The main objective of the work is to design a retention program for the workers of the company MG CONSULTORES SAS, for this a current identification of the policies of the company MG CONSULTORES SAS is carried out in the area of human talent that is available to obtain retention of workers and the causes of staff turnover in the company MG CONSULTORES SAS are measured through surveys. These surveys were carried out in the area of roses variety freedom to a representative sample of 98 workers, generated by statistical results and under the Likert-type scale, sent via online by WhatsApp on the Google Forms platform, carrying out a descriptive-correlational study.El presente trabajo se realiza en la empresa de flores MG CONSULTORES S.A.S ubicada en el municipio de Chía Cundinamarca, vereda la Fagua, en el área de rosas. No full textThe present work aims to develop a pre-feasibility study from the legal, technical and financial perspective for the expansion of the hotel portfolio offered by Fenix SAS entrepreneurs. The accommodation with which you want to expand the portfolio is glamping, which is a type of alternative accommodation that fuses the camping experience with the luxuries and comforts of a traditional hotel. The methodology that was carried out for the development of the work, has as its beginning the realization of a diagnosis of the environment that surrounds the project, internally and externally. Then the legal information was collected, where the requirements requested by the Anapoima mayor's office were taken into account, the regulations, the tax aspects -in these the government issued some reliefs to reactivate this sector- and the Colombian Technical Standard -the which defines the criteria for an establishment to be certified for quality. The technical study was continued, in which aspects such as the location of the glamping and the infrastructure and personnel requirements for the operation of the glamping were highlighted. As a result of the work, the NPV of the project is presented, 2,418,006,687, which should be made for the implementation and provision of the service.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un estudio de prefactibilidad desde la perspectiva legal, técnica y financiera para la ampliación del portafolio hotelero ofrecido por los empresarios Fenix SAS. El alojamiento con el que se quiere ampliar el portafolio es el glamping, el cual es un tipo de hospedaje alternativo que fusiona la experiencia del camping con los lujos y comodidades de un hotel tradicional. La metodología que se llevó acabo para el desarrollo del trabajo, tiene como inicio la realización de un diagnóstico del entorno que rodea el proyecto, de forma interna y externa. Luego se realizó el levantamiento de información legal, en donde se tuvo en cuenta los requerimientos pedidos por la alcaldía de Anapoima, la normatividad, los aspectos tributarios -en estos el gobierno emitió algunos alivios para reactivar este sector- y la Norma Técnica colombiana -la cual define los criterios para que un establecimiento pueda certificarse de calidad-. Se continuo con el estudio técnico, en este se resaltaron aspectos como la localización del glamping y los requerimientos de infraestructura y personal para la operación del glamping. Como resultado del trabajo se presenta el VPN del proyecto, 2.418.006.687, que se debería efectuar para la implementación y prestación del servicio

For this research, the HACIENDA JOSE MARIA project, located in the Municipality of Silvania - Cundinamarca, which was developed by the Society between 2013 and 2018, will be taken as a basis. In this, there were different programming problems and significant cost overruns, which showed a significant lack of planning processes from the beginning of the work.Al buscar identificar y aplicar herramientas de planificación en edificaciones privadas, es claro que cuando se dirige a pequeñas empresas como en este caso la Sociedad MERA PEÑA, se carece de estos procesos vitales que son de fundamental importancia para que un proyecto se desarrolle de manera tal que no presente retrasos en su programación o pérdidas económicas. It answers the question through two tools: Coaching and Neuromanagement, and proposes a guide whose objective is for project managers to strengthen the skills and competencies required in this industry in their work team to improve their results.La industria de las artes gráficas colombianas está expuesta a su desaparición debido a la digitalización. Considerando que el capital humano es la herramienta mas importante para que los directivos logren una gestión acorde con los objetivos de la organización y posicionarse en el mercado, se plantea cómo un director puede maximizar el rendimiento del equipo de trabajo en la ejecución de proyectos de empresas del sector gráfico colombiano. Evaluation of a nickel-cobalt catalyst pellet for the reaction oxidation steam reforming of ehanol (OSRE) in a fixed bed reactor
No full textHydrogen represents a great alternative as an energy vector, due to its physicochemical properties, technical facilities and environmental viability. Although it has several ways to obtain, the OSRE reaction is striking since its raw material (ethanol) has great availability and operating facilities, in addition to integrating the qualities of the SRE and POE reactions. The ESCA research group has been working with transition metal catalysts with hydrotalcite precursor. However, there are no previous studies focused on its extrudate (the most common commercial presentation for these heterogeneous catalysts). The present work seeks to carry out a preliminary evaluation of the extrudate of a Ni-Co catalyst with a hydrotalcite precursor for the OSRE reaction.El hidrogeno representa una gran alternativa como vector energético, debido a sus propiedades fisicoquímicas, sus facilidades técnicas y su viabilidad ambiental. Aunque cuenta con varias rautas de obtención, la reacción OSRE resulta llamativa puesto que su materia prima (etanol) cuenta con una gran disponibilidad y facilidades operativas, además de integrar las cualidades de las reacciones SRE y POE. El grupo de investigación ESCA ha venido trabajando con catalizadores de metales de transición con precursor de hidrotalcita. Sin embargo, no se cuenta con estudios previos enfocados hacia su extrusado (presentación comercial más común para estos catalizadores heterogéneos). El presente trabajo busca realizar una evaluación preliminar del extrusado de un catalizador de Ni-Co con precursor de hidrotalcita para la reacción OSRE
