Determination of a viable alternative for the use of whey generated by quesillos armero guayabal company
No full textThis project seeks to provide an alternative for the use of the whey generated as waste in the company Quesillos Armero Guayabal located in the municipality of Puerto Boyacá. Whey is a remnant that is obtained during the manufacture of cheeses and that causes some difficulties due to the amount of organic matter it has. For the development of this project, an investigation of the role of whey in the market was carried out and its composition was evaluated theoretically, obtaining mainly 46 g / kg of lactose and 7.10 g / kg of proteins.El presente proyecto busca aportar una alternativa para el aprovechamiento del lactosuero generado como residuo en la empresa Quesillos Armero Guayabal ubicada en el municipio de Puerto Boyacá. El lactosuero es un remanente que se obtiene durante la fabricación de quesos y que produce algunas dificultades debido a la cantidad de materia orgánica que posee. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se realizó una investigación del papel que representa el lactosuero en el mercado y se evaluó su composición de forma teórica, obteniendo principalmente 46 g/kg de lactosa y 7.10 g/kg de proteínas

Everything arises thanks to some analyzes that were carried out at the country, region and city level where important factors were observed such as their hydrography, natural reserves, ecosystems, cultures, productivity, uses, ecological structures and public space, thus generating conclusions that were taken to our problem that has been the social and environmental sphere.Este plan parcial surge de la necesidad de ayudar a los ecosistemas que han venido siendo afectados a través del tiempo y no han sido recuperados por la sociedad y así rescatar todas las zonas hídricas y la diversidad de la flora y fauna que contempla este corredor desde Girardot hasta Cajamarca y sus alrededores. Todo surge gracias a unos análisis que se realizaron a nivel país, región y ciudad en donde se observaron unos factores importantes como los son su hidrografía, reservas naturales, ecosistemas, culturas, productividad, usos, estructuras ecológicas y de espacio público generando así unas conclusiones que fueron llevadas a nuestra problemática que viene siendo el ámbito social y ambiental
Schematic design of the steam, process water and waste water systems of the pilot plant
No full textThe objective of this work consists in the development of a programmed calculation tool. Which allows to establish the distribution of the networks of the services of process water, waste water and steam, for the pilot plant of the Fundación Universidad de América. In the first instance, a description was made of the process units that are currently available, these being the reactor bank, the absorption plant, the distillation plant, the solid-liquid and liquid-liquid extraction plant, the dryer. of trays and the evaporation train, using the manufacturer's specification sheets. In addition, the requirements of the process water and steam services in terms of flow were established, these being 9.58 m3 / h and 80.6 kg / h respectively, considering a safety factor of 30%, and for waste water a maximum flow of 16.03 L / s for equipment and 17,784m3 / h for safety showers.El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en el desarrollo de una herramienta de cálculo programado. La cual permita establecer la distribución de las redes de los servicios de agua de proceso, agua residual y vapor, para la planta piloto de la Fundación Universidad de América. En primera instancia se realizó una descripción de las unidades de proceso con las que se cuenta actualmente, siendo estas el banco de reactores, la planta de absorción, la planta de destilación, la planta de extracción sólido-líquido y líquido-líquido, el secador de bandejas y el tren de evaporación, utilizando las hojas de especificaciones del fabricante. Además, se establecieron los requerimientos de los servicios de agua de proceso y vapor en términos de flujo, siendo estos 9.58 m3/h y 80.6 kg/h respectivamente, considerando un factor de seguridad del 30%, y para el agua residual un caudal máximo de 16.03 L/s para los equipos y 17.784m3/h para las duchas de seguridad
Proposal for a recycling alternative for beverage containers of plastic PET pos consumption of the city of Bogotá
No full textThe main objective of this document is to propose a recycling alternative for post-consumer packaging made from PET plastic resin, in the city of Bogotá, because the current recycling activity of this resin does not satisfy the amount or type of waste PET generated in Bogotá. Therefore, a study and approach to the current recycling alternatives used internationally was initially carried out, after that, a characterization of the PET plastic waste generated in Bogotá was carried out, a recycling process was evaluated and selected in accordance with previously established criteria. Next, technical specifications of the process were made including operating conditions, raw materials, equipment and their basic sizing; finally, a preliminary costing of equipment and utilities was carried out in the proposed recycling process.El objetivo principal de este documento es proponer una alternativa de reciclaje para envases posconsumo fabricados a partir de la resina plástica PET, en la ciudad de Bogotá, debido a que la actividad actual de reciclaje de esta resina no satisface la cantidad ni el tipo de desechos PET generados en Bogotá. Por lo anterior, se realizó inicialmente un estudio y acercamiento a las alternativas de reciclaje actuales empleadas internacionalmente, posterior a ello, se ejecutó una caracterización de los desechos plásticos PET generados en Bogotá, se procedió a evaluar y seleccionar un proceso de reciclaje de acuerdo con criterios previamente establecidos. A continuación, se realizaron especificaciones técnicas del proceso incluyendo condiciones de operación, materias primas, equipos y su dimensionamiento básico; finalmente se efectuó un costeo preliminar de equipos y utilidades en el proceso de reciclaje propuesto

The Master Plan is proposed based on a theory of a network system where different traditional means of transport are interposed in order to recover the traditions of the Region. In particular, a Partial Plan is developed in the municipality of Girardot where a cultural passage of traditions is created, where different cultural samples stand out. Within the approach, the Artisan and Cultural Market proposal was born, which aims to potentiate the trade of artisanship while providing a space dedicated to their production and training in it, allowing the foundation from the culture and traditions of the region.El proyecto se desarrolló en la Región Andina corredor Girardot-Cajamarca, lugar importante por su clima, cultura y turismo. No full textThis project is developed to evaluate the technical and economic viability of the production of thermal energy, thus designing a methodological guide for the implementation of a biodigester based on bovine excrement in the El Destino farm, in order to find alternatives for the high costs of electricity. Because its economic activity is the production of milk, its necessary to wash and disinfect the milking equipment rigorously with hot water, for this, the implementation of a biodigester that produces biogas is analyzed and, with the thermal energy obtained from it, boiling water and thus clean the equipment.Este proyecto se desarrolla para evaluar la viabilidad técnica y económica de la producción de energía térmica, de un biodigestor a base de excremento vacuno en la finca El Destino, con el fin de encontrar alternativas para los altos costos de energía eléctrica. Small and large-scale industrial processes produce innumerable wastes that, without proper treatment, can affect water sources. The dye residues associated with Gram staining generate high contamination of water resources which greatly affects the health of animals and humans due to its harmful and toxic effect, so the main objective of this work is carry out a bibliographic search on the history and current status of the removal of dyes associated with Gram stain residues using gelled clays in sodium alginate and the current contamination to which Colombia is subjected.El mundo atraviesa una crisis ambiental sin precedentes debido a la contaminación de los recursos naturales renovables y no renovables por el mal manejo de los seres humanos. Procesos industriales de baja y gran escala producen desechos innumerables que sin el tratamiento adecuado pueden llegar afectar fuentes hídricas. Los residuos de colorantes asociados a la tinción de Gram generan una alta contaminación de los recursos hídricos lo cual afecta en gran medida la salud de los animales y los seres humanos por su efecto nocivo y toxico, por lo que el objetivo principal del presente trabajo es realizar una búsqueda bibliográfica acerca de los antecedentes y estado actual de la remoción de colorantes asociados a residuos de tinción de Gram utilizando arcillas gelificadas en alginato de sodio y de la contaminación actual a la que está sometida Colombia

No full textIn the creation of an architectural design the technical component is one of the important pillars and of more care when creating a space, because if this is not in complete synchrony and well implemented, the user will not understand their approach and lose interest in it, this case is very recurrent in the sports equipment of the city of Bogota, because they are built up earlier and do not think about the basic regulatory and technical needs of users many are affected by not complying with the guidelines given by those territorial regulations, therefore, by not perceiving the sense of security of the space, the user looks for alternatives that better link their needs and sensations, for this reason the aim is to design a high-performance sports equipment located in the Cayetano Cañizares metropolitan park in the town of Kennedy, which by means of architectural ductility reaches that perfect balance between the structural technical model and the sensations given by the connection of man and nature through the creation of polyvalent spaces, generated with this an incentive towards the practice and improvement of the physical qualities of the high-performance sports population, creating awareness and appropriation of the area and thereby improving the problems that are evidenced by the low population dynamics of the place such as insecurity and the misuse of sports facilities in the area.En la creación de un diseño arquitectónico, el componente técnico es uno de los pilares importantes y de más cuidado al momento de crear un espacio, ya que si este no se encuentra en completa sincronía y bien implementado, logrará que el usuario no entienda su enfoque y pierda el interés del mismo, este caso es muy recurrente en los equipamientos deportivos de la ciudad de Bogotá, los cuales fueron construidos anteriormente y no se pensó en las necesidades básicas normativas y técnicas de los usuarios, siendo estos afectados por no cumplir las directrices que dan dichas normativas territoriales; por esto, al no percibir la sensación de seguridad del espacio, el usuario busca alternativas las cuales vinculen de mejor manera sus necesidades y sensaciones, por tal motivo se tiene como objetivo el planteamiento de un equipamiento deportivo de alto rendimiento ubicado en el parque metropolitano Cayetano Cañizares en la localidad de Kennedy, el cual por medio de la ductilidad arquitectónica se llegó a ese perfecto equilibrio entre el modelo técnico estructural y las sensaciones dadas por la conexión del hombre y la naturaleza a través de la creación de espacios polivalentes, generado con esto un incentivo hacia la práctica y mejora de las calidades físicas de la población deportista de alto rendimiento, originando conciencia y apropiación de la zona y con esto mejorar las problemáticas que se evidencian por la poca dinámica poblacional del lugar, tales como la inseguridad y el mal uso de las instalaciones recreo deportivas de la zona
Literature review on quality management in the pharmaceutical industry
No full textThe objective of this article is to carry out a bibliographic review on quality management in the pharmaceutical industry, which allows us to know its importance in organizational performance, in addition to describing its interaction with quality costs. Additionally, an international perspective of the issue is presented, describing case studies that show the impact generated by quality management in the pharmaceutical sector. For the above, a descriptive qualitative study is carried out, developed under documentary research, searching for articles in English and Spanish in different databases such as Sciencedirect, Emerald and Scopus. The results obtained show that within the pharmaceutical industry a balance is sought between the quality of the pharmaceutical product and issues related to marketing and sales. To achieve this balance, quality management is necessary, since it allows to analyze and determine on time what are the failures of the process, and take corrective and preventive measures that will be reflected in the balance sheets of an organization.El objetivo de este artículo es realizar una revisión bibliográfica sobre la gestión de la calidad en la industria farmacéutica, que permita conocer la importancia de la misma en el desempeño organizacional, además de describir su interacción con los costos de calidad. Adicionalmente se presenta una perspectiva del tema a nivel internacional realizando una descripción de casos de estudio que evidencian el impacto que genera la gestión de calidad en el sector farmacéutico. Para lo anterior, se realiza un estudio de tipo cualitativo descriptivo, desarrollado bajo una investigación de tipo documental, realizando búsqueda de artículos en inglés y español en diferentes bases de datos como Sciencedirect, Emerald y Scopus. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que dentro de la industria farmacéutica se busca un equilibrio entre la calidad del producto farmacéutico y los temas relacionados con el mercadeo y las ventas. Para lograr este equilibrio, es necesaria la gestión de la calidad, ya que permite analizar y determinar puntualmente cuales son las fallas del proceso, tomar medidas correctivas y preventivas que se verán reflejadas en los balances generales de una organización
