No full textIn this work we analyze the different proposals of the differential minimum wage that have been presented by different economic actors, including the Bank of the Republic and associated unions, we want to identify its elements and the problems that will favor the proposals given, and finally look at the feasibility of implementing it in Colombia, This analysis is carried out with the municipal categorization, which is a practical element that allows us to see in a more assertive way each municipality in Colombia, we want to visualize how viable is this implementation, what are its pros and cons and what are the elements that must be taken into account for its development.En este trabajo se analizan las diferentes propuestas del salario mínimo diferencial que han expuesto diferentes actores económicos, entre ellos el banco de la república y gremios asociados, se quiere identificar sus elementos y que problemática van a favorecer con las propuestas dadas, y así finalmente mirar que viabilidad se tendría al implementarlo en Colombia, este análisis se realiza con la categorización municipal, que es un elemento practico el cual nos deja ver de manera más asertiva cada municipio de Colombia, se quiere visualizar que tan viable es esta implementación, cuáles son sus pros y contra y cuáles son los elementos que se deben tener en cuenta para su desarrollo

Proporsal for an strategic implementation of bioethanol production from rice husk
No full textThe main objective of this document is the proposal of a process to obtain bioethanol from rice husk biomass. A review was made of the different existing technologies for the transformation of this raw material into the product of interest, from pretreatment through treatment and fermentation until finally separation and dehydration. Additionally, the physicochemical composition of the Colombian rice husk was analyzed and its potential in the transformation to liquid or solid biofuels. On the other hand, the most appropriate technologies were selected through weighted decision matrices, the result of which indicates that the most appropriate process is composed of a pretreatment with hot liquid water, followed by a treatment with hydrolysis and simultaneous fermentation, to finally use molecular sieves in separation and dehydration of the product. Finally, a description of the operating conditions that can be handled in each of the previously indicated stages was made, it is also accompanied by a mass balance for the production of 30 L of bioethanol and those that can be purchased for the start-up of the process.En este documento se presenta como objetivo principal, la propuesta de un proceso para la obtención de bioetanol a partir de biomasa de cascarilla de arroz. Se hizo una revisión de las diferentes tecnologías existentes para la transformación de esta materia prima en el producto de interés, desde el pretratamiento pasando por el tratamiento y fermentación hasta finalmente la separación y deshidratación. Adicionalmente, fue analizado la composición fisicoquímica de la cascarilla de arroz colombiana y su potencial en la transformación a biocombustibles líquidos o sólidos. Por otro lado, se seleccionaron las tecnologías más adecuadas mediante matrices de decisión ponderadas, cuyo resultado indica que el proceso más adecuado está compuesto por un pretratamiento con agua líquida caliente, seguido por un tratamiento con hidrólisis y fermentación simultánea, para finalmente usar tamices moleculares en la separación y deshidratación del producto. Por último, se realizó una descripción de las condiciones de operación que pueden manejarse en cada de las etapas previamente indicadas, está también acompañado con un balance de masa para la producción de 30 L de bioetanol y aquellos que pueden adquirirse para la puesta en marcha del proceso

No full textThis document presents as its main objective, the design of a chicken egg incubator machine for poultry producing and marketing farms in the municipality of Becerril-Cesar, the farm currently does not have an equipment that helps the embryonic development automatically. The farm is dedicated to the production and marketing of Rhode Island Red poultry, has imported 1000 laying hens of the aforementioned breed from the United States. The quantity of imported laying hens produces approximately 30,000 eggs per month for production, with losses of no more than 3%, approximately 29,100 eggs are obtained per month. A characterization of the area and processes corresponding to the development of these species was carried out. Following this, the detailed design of the incubator machine is carried out, taking into account the incubation parameters in the area, in turn, an analysis of the temperature distribution, which allowed determining that the resistance used heats the interior of the machine. suitable for the incubation process, the controller and the entire system related to the automation of the machine were also designed. The project is complemented with maintenance manuals and a financial analysis that allows evaluating the viability of the project.Este documento presenta como objetivo principal, el diseño de una maquina incubadora de huevos de gallina para las granjas productoras y comercializadoras avícolas en el municipio de Becerril-Cesar, la granja actualmente no cuenta con un equipo que ayude al desarrollo embrionario de forma automática. La granja se dedica a la producción y comercialización avícola de la raza Rhode Island Red, ha realizado una importación de 1000 gallinas ponedoras de raza mencionada proveniente de Estados Unidos. La cantidad de gallinas ponedoras importadas produce aproximadamente 30.000 huevos mensuales para la producción, contando con unas pérdidas no mayores al 3% se obtienen aproximadamente 29.100 huevos mensuales. Se realizó una caracterización de la zona y procesos correspondiente al desarrollo de estas especies. Seguido a esto se realiza el diseño a detalle de la máquina incubadora teniendo en cuenta los parámetros de incubación en la zona, a su vez, un análisis en la distribución de temperatura, la cual permitió determinar que la resistencia utilizada calienta el interior de la máquina adecuada al proceso de incubación, también se diseñó el controlador y todo el sistema referente a la automatización de la máquina. Se complementa el proyecto con los manuales de mantenimiento y un análisis financiero que permite evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto

No full textThis project seeks to replace the ethoxylated nonyl substance as a raw material for industrial degreasers due to its high environmental impact and harmfulness, which has generated a significant decrease in its production and worldwide commercialization. This situation impacts the Colombian company Asenix S.A, which is looking for an economically viable alternative to replace said compound. For this reason, the main objective is to develop a degreaser with biodegradable properties, where one of the main raw materials is orange essential oil, which is obtained by the hydrodistillation method of orange peel (Citrus sinensis). For the experimental development, a bibliographic review is carried out in order to establish the appropriate parameters for the extraction of the orange EA. A gas chromatography of the EA extracted in the experimentation is carried out in order to know the composition and / or presence of the monoterpene D-Limonene.Este proyecto busca reemplazar la sustancia nonil etoxilado como materia prima de desengrasantes industriales debido a su alto impacto ambiental y nocividad, que ha generado disminución significativa en su producción y comercialización mundial. Esta situación impacta a la compañía colombiana Asenix S.A, la cual busca una alternativa económicamente viable para sustituir dicho compuesto. Por esta razón, se tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar un desengrasante con propiedades biodegradables, donde una de las principales materias primas es el aceite esencial de naranja, que se obtiene por el método de hidrodestilación de las cortezas de naranja (Citrus sinensis). Para el desarrollo experimental se realiza una revisión bibliográfica con el fin de establecer los parámetros adecuados de la extracción del AE de naranja. Se realiza una cromatografía de gases del AE extraído en la experimentación con el fin de conocer la composición y/o presencia del monoterpeno D-Limoneno
