Get PDFAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a 7. héten a Budapesti Nagybani Piac választékában a spanyolországi 35–40 mm átmérőjű gömbparadicsomot 1025, a törökországit 950, a 47 mm+ méretű spanyol fürtös paradicsomot pedig 950 forint/kilogramm leggyakoribb áron árusították. A belföldi Idared 312 és a Golden típusú almák 345 forint/kilogramm ára 17, illetve 15 százalékkal múlta felül az 52 héttel korábbit. A hazai dióbelet 8 százalékkal magasabb (3470 forint/kilogramm) áron értékesítették 2023. 41. hét és 2024. 3. hét között az előző év azonos időszakához képest. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a belföldön termelt és belföldön értékesített földrajzi jelzés nélküli, valamint az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel ellátott borok értékesítési ára 7 százalékkal csaknem 26 ezer forintra emelkedett hektoliterenként 2024 januárjában az előző évihez viszonyítva.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in week 7 in the selection of the Budapest Wholesale Market the 35-40 mm diameter round tomatoes of Spanish origin were sold at the most usual price of HUF 1025 per kilogram, the Turkish ones at HUF 950, and the Spanish ’trusses’ tomatoes of 47 mm+ size at HUF 950 per kilogram. The prices of domestic Idared apples of HUF 312 and the Golden apples at HUF 345 per kilogram exceeded those 52 weeks before by 17 and 15 per cent, respectively. The price of walnut was HUF 3470 per kilogram between 41st week of 2023 and 3th week of 2024, which is 8 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. Get PDFA magyarországi vágóhidakon 88,7 ezer darab szarvasmarhát vágtak le 2023-ban, 9,4 százalékkal kevesebbet, mint az előző évben, sertésből 4 millió 490 ezret vágtak, közel 1 százalékkal kevesebbet (–42 ezer darab), mint 2022-ben. Baromfiból 223,9 millió darabot vágtak 2023-ban, 7,8 százalékkal többet, mint a bázisidőszakban. A levágott baromfi élősúlya összesen 684,6 ezer tonna, vágott súlya (tisztított, bontott súly) 514,8 ezer tonna volt ebben az időszakban.

In Hungarian slaughterhouses 88.7 thousand cattle were slaughtered in 2023, which is 9.4 per cent less than in the previous year, and 4 million 490 thousand pigs were slaughtered, nearly 1 per cent less (–42 thousand heads) compared to 2022. In the group of poultry 223.9 million pieces were slaughtered in 2023, 7.8 per cent more than in the base period. The total live weight of slaughtered poultry was 684.6 thousand tons, and the carcass weight was 514.8 thousand tons during this period

A fehércukor világpiaci átlagára 2024 februárjában 594 euró/tonna volt, 1 százalékkal haladta meg a januárit.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of milling wheat (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 65.7 thousand per tonne (–28 per cent compared to a year earlier), of feed wheat was HUF 61.7 thousand per tonne (–29 per cent), of feed maize was HUF 58.5 thousand per tonne (–28 per cent) in the third week of March. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (with high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 139.2 thousand per tonne (–24 per cent), of rapeseed was HUF 154.5 thousand per tonne (–18 per cent), of soybean was HUF 164.6 thousand per tonne (–18 per cent). Meanwhile, processors' sale price of full-fat (extruded) soybean (30–40 per cent crude protein, 17–23 per cent crude fat and up to 12 per cent water content) was HUF 207.7 thousand per tonne (–19 per cent) excluding VAT and transport costs. Get PDFA mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek exportértéke és importértéke is egyaránt 1,3 százalékkal nőtt, az egyenleg pedig 1,5 százalékkal emelkedett 2023-ban. A mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek kivitelének értéke 13 386 millió eurót, behozatalának értéke 9866 millió eurót tett ki, az agrár-külkereskedelem aktívuma 3519 millió euró (51 millió euróval több, mint 2022-ben) volt. A mezőgazdasági és élelmiszeripari termékek export-volumenindexe 5,4 százalékkal, az importé 9,4 százalékkal esett 2023-ban. Az exportárindex 7,1 százalékkal, az importárindex 11,8 százalékkal emelkedett. A cserearány-mutató értéke 0,96, azaz az agrár-külkereskedelmi cserearány romlott 2023-ban. Az agrárexport aránya a teljes nemzetgazdasági exporton belül 0,3 százalékponttal mérséklődött, a vizsgált évben 9 százalék volt. Az agrárimport részesedése 2022-ben 6,4 százalékot ért el, 2023-ban azonban 7 százalékot tett ki.

Both the export value and the import value of agricultural and food products increased by 1.3 per cent and the balance increased by 1.5 per cent in 2023. The value of exports of agricultural and food products amounted to EUR 13,386 million and imports to EUR 9,866 million, while the value of foreign trade in agricultural products was EUR 3,519 million (EUR 51 million more than in 2022). The volume index for exports of agricultural and food products fell by 5.4 per cent and imports by 9.4 per cent in 2023. The export price index rose by 7.1 per cent and the import price index by 11.8 per cent. The exchange ratio indicator was 0.96, i.e. the agricultural external trade exchange ratio deteriorated in 2023. The share of agricultural exports in total exports to the national economy decreased by 0.3 percentage points to 9 per cent in the year under review. The share of agricultural imports reached 6.4 per cent in 2022, but was 7 per cent in 2023

A belpiaci dióbél 4000 forint/kilogramm áron szerepelt a választékban, ami 2 százalékkal alacsonyabb volt, mint az egy évvel korábbi. A barna héjú vöröshagyma termelői ára (195 forint/kilogramm) 2024 24–41. hetében 47 százalékkal maradt el a 2023. év ugyanezen időszakának átlagárától.

According to the data of AKI PAIR, at the Budapest Wholesale market in week 41 the most usual price of HUF 300 per kilogram of Canadian, orange-type, domestic pumpkins increased by 20 per cent com-pared to week 41 of last year. Domestic walnut kernels were present in the selection at a price of HUF 4000 per kilogram, 2 per cent less than a year ago. Az értékelés első részében áttekintjük a jogszabályi háttér 2023. évi változásait, valamint a tárgyévet jellemző időjárási jelenségeket. Majd az I. és a II. pillér eredményeit értékeljük járásonként, veszélynemenként, méretkategóriánként és ágazati bontásban, továbbá megvizsgáljuk a biztosítási díjak változását az „A”, „B”, „C”, illetve kiegészítő biztosítások esetében külön-külön is. Ezt követően ismertetjük a III. pillér működésének elmúlt évi tapasztalatait. Végül bemutatjuk a kockázatkezelési rendszer IV. pillérét, a mezőgazdasági krízisbiztosítási rendszert.

The publication reviews the achievements and the operation of the Hungarian Agricultural Risk Management System (HARMS) in 2023. The aim of the analysis is to assist the system manager, the Ministry of Agriculture, to make changes in the legal framework of HARMS, as well as to provide a point of reference for farmers, insurance companies and associations. In the first part, the regulatory background for 2023 and the weather phenomena in the current year are reviewed. The results of Pillars 1 and 2 were evaluated by districts, type of hazards, farm size categories and sectors. In addition, analysis of changes in the subsidised insurance categories (‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ insurances) and the additional insurance fee was conducted. Following this, the experiences of the operation of Pillar 3 were summarized. Finally, the evaluation of Agricultural Crisis Insurance System (Pillar 4) was conducted
