A 19. hétre a fehér spárga ára 2000, míg a zöldspárgáé 2100 forint/kilogrammra csökkent. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a belföldön termelt és belföldön értékesített földrajzi jelzés nélküli, valamint az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel ellátott borok értékesítési ára 16 százalékkal csaknem 30 ezer forint-ra emelkedett hektoliterenként 2024. január–április között az előző év azonos időszakához viszonyítva.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR in week 19 domestic cabbage was present in the assortment of the Budapest Wholesale Market at an average price of HUF 283 per kilogram that was down by 7 per cent compared to a year earlier. The average price of Hungarian strawberries decreased by 24 per cent to HUF 1700 per kilogram in comparison with the same week in 2023. In the 14th week, the asparagus appeared at the most usual price of HUF 3,500 per kilogram in the selection of the Budapest Wholesale Market. The average price of white asparagus decreased to HUF 2,000 per kilogram and that of green asparagus to HUF 2100 per kilogram by week 19. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the processor’s sale prices of wines without geographical indication (GI) and wines with protected geographical indication (PGI) increased by 16 per cent to almost HUF 30 thousand per hectolitre between January–April 2024 compared to the same period of the previous year

Get PDFA műtrágya-forgalmazók 522 ezer tonna műtrágyát értékesítettek közvetlenül mezőgazdasági terme-lők részére 2024 első negyedévében. Az értékesített mennyiség 48 százalékkal volt több, mint egy évvel korábban, ennek ellenére – az árcsökkenés eredményeképp – a műtrágya-értékesítés nettó árbevétele 25 milliárd forinttal 71,8 milliárd forintra csökkent. A műtrágyaárak – a KSH számításai szerint – átlago-san 43,6 százalékkal voltak alacsonyabbak 2024 első negyedévében, mint az előző év azonos időszaká-ban. A tárgyidőszakban tovább folytatódott a műtrágyák árának mérséklődése az előző, azaz 2023. negyedik negyedévhez képest. A csökkenés a Nitrosol 30% esetében a legjelentősebb, 11,4 százalék, ezt követte az ammónium-nitrát (–9,1 százalék), a MAS (–8,1 százalék) és a karbamid (–6,5 százalék). A kálium-klorid ára csupán 2,3 százalékkal mérséklődött. Egy tonna Nitrosol 30% műtrágya átlagos ára 123 ezer, az ammónium-nitráté 146 ezer, míg a karbamidé 177 ezer forint volt a vizsgált időszakban. Az árcsökkenés alól kivételt képez a kiemelt NPK 15-15-15-ös összetett műtrágya, amelynek ára 1,8 százalékkal tovább nőtt az előző negyedévhez képest. A legjelentősebb áremelkedés viszont a MAP (NP 11-53%) esetében történt (+11 százalék), vagyis egy tonna MAP műtrágyáért átlagosan 256 ezer forintot fizettek a gazdálkodók.

Fertiliser distributors sold 522 thousand tonnes of fertiliser directly to agricultural markets in the first quarter of 2024. The quantity sold was 48 per cent higher than a year earlier, but the net revenue from fertiliser sales fell by HUF 25 billion to HUF 71.8 billion as a result of the price decrease. According to KSH calculations, fertiliser prices were on average 43.6 per cent lower in the first quarter of 2024 than in the same period of the previous year. In the period under review, fertiliser prices continued to fall compared to the previous quarter, the fourth quarter of 2023. The decrease was most significant for Nitrosol 30% at 11.4 per cent, followed by ammonium nitrate (–9.1 per cent), MAS (–8.1 per cent) and urea (–6.5 per cent). Potassium chloride prices decreased by only 2.3 per cent. The average price of one tonne of Nitrosol fertiliser was HUF 123,000, of ammonium nitrate HUF 146,000 and of urea HUF 177,000 in the period under review. The exception to the price decrease is the compound fertiliser NPK 15-15-15, which increased by 1.8 per cent compared to the previous quarter. The most significant price increase, however, was for MAP (NP 11-53%) (+11 per cent), i.e. farmers paid an average of HUF 256 000 for a tonne of MAP fertiliser

A zsírtartalom 0,05, a fehérjetartalom 0,03 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár stagnálása mellett a nyerstej átlagára 1 százalékkal csökkent 2024 májusában a 2024. áprilisihoz képest, és 4 százalékkal elmaradt az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárától. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 133,34 forint/kilogramm volt 2024 májusában, az előző havihoz képest 2 százalékkal csökkent, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 16 százalékkal nőtt. A kiviteli ár 19 százalékkal volt alacsonyabb a termelői átlagárnál. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 28 százalékkal bővült 2024 májusában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 164.73 per kilogram in May 2024. The fat content decreased by 0.05 percentage, the protein content by 0.03 percentage, the base did not change, the average price was by 1 per cent lower in May 2024 compared to April 2024, and by 4 per cent lower than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 133.34 per kilogram in May 2024, it decreased in one month by 2 per cent, but compared to the same month of the previous year increased by 16 per cent. The export price was 19 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export increased by 28 per cent in May 2024 compared to May 2023.___________________________________________________________
According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 166.16 per kilogram in April 2024. The fat content decreased by 0.02 percentage, the protein content by 0.01 percentage, the base increased by 1 per cent, the average price did not change in April 2024 compared to March 2024, but was by 12 per cent lower than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 136.66 per kilogram in April 2024, it decreased in one month by 8 per cent, but compared to the same month of the previous year increased by 26 per cent. The export price was 18 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export increased by 6 per cent in April 2024 compared to April 2023

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the producer price of slaughter chicken (live weight) was HUF 413.7 per kilogram in the first twenty-nine weeks of 2024 in Hungary, which is 18.4 per cent lower than it was in the same weeks of the previous year. The producer price of slaughter turkey (live weight) was HUF 592.7 per kilogram, which is 15.6 per cent lower than it was in the same weeks of the previous year

A gyártott keveréktakarmány 49,8 százalékát (1,82 millió tonna) a baromfitakarmányok adták. A baromfitakarmányok 47,1 százalékát a brojlerek számára előállított keverékek, 20,3 százalékát a tojó-, 14,5 százalékát a pulykatápok, 12,5 százalékát a kacsa-, 5,6 százalékát a libatápok tették ki. A sertéstakarmányok 34,6 százalékkal (1,262 millió tonna) részesedtek a 2023. évi termelésből.

In Hungary, 3.65 million tonnes of compound feed for livestock were produced in mixing plants in 2023, practically the same as in the previous year (+0.4 per cent). In 2023, 49.8 per cent (1.82 million tonnes) of the compound feed produced was poultry feed. Poultry feeds accounted for 47.1 per cent of broiler feeds, 20.3 per cent of layer feeds, 14.5 per cent of turkey feeds, 12.5 per cent of duck feeds, and 5.6 per cent of goose feeds. Baromfiból 180 millió darab került a vágóhidakra 2024 első három negyedévében, ami 8,8 százalékkal meghaladta a bázisidőszak értékét. A levágott baromfi élősúlya összesen 549,5 ezer tonna, vágott súlya (tisztított, bontott súly) 411,5 ezer tonna volt ebben az időszakban.

In Hungarian slaughterhouses 61.5 thousand cattle were slaughtered in the first three quarters of 2024, which is 7.5 per cent less than in the same period of the previous year, and 3 million 507 thousand pigs were slaughtered, 6.9 per cent more (+229 thousand heads) compared to the period between January and September 2023. In case of poultry 180 million pieces were slaughtered in the first three quarters of 2024, 8.8 per cent more than in the base period. The total live weight of slaughtered poultry was 549.5 thousand tons, and the carcass weight was 411.5 thousand tons during this period

A termelés költségei összességében 5,2 százalékot estek, így a bruttó hozzáadott érték 13,1 százalékkal, a mezőgazdasági tevékenységből származó nettó vállalkozói jövedelem pedig 35,4 százalékkal lett alacsonyabb 2024-ben a 2023. évihez képest.
Az egy teljes munkaidős dolgozóra kalkulált mezőgazdasági tevékenységből származó reáljövedelem 2024-ben 15,5 százalékkal csökkent a 2023. évivel összehasonlítva.

Based on the results of the first forecast of the EEA (Economic Accounts for Agriculture), the total agri-cultural output at current basic prices in 2024 was 8.0 per cent less than in 2023. Overall, the cost of production decreased by 5.2 per cent, resulting in a 13.1 per cent decrease in gross value added and a 35.4 per cent decrease in net entrepreneurial income from agricultural activity in 2024 compared to 2023.

Get PDF2023 X–XII. hónapjaiban az egy évvel korábbi azonos időszakban forgalmazott volumenhez képest 13 százalékkal kevesebb műtrágya került a gazdákhoz annak ellenére, hogy az értékesítési árak időközben közel a felére csökkentek. A termékkörön belül mészammon-salétromból (MAS) fogyott a legtöbb a megfi-gyelt időszakban, az egy évvel korábbi azonos időszakhoz mérten pedig ugyanannyit vásároltak a gazdák belőle. Ezzel szemben a karbamid iránti kereslet a harmadára apadt. Az NPK 15-15-15 forgalma közel a háromszorosára, míg a kálisó és a MAP iránti kereslet 3,5, illetve a négyszeresére nőtt. A növényvédő szerek esetében a 2023. X–XII. havi adatok alapján a megfigyelt termékekből 70 százalékkal többet vásároltak a gazdák, mint egy évvel korábban ugyanebben az időszakban. A gombaölők értékesített volumene 14 százalékkal, a gyomirtóké pedig 4 százalékkal nőtt 2022 negyedik negyedévéhez mérten, a rovarölők forgalma pedig háromszorosára emelkedett. A gombaölők közül Pictor SC-ből adták el a legtöbbet, a rovarölőknél Force 1,5 G-ből, míg a gyomirtóknál Fozát 480-ból. Ez a három termék tette ki az összes értékesítés 74 százalékát a tárgyidőszakban. Az egyéni gazdaságok és a társas vállalkozások 226,5 milliárd forint értékben vásároltak új mezőgazdasági gépeket és eszközöket a 2023. január–szeptemberi időszakban, ez 16 százalékkal maradt el az egy évvel korábbi forgalomtól. Ugyanebben az időszakban alkatrészekre 67,5 milliárd forintot fordítottak, ami 7 százalékos növekedés a 2022. I–III. negyedévi időszakhoz képest.

In the X-XII months of 2023, farmers received 13 per cent less fertiliser than in the same period a year earlier, despite the fact that sales prices have almost halved in the meantime. Within the product group, calcium ammonium nitrate (MAS) was the most consumed product in the period observed, and the same amount was purchased by farmers compared to the same period a year earlier. In contrast, demand for urea has fallen by a third. Sales of NPK 15-15-15 nearly tripled, while demand for potash salt and MAP increased by 3.5 and 4 times respectively. In the case of pesticides, based on the data for the months X-XII 2023, farmers bought 70 per cent more of the products monitored than in the same period a year earlier. Sales volumes of fungicides increased by 14 per cent and herbicides by 4 per cent compared to the fourth quarter of 2022. Insecticides sales tripled. Pictor SC was the best-selling fungicide, Force 1.5 G was the best-selling insecticide and Fozát 480 was the best-selling herbicide. These three products accounted for 74 per cent of total sales in the period. Individual farms and joint ventures purchased HUF 226.5 billion worth of new agricultural machinery and equipment in the January-September 2023 period, 16 per cent less than a year earlier.
