BIOLÓGIAI TERMÉSNÖVELŐK FORGALMAZÁSA, 2024. év
Get PDFA megfigyelt termésnövelő kategóriák közül 2024-ben a legnagyobb mennyiségben különféle komposztokból és tőzegfélékből vásároltak a termelők (ez az összes értékesített volumen 54,5 százaléka). Második helyen az egyéb ipari, feldolgozóipari melléktermékek, hulladékok, szerves, ásványi trágyák végeztek, melyek a teljes értékesített mennyiség kétötödét tették ki. A dobogó harmadik fokára az előző évhez hasonlóan a talajjavítók és talajkondicionáló anyagok kerültek, arányuk alig érte el a 3 százalékot. A beérkezett adatok alapján 2024-ben a végfelhasználók 15,7 milliárd forintot költöttek biológiai termésnövelők beszerzésére. A legnagyobb forgalmazott volument képviselő komposztok és tőzegek csoportja az összértéknek alig egynyolcadát tette ki a tárgyidőszakban. A forgalmazott termékkategóriák közül értékben a baktériumokat és gombákat tartalmazó mikrobiológiai készítmények érték el a legkisebb arányt (4 százalékot). Az összértékesítés egyötödét a talajoltó és tarlóbontó (szárbontó) szerek forgalma adta, ezt követte az egyéb ipari, feldolgozóipari melléktermékek, hulladékok, szerves és ásványi trágyák csoportja, amely 18,4 százalékot képviselt. A növénykondicionálók és biostimulátorok, az algakészítmények és lombtrágyák, valamint a talajjavítók és talajkondicionáló készítmények közel azonos, egyenként mintegy 14–15 százalékos részaránnyal bírtak.

Of the categories of crop enhancers observed, the largest volumes of various composts and peats were purchased by producers in 2024 (54.5 percent of total volume sold). Other industrial and processing by-products, wastes, organic and mineral fertilizers came second, accounting for two-fifths of the total volume sold. As in the previous year, ground improvers and ground conditioners came third, accounting for just under 3 per cent of total sales. Based on the data received, end-users will spend HUF 15.7 billion on the purchase of bioenhancers in 2024. Composts and peats, which represent the largest volume traded, accounted for just under one eighth of the total in the period under review. Of the product categories marketed, microbiological preparations containing bacteria and fungi accounted for the smallest share by value (4 per cent). Ground and stubble removers accounted for one fifth of total sales, followed by other industrial and processing by-products, waste, organic and mineral fertilisers, which accounted for 18.4 per cent. Plant conditioners and biosti-mulants, algaecides and foliar fertilisers, and ground improvers and ground conditioners had almost the same share, around 14–15 per cent each

A 30–45 mm méretkategóriájú magyar fokhagymát 1900 forint/kilogramm leggyakoribb áron árusították. A hazai meggy termelői ára a 23–26. hetek átlagában (1888 forint/kilogramm) 145 százalékkal emelkedett az elmúlt év azonos periódusának átlagárához képest. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a belföldön termelt és belföldön értékesített földrajzi jelzés nélküli, valamint az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel ellátott borok értékesítési ára 17 százalékkal 33,6 ezer forintra emelkedett hektoliterenként 2025. január–május között az előző év azonos időszakához viszonyítva.

According to the data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in week 26 at the Budapest Wholesale Vegetable and Fruit Market, domestically grown Galia melons were included in the selection at an average producer price of HUF 625 per kilogram, while Cantaloup melons were offered at HUF 575 per kilogram. Hungarian garlic in the 30–45 mm size category was sold at the most common price of HUF 1900 per kilogram. The average producer price of domestic sour cherries was HUF 1,888 per kilogram in weeks 23–26 of 2025, representing a 145 per cent increase compared to the average price for the same period last year.
According to the latest figures from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the sales prices of wines produced and sold domestically – both those without a geographical indication (GI) and those with a protected geographical indication (PGI) – increased by 17 per cent to HUF 33.6 thousand per hectolitre between January and May 2025, compared to the same period of the previous year

Get PDFA magyarországi tógazdaságokban összesen 22 838 tonna halat termeltek 2024-ben, ami 16,1 százalékkal több, mint az előző évben. A haltermelés túlnyomó része, 81,5 százaléka 2024-ben három régióra koncentrálódott: Észak-Alföld, Dél-Dunántúl és Dél-Alföld. Gazdasági szempontból továbbra is legfontosabb halfajunk a ponty, amely a tógazdasági étkezési célú haltermelésből 78,3 százalékos részesedéssel bírt 2024-ben. A magyar haltermelés döntő hányadát ma is a tógazdaságok adják, amelyek üzemelt területe 26 570 hektár volt 2024-ben. Az intenzív termelési rendszerekben előállított hal mennyisége 2,1 százalékkal emelkedett az előző évhez képest, és elérte az 5785 tonnát, melyből 4307 tonnát étkezési célra állítottak elő. A halak és halászati termékek kivitelének értéke 2024-ben 13,3 milliárd forint volt, míg az importé 56,7 milliárd forintot tett ki. A külkereskedelmi mérleg így 43,4 milliárd forintos hiányt mutatott, ami 1,4 milliárd forinttal haladta meg a 2023-as veszteséget.

In 2024, pond farms in Hungary produced a total of 22,838 tonnes of fish, which is 16.1 per cent more than in the previous year. Most of the fish production, 81.5 per cent, was concentrated in three regions in 2024: Northern Great Plain, Southern Transdanubia and Southern Great Plain. From an economic perspective, the common carp remains the most important fish species in Hungary remains the common carp, which and accounted for 78.3 per cent of fish produced in pond farms for human consumption in 2024. Pond farms continue to be the dominant contributors to Hungarian fish production, operating on a total area of 26,570 hectares in 2024. The volume of fish produced in intensive systems increased by 2.1 per cent compared to the previous year, reaching 5,785 tonnes, of which 4,307 tonnes were intended for human consumption. The export value of fish and fishery products in 2024 amounted to HUF 13.3 billion, while imports reached HUF 56.7 billion. The external foreign trade balance thus showed a deficit of HUF 43.4 billion, which was exceeded the deficit in 2023 by more than HUF 1.4 billion more than the deficit in 2023

According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the average producer price of raw milk was HUF 200.88 per kilogram in May 2025, it decreased by 1 per cent in the last month, but was by 22 per cent higher than in May 2024. Concurrently, compared to April 2025, the fat and protein content decreased by 0.05 percentage points, the base price by 1 per cent. The export price of raw milk was HUF 180.88 per kilogram in May 2025, 3 per cent higher than in the previous month and 36 per cent higher compared to the same month last year. According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the average producer price of raw milk was HUF 198.67 per kilogram in August 2025, it did not change in the last month, but was by 19 per cent higher than in August 2024. Concurrently, compared to July 2025, the fat content increased by 0.05, the protein content by 0.04 percentage points and the base price did not change.

A full-fat (extrudált) szóját (30–40 százalék nyersfehérje-, 17–23 százalék nyerszsír- és legfeljebb 12 százalék víztartalmú) 208,6 ezer forint/tonna (+2 százalék) áfa és szállítási költség nélküli áron értékesítették ugyanekkor.

According to the data of MPIS, the producer price of milling wheat (excluding VAT and transport costs) in Hungary was HUF 81.4 thousand per tonne (+18 per cent compared to a year earlier), of feed wheat was HUF 79.8 thousand per tonne (+30 per cent), of feed maize was HUF 72.7 thousand per tonne
(+28 per cent) in December.
At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (with high oleic sunflower seed) was
HUF 215.5 thousand per tonne (+65 per cent), of rapeseed was HUF 205 thousand per tonne (+28 per cent), of soybean was HUF 176.3 thousand per tonne (+25 per cent). Meanwhile, processors' sale price of full-fat (extruded) soybean (30–40 per cent crude protein, 17–23 per cent crude fat and up to 12 per cent water content) was HUF 208.6 thousand per tonne (+2 per cent) excluding VAT and transport costs

The domestically grown Cacanska rana plum cultivar was included in the selection at the most common price at HUF 525 per kilogram, and the Cacanska lepotica cultivar at the most common price at HUF 500 per kilogram, the latter exceeded the same weekly price in 2024 by almost 67 per cent. The average producer price of domestic raspberry was HUF 3,088 per kilogram in weeks 23–30, representing a 51 per cent increase compared to the average price for the same period last year.
