Normativity of exportable colombian agroecological products
No full textThis work has as its scope an exploratory research with some descriptive scope, that is, that the first approach will be made to a specific topic, in this case the regulations for the market of exportable Colombian agroecological products. Initially, a search for information from the international environment will be done, based on IFOAM's organic certification guidelines and Codex Alimentarius organic production guidelines, collection of internationally recognized standards, codes of practice, guidelines and other recommendations related to food, food production and food safety. Subsequent to this, the characteristics of agro-ecological products developed in Colombia will be specifically deepened, after this, Colombia's participation in the production, export and marketing of agroecological products will be demonstrated, and finally the regulations established by national and international organizations for the marketing of agroecological products at the international level will be described.El presente trabajo tiene como alcance una investigación de carácter exploratoria con algún alcance descriptivo, es decir, que se hará el primer acercamiento a un tema específico, en este caso la normatividad para el mercado de productos agroecológicos colombianos exportables. Inicialmente se hará una búsqueda de información del entorno internacional, basado en las directrices de certificación orgánica del IFOAM y las directrices de producción orgánica del Codex Alimentarius, colección de normas, códigos de práctica, directrices y otras recomendaciones internacionalmente reconocidas relacionadas con los alimentos, la producción de alimentos y la inocuidad de los alimentos. Posterior a esto se profundizará específicamente en las características de los productos agroecológicos que se desarrollan en Colombia, luego de esto, se evidenciará la participación de Colombia en la producción, exportación y comercialización de productos agroecológicos, y finalmente se describirá la reglamentación establecida por organizaciones nacionales e internacionales para la comercialización de productos agroecológicos a nivel internacional
Technical financial evaluation of biodiesel production through the extraction of lipids from the residual sludge of the company C.I. Sigra S.A.
No full textIn order to study the alternative of utility of the residues produced in the productive process of the elaboration of fats and vegetable oils of the company C.I. SIGRA S.A., the present work aims to take advantage of the lipids and fatty acids housed in the residual sludge from each of the raw material transformation processes towards the product of interest, as an energy source for the production of biodiesel. Therefore, a physicochemical characterization of the sludge is carried out, together with the extraction of the energy-usable compounds using them as input in obtaining biodiesel on a laboratory scale.Con el fin de estudiar la alternativa de utilidad de los residuos producidos en el proceso productivo de la elaboración de grasas y aceites vegetales de la empresa C.I. SIGRA S.A., el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo aprovechar los lípidos y ácidos grasos alojados en los lodos residuales de cada uno de los procesos de transformación de materia prima hacia el producto de interés, como fuente energética para la producción de biodiésel. No full textIn this work a theoretical study of the extraction of colorants from wild fruits is carried out, for this an investigation of the Colombian and foreign regulations regarding these additives is carried out. In addition, a search for the best extraction methods is carried out, with microwave extraction being the method that gives the best performance. Automation of an airlift photobioreactor to reduce the CO2 concentration from an emission obtained by pyrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass.
No full textThe objective of this degree work was to carry out the correct calibration and automation of a laboratory-scale airlift photobioreactor with a sample volume of 3.5 liters, for the cultivation of the microalgae Chlorella sp, and used to retain CO2 from a current emitted by the laboratory muffle. For this, 4 stages were implemented. The first consisted of the bibliographic review of articles and degree projects, to acquire the necessary knowledge both in the programming of the sensors and in the selection of the appropriate instruments, compiling information that allows knowing all the essential parameters for the growth of the microalgae in order to adjust the growth parameters and carry out a control of the CO2 stream, to know its performance with respect to the mitigation of this gas inside the airlift photobioreactor. In the second stage, the sensors were programmed to couple them to the Arduino UNO board. Subsequently, these readings and controls were adjusted using the LabVIEW program which generates graphs that show the control of growth and CO2 elimination that allow knowing all the interaction parameters of the microalgae with the gas injection, and finally, with the fourth stage , use was made of bibliographic tools such as articles referring to this type of reactors and the institutional repository, to know the times, percentages of CO2 decrease and also to observe if this gas stream by bubbling favors the growth of the microalgae under photoautotrophic conditions .El presente trabajo de grado tuvo como objetivo realizar la correcta calibración y automatización de un fotobiorreactor airlift a escala de laboratorio con volumen de muestra de 3.5 litros, para el cultivo de la microalga Chlorella sp, y empleado para retener CO2 proveniente de una corriente emitida por la mufla del laboratorio. Para esto, se implementaron 4 etapas. La primera consistió en la revisión bibliográfica de artículos y trabajos de grado, para adquirir los conocimientos necesarios tanto en la programación de los sensores, como en la selección de los instrumentos adecuados, recopilar información que permita conocer todos los parámetros esenciales para el crecimiento de la microalga con el fin de ajustar los parámetros de crecimiento y realizar un control de la corriente de CO2, para conocer su rendimiento con respecto a la mitigación de este gas dentro del fotobiorreactor airlift. En la segunda etapa se realizó la programación de los sensores para acoplarlos a la tarjeta Arduino UNO. Posteriormente se ajustaron estas lecturas y controles mediante el programa LabVIEW el cual genera gráficas que muestran el control de crecimiento y eliminación de CO2 que permiten conocer todos los parámetros de interacción de la microalga con la inyección de gas, y para finalizar, con la cuarta etapa, se hizo uso de las herramientas bibliográficas como artículos referentes a este tipo de reactores y el repositorio institucional, para conocer los tiempos, porcentajes de disminución de CO2 y además observar si esta corriente de gas por burbujeo favorece el crecimiento de la microalga bajo condiciones fotoautotróficas

No full textThe node of opportunities for women and children victims of violence arises with the studies for the design of the master plan for the exploration route of the Llanera and the partial plan for the Sicuani eco-cultural centrality, of which one of the main problems is high rates of inequality, discrimination, Lack of educational and economic opportunities presented by the most vulnerable population groups, in this case children, women and mothers head of the household, presenting cases between intra-family violence, sexual assault and homicides, with Casanare being the department with the highest data. A pattern of support centers is studied and identified, finding spaces lacking natural light, without any dynamism in their interior, generating stress and emotional blockage in the user, making their recovery longer, starting from this as an architectural problem, light is proposed as sensory activation element through healing architecture focused on a sustainable approach where materiality and spatial comfort are taken into account.El nodo de oportunidades para mujeres y niños víctimas de la violencia surge con los estudios para el diseño del plan maestro ruta de exploración llanera y plan parcial centralidad eco cultural Sicuani, de los cuales una de las principales problemáticas son altos índices de desigualdad, discriminación, falta de oportunidades educativas y económicas que presentan los grupos poblacionales más vulnerados en este caso niños, mujeres y madres cabeza de hogar, presentando casos entre violencia intrafamiliar, agresión sexual y homicidios siendo Casanare el departamento con los porcentajes más altos. Se estudia e identifica un patrón de los centros de apoyo encontrando espacios ausentes de luz natural, sin ningún dinamismo en su interior generando en el usuario estrés y bloqueo emocional haciendo más prolongada su recuperación, partiendo de esto como un problema arquitectónico se propone la luz como elemento de activación sensorial por medio de la arquitectura de sanación centrada en un enfoque sostenible donde se tienen en cuenta la materialidad y el confort espacial

This work seeks to determine the effects of cluster implementation on the Colombian floriculture industry because of the tradition I have importance that it has within the country and that it is currently lagging behind, therefore an analysis was carried out through the comparison between Colombia and the Netherlands; for this comparison, market share, production and exports were taken into account by identifying the advantages and/or contributions of the European country through the aforementioned implementation, and from the methodology of Porter diamond and its five competitive forces define the effects of implementation on Colombian floriculture.Los ámbitos empresariales han aplicado estrategias como lo son el uso de clústeres como una alternativa para incrementar la competitividad de los países y entre estos la industria de la floricultura a nivel mundial y el principal exportador de la misma que es Holanda. River transport terminal for the Amazon region
No full textThe Amazon comprises the largest forest area in the world and is one of the largest regions in the country, due to its extreme jungle condition, it has an important parallel, it has an uncountable environmental, cultural and social wealth; but at the same time it faces great challenges such as the connect with the center of the country, the protection of environmental resources and cultural wealth. The intervention site is defined as the "Amazonian trapezoid" because this is where most of the region's population is concentrated and where the two most important population centers are located (Leticia and Puerto Nariño). The proposal as a master plan is based on research from the exploration and studies of the region (flora, fauna and culture) locating the main study nuclei in Puerto Nariño from where a route to the other nuclei located inside the jungle bordering the Amacayacu National Natural Park and is complemented by a proposal for river connectivity at the regional level by the Loretoyacu River and the Amazon to address connectivity issues.El Amazonas comprende el área forestal más grande del mundo y es una de las regiones más grandes del país, debido a su condición selvática extrema se encuentran un paralelo importante, posee una incontable riqueza ambiental, cultural y social; pero a su vez se encuentra con grandes retos como la conectividad con el centro del país, la protección de los recursos ambientales y la riqueza cultural. El lugar de intervención se delimita como “trapecio amazónico” ya que es ahí donde se concentra la mayor parte de la población de la región y se encuentran ubicados los dos centros poblados más importantes (Leticia y Puerto Nariño). La propuesta como plan maestro está basada en la investigación a partir de la exploración y estudios de la región (flora, fauna y cultura) ubicando núcleos principales de estudio en Puerto Nariño de donde se desprende un recorrido hacia los demás núcleos ubicados al interior de la selva bordeando el parque nacional natural Amacayacu y se complementa con una propuesta de conectividad fluvial a nivel regional por el rio Loretoyacu y el Amazonas para enfrentar las problemáticas de conectividad

No full textThe main objective of this document is the formulation of an international marketing plan for the "Cortés del Monte" coffee company, which is interested in entering the Spanish market, but currently does not have a marketing area. This company is dedicated to the commercialization of coffee in different presentations in Colombia. A detailed description of the company was made in order to have a better understanding of it, and carry out the necessary studies for its internationalization. After this, an analysis of the coffee sector was evaluated and carried out, which is the sector where the company currently operates, so it is essential to carry out a study on it, and thus, with this information, prepare an international marketing plan, so that the company can optimally enter the Spanish market.Este documento presenta como objetivo principal la formulación de un plan de marketing internacional para la empresa de café “Cortés del Monte”, que está interesada en incursionar en el mercado de España, pero actualmente no cuenta con un área de mercadeo. Esta empresa está dedicada a la comercialización de Café en distintas presentaciones en Colombia. Se realizó una descripción detallada de la empresa para así poder tener un mayor conocimiento de esta, y realizar los estudios necesarios para su internacionalización. Después de esto se evaluó y se realizó un análisis del sector cafetero, que es el sector donde la empresa actualmente se mueve, así que es esencial hacer un estudio sobre este, y así con esta información elaborar un plan de marketing internacional, para que la empresa pueda entrar de manera óptima al mercado de España
