una evaluación de impacto ambiental que pueda presentar la máquina y un estudio financiero que muestra a grandes rasgos la rentabilidad que esta pueda representar para la empresa

Due to the above, and under other premises discussed below, it is intended to carry out an analysis regarding the participation of the different planning tools of territorial entities in relation to food security and sovereignty, by specific definition of the present study for the municipality of Tena, therefore of its Territorial Ordering Scheme, of the Development Plan for the period 2020-2024, ordinances, resolutions and different public policies oriented to food sovereignty and security, carrying out a proposal that as defined in The study is about evaluating the "Scope of the Territorial Planning Instruments of the Municipality of Tena in Food Security and Sovereignty".La actual crisis mundial a causa de la pandemia por Covid-19 ha mostrado de manera más drástica la inequidad social y la falta de recursos para muchas comunidades en todas las regiones del mundo, por lo que se hace necesario la adecuación y desarrollo desde las ciudades de nuevas formas político-administrativas para el control y mejor funcionamiento del comercio, las industrias, las ofertas de servicios; es donde los habitantes y sus familias buscan asentarse para mejorar su calidad de vida. Characterization of contemporary leadership that contributes to the growth and better positioning of mipymes in the colombian construction sector
No full textThis research was carried out in order to provide specific leadership studies to the construction sector, trying to cover the literature of the different types of leadership that have existed over the years until reaching the contemporary leadership that best suits this type of company. Likewise, the characteristics and the predominant organizational scheme were investigated and finally the characteristics that generate value of efficiency and effectiveness were related to the MiPymes of the Colombian construction sector. I believe that this research is timely because the literature on leadership as a management tool in companies is very little, being more limited when it specifically deals with the construction sector; It is for this reason that it was decided to prepare a series of surveys aimed at managers and directors of MiPymes in this sector to find out how they perceive leadership within their companies. From the results of the surveys, it could be inferred that everyone is convinced that leadership is important to obtain good results in their management as managers for which they are very well prepared, but not all see clearly how to focus leadership within their companies in the different departments or positions.Esta investigación se realizó con la finalidad de aportar estudios de liderazgo específicos al sector constructor, tratando de abarcar la literatura de los diferentes tipos de liderazgo que han existido a través de los años hasta llegar al liderazgo contemporáneo que más se adapta a este tipo de empresas, así mismo se indagaron los características y el esquema organizacional que predomina y por último se relacionaron las características que generen valor de eficiencia y efectividad a las MiPymes del sector constructor colombiano. Considero que esta investigación es oportuna debido a que la literatura que se encuentra sobre el liderazgo como herramienta gerencial en las empresas es muy poca siendo más limitada cuando se trata específicamente del sector de la construcción; es por esta razón que se decidió elaborar unas serie de encuestas dirigidas a los gerentes y directivos de empresas MiPymes de este sector para indagar como ellos perciben el liderazgo dentro de sus compañías. De los resultados de las encuestas se pudo inferir que todos están convencidos que el liderazgo es importante para obtener buenos resultados en su gestión como gerentes para lo cual están muy bien preparados, pero no todos ven con claridad como enfocar el liderazgo dentro de sus compañías en los diferentes departamentos o cargos

No full textThe loss of volumetric capacity in the dumping system represents the waste of fluid treatment capacity, which translates into loss of production. In this project, a hydraulic analysis was carried out, based on the design and operational information of the Campo Rubiales dumping system, through the construction of 3 different simulation cases (Ideal Case, Pump Test Representation Case and Current Case). From the comparison of the design properties such as the factor “C” between the cases, the pressure profiles obtained and the comparison of pressure and flow in the distribution head towards the discharge branches C, D and E, it was obtained As a result, the difference in pressure readings at this point between the Pump Test Representation Case and the actual test data was 28 Psig in a system with a common “C” factor for pipes in good condition.La pérdida de capacidad volumétrica en el sistema de vertimiento representa el desaprovechamiento en la capacidad de tratamiento de fluido lo cual se traduce en pérdida de producción. En este proyecto se realizó un análisis hidráulico, a partir de la información de diseño y operativa del sistema de vertimiento de Campo Rubiales, mediante la construcción de 3 distintos casos de simulación (Caso Ideal, Caso Representación Prueba de Bombas y Caso Actual). A partir de la comparación de las propiedades de diseño como el factor “C” entre los casos, los perfiles de presión obtenidos y la comparación de presión y caudal en el cabezal de distribución hacia los ramales de vertimiento C, D y E, se obtuvo como resultado que la diferencia de lecturas de presión en este punto entre el Caso Representación Prueba de Bombas y los verdaderos datos de la prueba era de 28 Psig en un sistema con un factor “C” común para tuberías en buen estado

No full textIn Colombia, various investigations have been carried out on mental illnesses and the effects they have on daily life, determining these as a major problem to be treated due to their great scope and consequences, affecting an average of 2 out of 5 people in the country . Due to this, a population analysis is made where the Caribbean area is determined as an important delimitation to be treated, determining that the most suitable place for the implementation of the architectural project is the municipality of Cartagena due to the problems of social and economic inequality, intra-family violence and nearby consequences of the armed conflict, which are triggers for the deterioration of psycho-mental conditions. For all the above, it seeks to develop a new adaptable spatial model of a psychiatric center, which supplants a large part of the Caribbean population of the country, based on the use of hybrid architectural design, mixed organic infrastructure in native wood, steel and concrete, and harmonic therapeutic spaces that adapt to the medical treatment needs, in addition to promoting the implementation of the healing architecture created by Stefan Lundin in psychiatric settings, to improve and stabilize the mind-body psycho-haptic sensations and the recovery of the patients.En Colombia se han realizado diversas investigaciones sobre las enfermedades mentales y los efectos que tienen en la vida cotidiana, determinando estas como una problemática mayor a tratar por su gran alcance y consecuencias, llegando a afectar un promedio de 2 de cada 5 personas en el país. Debido a esto se hace un análisis poblacional donde se determina la zona caribe como una delimitación importante a tratar, determinando que el lugar más adecuado para la implementación del proyecto arquitectónico es el municipio de Cartagena debido a las problemáticas de desigualdad social y económica, violencia intrafamiliar y secuelas del conflicto armado cercanas, las cuales son detonantes para el deterioro de las condiciones psico-mentales. Por todo lo anterior, se busca desarrollar un nuevo modelo espacial adaptable de un centro psiquiátrico, que supla a una gran parte de la población caribe del país, fundamentado en el uso del diseño arquitectónico híbrido, la infraestructura orgánica mixta en madera nativa, acero y concreto, y los espacios terapéuticos armónicos que se adapten a las necesidades médicas de tratamiento, además de fomentar la implementación de la arquitectura curativa creada por Stefan Lundin en recintos psiquiátricos, para mejorar y estabilizar las sensaciones psico-hápticas cuerpo-mente y la recuperación de los pacientes

No full textThe main objective of the following project is to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of unconventional standards for the application of continuous steam injection, being used as an improved recovery technique for the area under study, which consists of the principle of decreasing viscosity from of the heat transfer between the injected steam and the fluid in the reservoir, the area had been operating through an alternate injection of steam, having condensation problems of the injected steam, thus generating problems due to the capillary pressure and consequently for the displacement of the reservoir fluids, to solve this it is proposed that through a continuous injection the change in viscosity is generated and the fluid displacement is improved.El siguiente proyecto cuenta como objetivo principal evaluar la efectividad de la aplicación de patrones no convencionales para la aplicación de la inyección continua de vapor siendo utilizado como técnica de recobro mejorado para la zona en estudio la cual consta de principio de disminución de la viscosidad a partir de la transferencia de calor entre el vapor inyectado y el fluido en yacimiento , el área venía funcionando a través de una inyección alterna de vapor teniendo problemas de condensamiento del vapor inyectado generando así problemas por la presión capilar y consiguiente a esto para el desplazamiento de los fluidos en yacimiento , para solucionar esto se propone que a través de una inyección continua se genere el cambio en la viscosidad y se mejore el desplazamiento de fluidos

However, the increase in the production and consumption of textiles has triggered several environmental problems, from the manufacturing process to the use of the garments, generating post-industrial and post-consumer waste, which could be recycled or reused to increase the useful life of these products.En los últimos años se ha evidenciado el crecimiento de la industria textil en Colombia y alrededor del mundo, impactando positivamente la dinámica de ocupación laboral y la economía de las ciudades.
